Athena Arc-Chapter 149: Akane Ages Up! M-rated Lemon! A Wish Upon A Star! Mei Is Born!
I was outside talking to Saria while Akane was next to me. I had to convince Saria that I’ll be training Akane and be back with her in four days.

Me: I know,I know, you’re a Pokémon. Not only that,but, me and my teams’ journey won’t last that long. But,I’m just saying, can I be the father of the baby if you get pregnant?
Akane: (silent)...(thinks about it)...(sighs) Fine, you can be the father of “our” daughter.
Me: (cheers) Yes! (realizes) I mean-(clears my throat) That’s great. Now, wish strongly upon a star.
Akane: (looks up at the stars) (wishing) I wish...I wish for our daughter,Mei, to be born!
Me: (grins) You know, I have an idea that’ll make it real.
Akane: (shocked) Um, Jing-(interrupted)
Me: (grabs Akane’s paw) Come on!
I pulled Akane towards me, and then I picked her up and carried her bridal-style.
Me: Next stop, Mt. Coronet!

Few Minutes Later
We were at the entrance of the Spear Pillar Gate. While I had been running from Unova to Sinnoh, I had told Akane my plan: To challenge Arceus.
Akane: (worried) Are you sure this will work?
Me: (grins) Of course it will. Trust me.
I brought out a jar of space energy and opened the jar. The energy began to swirl in front of the gate. I brought my left hand forward and shot a blast of time energy at the gate. The energy of time and space was combining together and was opening a portal in front of the gate. The portal led to the Hall of Legendries.
Me: (grabs Akane’s paw) Let’s go and make our wish come true.
We walked inside the portal.

Few Minutes Later
We came out of the portal. I had no scratch on me while Akane’s stomach was big. I had challenged Arceus to a game. If I could land a hit on Arceus, he has to accept Akane’s wish.
Me: (places a hand on her stomach) I bet Mei can’t wait to be born once she hatches out of the egg.
Akane: (smiles) I know what you mean, Jing. I can’t wait for her to be born as well.
Me: (chuckles) We better get ready for Mei to be born.

Few Hours Later
Akane was cuddling an egg. We had gone to the Pokémon Center and after waiting for a few minutes, Akane gave birth to Mei’s egg.
Akane: It’ll only be a few days until our daughter is born. Mei,please, be born into this world. I can’t wait any longer.
Me: (smiling) Well,while we’re waiting for Mei to be born, let’s train. I’ll teach you what I learned about Food Honor.
Akane: (interested) You mean that thing you do early in the morning. Will you really teach me that?
Me: (nods) Yeah, but it won’t be easy. Are you ready to learn it?
Akane: (smirks) Of course I am. Learning something like that isn’t a challenge to me.
Me: (grins) Then let’s get started.

3 Days Later
The egg was flashing white.
Me: (talking to Akane) Quick, let’s go.
We went to a spot where no one would bother us. The egg began to glow white.
Akane: (excited) It’s hatching.
The shell of the egg exploded into dust while the light shaped up. Once the light died down, in Akane’s arms was a small baby Mienfoo. She was cream colored,her arms,legs,and the tip of her tail was purple. She opened her eyes and saw us. Her eyes were pink.
Me: Our little Mei. Our baby daughter. I’m so happy.
Akane: (tears in her eyes) Me too. This is an enjoyable moment. (talking to Mei) Hello there, Mei. I’m your mother,and this, (points her towards me) is your father. We’re so happy to be your parents. (kisses Mei on the head)
Mei: Mein.
Me: Well…her first word is Mein, but neither of us can understand her since it’s just baby babble.
Akane: (smiles) I bet she said “Hello.”
Me: (talking to Mei) Well, hello to you too.
Akane was feeding Mei by bottle. Mei was sucking it up, hungrily.
Me: (laughs) (talking to Akane) Looks like she has my appetite.
Akane: (giggles) And it’s a bad thing that she does.
Me: (ignorant) (chuckles) Yeah…(realizes) (insulted) Hey, what’s that supposed to mean?!
Mei started giggling.
Me: (talking to Mei) Not you too! (groans) (facepalms)....(chuckles) Oh well, this is what our life is going to be like for now.
