Haru smiles and brushed his hair from his face again. Kyo laid relaxed with a content smile crossing his lips. Slowly the door squeaked open and Shigure walked in. followed by Tohru and Yuki. “Is he still awake?” Shigure asked quietly and came close.
Kyo’s eyes opened again and he smiled slightly. “Your familiar.” He whispered in a gravel voice that hadn’t been used in a while.
Shigure came forward and picked up his hand. “I’m the perverted Inu remember.”
Kyo shook in silent laughter for a moment before he moaned and winced in pain.
Shigure instantly felt horrible. “I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make you laugh so hard.” He said a little mournfully.
Kyo shook his head. “It’s ok.”
“Kyo-kun?” Tohru asked.
Kyo looked confused at her voice but made no move to ask or get to know her. Shigure just rubbed his hand and smiled. “How are you feeling Kyo?” He asked in a soft voice.
“Tired.” He croaked before clearing his throat. “Stiff.”
Shigure looked at Hatori. Hatori nodded his head. “Where are you stiff?” He asked.
Kyo closed his eyes as if he was thinking about it. “My back.” He answered and then opened his eyes. “And my legs feel extremely heavy.”
Hatori nodded and then stood over him. Wrapping his hands firmly under Kyo’s back he lifted him and shifted his weight a little. “Better?”
Kyo nodded and settled into his new position. “Thank you.”
Hatori nodded and moved his legs slightly and then settled into the seat next to the bed. The whole time Haru hadn’t stopped petting Kyo or gazing so softly at him. Yuki came around Tohru and made a small noise at how thin Kyo had gotten. “Kyo.” He said quietly.
Kyo’s face scrunched and looked worried and confused before looking terribly sad. “Kyo.” Haru whispered looked worried.
“He hurt me.” Was all Kyo said as he held Shigure’s hand a little tighter.
“How?” Haru asked and watched Shigure rub his hand softly.
Kyo shook his head. “I don’t remember.” He whispered. “It just hurt.”
Yuki looked down and crossed his hands in front of himself before whispering. “I never meant to hurt you. Truly I didn’t.”
Kyo nodded his head but didn’t let go of his grip on Shigure’s hand. Slowly his grip loosened and then yawned widely. Shigure smiled. “I think it’s best if you leave.” Shigure said calmly with a soft smile.
“Yea.” Hatori said.
Shigure smiled and said his goodbye’s along with Tohru and Yuki. Haru stood with them he kissed Kyo on the cheek and said. “I have to go I’ll come back though get some sleep.”
Kyo nodded his head and then closed his eyes. Haru suddenly couldn’t stop himself and kisses his right on his lips. He pulled away with a little smack of his lips and caressed his cheek. “You hurry and get better.”
“I’ll try too.” he said softly and smiled calmly.
