Title: Imaginary
Chapter: 6
Song and Artist: “Missing” by Evanescence
Fandom: Sailor Moon
An: Oh gods! I’ve finished it!! Yes, you must love me and worship the ground that I walk on. I will, one day, write a sequel to this. Alright, a quick note that explains points in this story.
Explanations: 1) Minako didn't want Usagi dead, Mamoru, Setsuna and Makoto did. Why will be explained in the sequel being planned for the future. I have other stories to finish. 2) This will also be explained in the new chapter one, after this one. Give me time. Also it will be described in more detail in the sequal. This happens sometime between Wise man and Dr. Tomoho. Don't quite know at this time. Anything else, bring to my attention and I will try to explain it at a later time. Thank you.
****Mamoru****
He sat and glared at Minako, contemplating on how to get her back, calling her a traitorous little slut, but still he felt a stirring of lust as she crossed, uncrossed and recrossed her legs. He smirked as he thought of the ways he could punish her for betraying their cause, for betraying him. He noticed that Rei was getting and walking over to the podium that stood near Usagis coffin. She paused before it, her sigh sounding loud in the quiet of the funeral home.
Rei looked to the Tskinos and smiled a them as she went up to the podium and looked arranges the pages before her. She scanned the room, pausing barely to glare at Mamarou, Makoto and Sestuna and then continuing on with her scanning. She stopped on four very interesting guys, Mamarou looking over at them to take a few moments to study them.
One looked bored, if not quite young, and uncomfortable with wearing the suit he was in. Next to him sat a red haired male that looked just as bored as his companion, probably wishing he was some where else.
Mamoru could sympathize with him. After all, he rather wished he was fucking then sitting there.
On the other side of the bored kid was a dark haired man with only half a pair of glasses, looking like he was scolding the red head about fidgeting so much. Next to the red head on the other side was one who looked much like a Chinese priest, blond hair falling into dark eyes. He looked rather homicidal to his friends and would probably end up killing them half way through the service.
Turning back to Rei, he sat back to listen to what ever it was that she wanted to say about Usagi. Mamoru had to fight back his yawn.
“I guess I will start by welcoming you today. I can’t really say that I welcome you to a funeral of a girl gone before her time, because that’s sad and rather a waste of our time to say that. But, I will say, welcome to a day of remembering a wonderful young woman who we all loved and cared for. Some might say that she was an absolute klutz who didn’t know how to do things half the time and cried the other half.
“And really? They would be right, but only to a point. Usagi-chan was klutzy, but when it came to important things in life, she always seemed to know what to do,” Rei started, looking down at a note pad and tapping it with her fingers. “She had this habit of knowing just what was making you upset and how to fix it or to make you smile through the pain or anger. She would do anything for a person, just to make sure that they didn’t hurt, and sometimes she did it just by being herself.
“She made the dark seem not so scary, or made it run away and cower in fear of her light and personality. She was the purest of us all, along with the sweetest woman that we knew. And I know that she will be forever missed, there is no doubt of that.”
Mamoru snorted at that, shaking his head and look to the four males sitting near by, noticing that the one with the half pair of glasses had such a sad look upon his face. He then spotted a young woman with silverish pink hair sitting behind them in the last row, without a single person around her. He ran his eyes over her body, taking in the black tank top and jeans that looked to be worn white and the black books. A black coat sat next to her as he shook the thoughts of flirting with her from his mind.
Turning back around, his thoughts turned to the letter that he had read before the funeral, feeling the anger simmer back up again.
Stepping out of the bathroom, clean and fresh, Mamoru looked towards the drawer that held the letter from his now dead and gone ex, debating about opening it. Deciding he should find out what the whore had said to him, he stalked over to it, and sat down on his bed as he pulled the drawer out. Plucking the letter from on top of the books in the drawer, he slit the envelope open and pulled out the lightly perfumed pieces of paper. The scent reminded him of the nights that he and Usagi would go out, making him sneer at the thought and the way she would always cock tease him.
Dear Mamoru,
I know you think that you had me fooled, had me blinded by my love for you.
But that’s just not true. I knew exactly the moment you took another to your bed and I knew the moment you turned your back on the light. I guess you can say that it’s part of being me, a blessing and a curse.
Though, that’s not really important. What is important is that I have a few things to say to you. And you are not going to like it, not in the tiniest bit.
First of all, I never once loved you the way you think I did. I knew that I would never love you, I couldn’t love you, much less change my mind on that fact. There, that’s the reason why you were never able to get me to sleep with you. I couldn’t stand you! I still can’t really. But why did I accept your proposal back during the Silver Millennium? Because I needed to. That’s why.
Second of all, you have no right to the throne of the Earth, not any more at least. When you died against Beryal, you lost that right and it was passed onto the second branch of your family, who are still quite alive. They have been informed of what is going on.
Yeah, did I just piss you off with that?
Good.
Finally, I hope you know that the moment that Ami takes the throne, you, Makoto and Setsuna will be asked to leave our solar system. You will do so willingly or you will be forced out, quite painfully and with pleasure.
Pissed you off even more?
Even better.
I hope you enjoy the next thousand years, give or take a few hundred years, of your time on Earth. I also hope you enjoy it when your so called allies turn their backs on you faster then you can blink.

The moment he had finished the letter from Usagi, he had torn it to pieces before getting dressed and heading out to pick up Makoto and Setsuna. Pulling himself out of his thoughts, he tried to focus on the eulogy from Rei, nearly sneering as his eyes swept over those who were crying or looked ready to cry. It was disturbing to the man.
Looking over to the back as people stood to walk out to the actual grave, he noticed that the young female from earlier was already gone. Taking Makotos hand, he pushed the girl out of his mind and headed out side with everyone, looking towards the grave stone, reading out loud and under his breath.
"Usagi S. Tskino. Born June 30, 1986. Died Febuary 28, 2003. A light that shone bright until the day it was cut off forever. Gone but never forgotten. Yeah right," he grunted, making Makoto snort while Setuna smiled one of her barely there mocking smiles. Everyone moved to stand surrounding the grave as they stood apart from the main group, watching the coffin into the ground through a gap. They wanted to sneer at the crying that was going on as Rei recited the final prayer and dropped a bit of dirt and a lily onto top of the coffin.
Standing under the shadow of a tree a bit away unnoticed by the mourners, a woman with silver hair pulled back into a braid stood watching the procession with silvery gold eyes hidden behind a pair of sand colored tinted sunglasses. Her coat flapped gently in the light breeze as it carried the words up to her. Her companion looked to the older woman with a raised eyebrow and a curious look in her dark pink eyes.
“So, I guess I need to head back home for the time being, huh, Selen?” she asked, pulling her silverish pink hair back with a ribbon. Selen smiled sadly and nodded her head, brushing a pink bang out of the younger womans face.
“Yes, Usa, it’s time. We can’t have all our plans come down around us just yet. The lies are to stay known as truths for the moment. If they came out, I would be dead before I could say hocus pocus by those traitors,” she said softly. “For now, I will travel and I will learn more about myself and the world. And when the time is right and I have found the right person, I will come back and take my place as queen, as it is meant to be. So, that means you need to head back to the future as I do this.”
“Fine. I just don’t like this, not one bit. But, I do trust you, so you must take care of yourself,” Usa replied before walking away and disappearing in a flurry of blossoms. Selen smiled softly as she turned to watch the funeral wrap up for the moment. Turning away from the tree, she headed to the jeep that was parked close by in the shadow of another tree, singing quietly to herself, letting the breeze carry her song on it.
"You won't cry for my absence, I know. You forgot me long ago. Am I that unimportant? Am I so Insignificant? Isn't something missing? Isn't someone missing me? Even though I'm the sacrifice, you won't try for me not now. Though I'd die to know you love me, I'm all alone. Isn't someone missing me..." Three people had to smile softly, hearing the song and continuing it for her.
"Please, please forgive me, but I won't be home again. I know what you do to yourself. I breath deep and cry. Isn't something missing? Isn't someone missing me..."
