"You don't look too happy Senpai" Haruhi said quietly to Tamaki as they continued their tour. Tamaki sighed and looked at petite girl.
"I miss my best friend" he confessed quietly "I... I don't understand why I'm hurting so much. I should be excited..."
"He does seem to be a completely different Kyoya" Haruhi mumbled.
"That's because he is" Trixie said sadly "this is the Kyoya I knew... He isn't even Kyoya. He's my brother... See he only became Kyoya because... Because he ran away... He got hurt. The person you know as Kyoya appeared after his wife was killed"
"Killed?" Both Haruhi and Tamaki looked at Trixie, "wife?"
"He is older than you think. He was in love and... See Jack Frost got out of hand and elves got caught up in it. She was one of them. She ended up being slowly frozen to death after being enslaved too long. He tried to save her but it was too late"
"oh... Oh no" Tamaki breathed
"In his grief he ran away. He couldn't handle it anymore" Trixie said softly
Tamaki's eyes began to water as Haruhi stared in disbelief.
"I can see it's painful to hear but... This is who he is... And you... Tamaki... You should've been an elf ... But you looked after him... You all have kept him light enough to be rescued..."
"so he won't come back" Haruhi said, looking worriedly at Tamaki,
"No" Trixie confirmed
"excuse me" Tamaki sniffed and ran blindly away.
