SayinAngelPrincess: I am so, so, so, sorry for taking so long to update. I had problems coming up with ideas so I just sort of put the story up on a shelf. I�d like to thank all those who reviewed and helped me with trying to remember what the name of the island by Africa was called. Oh and I don�t know if anyone is interested in knowing but they brought Cyborg 009 out on DVD. Yay I�m so happy. (Does little happy dance ^_^)

Chapter Five: Trouble In Muanba

�Damn I knew it was just a matter of time before Black Ghost reared his ugly head.� 002 sneered.

�So do we know where it is he�s attacking?� 009 asked ignoring his friend�s outburst.

�Why don�t we ask Jamie, I�m sure she knows since she claims to know everything that�s going to happen?� 002 glared at her.

�Hey listen I would love to tell you what�s going to happen but I don�t want to jeopardize this timeline.�

�Uh-huh likely story.�

�That�s enough 002!� Dr. Gilmore yelled.

�What the hell is your problem?� 009 asked shocked by how his friend was acting.

�What�s my problem? She�s my problem I mean this girl shows up out of no where and says she know everything about us, what happened and what�s going to happen. Meanwhile we know shit about her oh sure we know her name and supposedly how she got here but that�s it. Now we ask for her help for this battle and she refuses to help us saying she could screw up this timeline. If you ask me it�s all bullshit and we would all be better off if she went back to where she came from crying back to her parents.�

All was silent as everyone was shocked by what they heard.

Jamie stared at 002 with eyes blazing like fire as she growled. �You know you are the biggest ass I know. Sorry guys I�m out of here.� She turned and left the room.

�I can�t believe you just said that. You are such an asshole.� 003 yelled and stormed out of the room as well.

�I�m gonna make sure Jamie�s all right.� Albert said and left.

Albert walked down the hall and entered the rec room where he found Jamie curled up on the couch sniffling.

�Are you all right?�

Jamie looked up at him and wiped her eyes. �Yeah I�m fine. I�m sorry if I blew up back there.�

�You have nothing to be sorry about, it�s 002 who should be apologizing. He had no right to lash out like that.�

�I thought I knew him you know. I thought that maybe the reason he was acting like this was because he was protecting himself until he got to know me better, but now I think it�s because he really doesn�t like me. How could I have been so stupid to think that he would like me as much as I like him?�

�You�re not stupid, he�s the dumb one for not seeing just how great a person you are. He�s just being a real jerk and knowing the others he�s most likely getting a long lecture right now.� 004 hugged her, suddenly feeling very protective of her like she was his little sister.

�Thanks Albert.�

�For what?�

�For listening. I know we haven�t known each other for long but I consider you like a big brother.� She grinned.

�Really? I consider you like a little sister.� Taking on the role, as her big brother he swore that he would not let 002 or anyone else hurt her in any way and would always be there to protect her.

�Oh and one more thing. Joe, Pyunma, and Jet are the ones to be sent to Muanba while the others stay back here. Just trust me on this all right?�

Albert nodded and left the room to tell the others.

002, 008, 009, and surprisingly Jamie were all on one of the smaller aircrafts heading towards their destination.

Dr. Gilmore thought it best to send Jamie along to help the three out.

Everyone was quiet, 008 was kneeling on top of the aircraft; 002 and Jamie were glaring at each other; and 009 was flying the plane sighing at how long a trip this was going to be.

They finally arrived at their destination and 009 landed the plane by a bunch of trees. From there the four quietly made their way on foot looking for anything suspicious.

�So where do we go now oh magnificent one?� 002 sarcastically asked.

Instead of saying anything Jamie just glared and flipped him off.

�What are we suppose to look for?� 008 asked.

�It�s a tank.�

�Wait a second you mean to tell me that we�re risking our lives for a stupid tank?!� 002 exclaimed.

�This is not some �stupid tank� you ass! Black Ghost built this tank and it can walk up cliffs and the outside layer is indestructible.� She growled as she whacked 002 upside the head.

�How are we supposed to find this tank?� 009 asked preventing a fight from breaking out between the two.

Jamie looked around as if she was trying to hear something. �We go this way.� She said pointing in a northeast direction.

�How can you be so sure?� 008 asked.

�Simple, thanks to my sensitive hearing I can hear a ton of yelling and fighting coming from that direction.� She explained.

�Oh.�

The four made their way to where the fighting was taking place and once they got there they found what they were looking for. They also noticed that the fighting was over and that the tank was leaving.

�Quick lets follow it.� 009 said as he quietly began to follow the machine.

They followed the tank and the three male cyborgs were surprised to see that it actually indeed climbed up cliffs.

�See I told you.� Jamie stuck her tongue out at 002 who looked slightly annoyed.

As they continued to follow the tank one of them accidentally set off a trap and they were all quickly surrounded and captured. They were then brought to the camp, where they were all hiding, to wait for their leader, who took one look at 008 and was surprised beyond belief.

�Pyunma is that you?� He asked.

�Kabore it�s good to see you.�

Kabore smiled and ordered for the prisoners to be released.

�Kabore is Mamado here?� Pyunma asked hoping that his friend had made it out safely.

Kabore shook his head. �No I thought he was with you.�

�I haven�t seen him since the night we escaped.�

�I hate to interrupt your little reunion here but we are on a mission 008.� 002 reminded him.

�008?�

�It�s a long story.�

�Well come inside all of you and tell me all about it.�

The group then headed inside a little hut where they began to explain why they were here.

�How did those rebels get such a machine?� Rumada demanded. He just couldn�t believe that these rebels defeated all of his platoons. �There is no way I�m going to be able to defeat them now.�

�Yes there is and I can help you.�

Rumada turned around to face a person wearing what looked like a full body wetsuit, red eye visors, and a hose that looked like it was hooked to an air tank covering the nose and mouth.

�Who the hell are you and how did you get past the guards.

�You call those buffoons guards? They were easy to get past. As for who I am, you can call me number one.�

�Well number one how can you help me defeat those rebels?�

�If you follow me I�ll show you.� He turned around and left with Rumada following.

They walked down a long corridor until they came upon another room.

�Ahh Mr. Rumada so nice of you to come.�

�Who are you?�

�I am commander Garcia I have been sent here by Black Ghost to help you with your rebellion problem.�

�I�m listening.�

�We�ll just send the cyborg men with the indestructible tanks to the rebels camp and destroy them.�

�Kabore listen to me that tank you have was made by Black Ghost and the only reason you have it is because he wants nothing more than to cause war. You must destroy it.� 008 told his friend.

�Destroy the tank? I�m afraid we can�t do that. If it wasn�t for this machine we�d still be working under that demented ruler.�

�If you don�t destroy it then we will.� 002 exclaimed.

Upon hearing this there was an uproar around the room.

�Listen to me Kabore�� 008 approached his friend but stopped as a gun was pointed at him and his friends.

�No you listen 008 we will not destroy what has helped us. Tie him and the others up.�

Just then one of the men ran into the room. �Sir we�re being attacked.�

�This is Black Ghost�s doing.� Jamie stated with a grim look on her face.

�Let us help you.� 009 pleaded.

Kabore thought for a moment. �Very well.�

The five of them ran out of the hut just in time to see the rebel�s tank being destroyed.

�Our weapon it�s been destroyed, but how is that possible it was indestructible.�

�Kabore get all you men to a safe place. We�ll take care of this situation.� 008 told his friend.

�No we will not leave without putting up a fight.� With that said Kabore and his men went straight to fighting the cyborg men.

The cyborgs also began to fight the cyborgmen. (SayinAngelPrincess: I know the fighting scene is really pathetic but I�m not that great in writing fight scenes.)

002 took to the sky and blasted one of the tanks causing it to stop. He then yanked the top off.

Jamie saw this and knew what was going to happen next.

�All right come on out of there you.� 002 said aiming his blaster at the opening.

�Jet get away from there.� Jamie yelled and pushed him away from the laser that came at him. So instead of him getting shot in the knee like he was suppose too, she got it in the thigh.

�Jamie are you all right?� 009 asked running over to the two fallen cyborgs.

�Yeah, I�ve been through worse.� She gritted her teeth from the pain as she held her hands over her wound, refusing to cry.

�Why did she save me?� 002 thought to himself.

�Hey Jet snap out of it and get back to kicking the bad guys ass will ya.� Jamie ordered.

002 glared but did as he was told still wondering why she helped him especially after he was being a jerk towards her.

After a while the cyborgs, Kabore, and his men defeated the cyborg men with only a few wounded and one dead.

�He was only just a boy.� Kabore cried holding a boy no older than eighteen in his arms.

�Kabore we need to find a place where we can treat the wounded and come up with a plan.�

�We have another camp deeper in the jungle.�

009 had just finished tying a bandage over Jamie�s wound when they were told that they were moving to a new location.

�Are you going to be okay to walk?� He asked.

�Yeah I�ll be fine.� She stood up but then sat back down as pain shot through her leg. �Well actually I may need just a little help.�

009 helped her stand up and wrapped her one arm over his shoulders as 002 took her other arm and did the same thing.

They then followed Kabore as he led the way to the new camp but stopped as they noticed their friend wasn�t following.

�Hey 008 is everything okay?� Jet asked.

�Yeah, everything�s fine.� He then walk towards the others but no matter how hard he tried he couldn�t shake off the feeling that they were being followed.

SayinAngelPrincess: Well that�s it for this chapter again I apologize for taking so long to update. Feel free to flame this chapter because I know it sort of sucks especially the fight scene.

002: what fight scene there was no fight scene

SayinAngelPrincess: I know, okay it sucks, fight scenes aren�t exactly up my alley. If anyone has any suggestions feel free to let me know, they could possibly help me get out of my writers block quicker. Constructed criticism is welcome too.
