Chapter Seventy-Six:
Previously, on Drogons...
It took Koan a while, but after a minute of limping, he finally makes it back home. But he and his parents had an unexpected guest.
?: (Koan walks into his house) I won't ask again, where is Koan Seinruyami!
Ken: Why do you want him so bad?
?: That's none of your concern!
Koan's Mom: It is our concern! He's our boy, and I ask you, gentlemen, to leave right now!
Just then, the unknown man stabs Koan's mom in the neck.
Ken: NO!
Then another unknown man blast Koan's dad with a blaster, horrifying Koan. Just then, someone sneaks up behind Koan and grabs him by the collar and lifts him up.
?: Hey boss, look at what I got!
Then the unknown man removes their cloaks to Koan shocked they don't look human as their like goblin the first one with one horn, pale green skin. The other one color mint and have two horns and one eye, and the third one who seems a little bigger and muscle have no horns as the color white and almost hard skin and shock Koan. They seem like either monsters or aliens and they wearing some odd uniformed jumpsuit as the boss with a hard white skin came in.
Rock man: That's none of your concern, boy, what matters is that you'll be worthy of our ultimate project to the future
Koan: Who, who are you? And why did you kill my parents?!
Koan: W-What you talking about ?!
Rock man pulls out a blaster pistol then shot Koan, he then lets him go as he coughs up blood.
?: YOU IDIOTS! (This makes the four aliens SHAKE in fear) I TOLD YOU THAT I WANT HIM ALIVE! WHY THE FUCK DID YOU DO THAT FOR?!
Rock Man: f-forgive us, lady Darkness, I-It slip out our minds! (She punch him to send him crashing into the wall unconscious)
That's right, Darkness was running this operation, but why? Why did Darkness want Koan?
Darkness: (Picks Koan up and carries him bride style, she then feels Koan's pulse) He's still alive, but barely. If we hurry back to the ship, we might be able to save him.
Goblin Alien: What'd about the house?
Darkness: Tare it down, get rid of all evidence that we were here, and pick that blockhead dick back to the ship, pronto!
The three aliens saluted and do the order, then Darkness looked at Koan and petted his hair smoothly.
Darkness: Don't worry, I can save you, and make you better.
Three Minutes Earlier...
Xyaqom, (In his businessman disguise form) and Rosaira are making their way to Ken's place. Xyaqom was visiting Ken to talk about the current mystery that they were working on, and Rosaria was visiting Laura, (Ken's wife) who has been suffering from headaches for the last few days, and Rosaria was visiting Laura to see what was causing the headaches.
Xyaqom: I don't understand why we have to walk to Ken's place, Rosaira. I mean, I can literally fly us there.
Rosaira: Now Xyaqom, you have to understand that we are trying to blend in this planet, and we can't do that when we're flying all over the place, it makes us stand out.
Xyaqom: I know that, but you own a car, don't you? We could have just driven there.
Rosaira: In such a beautiful day like today? I'd rather walk.
Rosaira and Xyaqom made it ten feet away from the house. But before they could get any closer, the house blew up. Sending both Xyaqom and Rosaira flying away from the house. Rosaira was about to smash her head through a window to a parked car, but thanks to Xyaqom's quick thinking, he manages to dash towards her and picked her up bride style before she crashed into the car.
Xyaqom: Are you okay?
Rosaira: Yeah.
Xyaqom places Rosaira down and looks at the burning house.
Xyaqom: Oh, God, Ken! (To Rosaira) Stay here, I need to see if Ken and his family are okay.
Rosaira nods and Xyaqom made a mad dash towards the burning house. Xyaqom entered the burning house, he turned his arms into blades to cut down the flaming wood pillars that were blocking his path.
Xyaqom: KEN! KEN, CAN YOU HEAR ME?!
Going through this gave Xyaqom deja vu, it was something like this that made Ken lose the ability to use his legs, which happened five years ago. Unfortunately this time around, Ken wasn't fortunate enough to survive this explosion. Xyaqom made his way to the living room, there he saw Ken and wife lying dead in a puddle of their own blood, and burning to a crisp. Xyaqom was shocked to see Ken and his wife dead. He realized that the two didn't die from the explosion, they were murdered before the house exploded. But who could have done this? Who would want any of his family dead? Whoever killed them, must have set up a bomb to blow up the place to cover up their tracks. Before Xyaqom could even get near the dead married couple, the house collapsed, falling on top of him.
Two minutes ago, shortly after Xyaqom entered the burning house:
Rosaira was waiting outside the burning house, hoping that Xyaqom was going to be okay. Just then, a car pulled over, a woman got out of the car and was horrified when she saw the burning house.
Woman: Oh my God, the Seinaruyami family. What happened?!
Rosaira: I don't know, my boyfriend and I were coming to visit them, but when we arrived, the house suddenly blew up.
Woman: Oh no, that's not good. I just came over to drop their daughter off after having a playdate with my daughter. I didn't expect to come here to see this.
Rosaira looks in the back of the woman's car to see the four-year-old Tsume shocked at what she was seeing.
Rosaira: Oh, no.
Just then, the house clasped, with Xyaqom still in the house.
Rosaira: No,!
Woman: I'm going to call 911.
Tsume: Mommy...daddy...big brother...( begin crying and drop to her knees)
Rosaira: It will be okay. (Hugs Tsume)
Soon the firetrucks came, and the firefighters began putting the fire out. Xyaqom soon emerged from the rebel, covered in ashes. Xyaqom looked depressed and defeated.
When Rosaira saw that Xyaqom was okay, she up to him.
Rosaira: You're okay! Thank God. But... What about...
Xyaqom: (Sounds depressed and under his voice) They're dead, they're all dead. (Rosaira was shocked to hear this) I couldn't even save their bodies, they burned into ash when the house clasped.
Rosaira: A-And, their son? What about Koan?
Xyaqom: I didn't see him, I was only able to see Ken and his wife before the house clasped. But chances are, he's dead too. (He turned to see Tsume crying as he crouches down) I'm sorry, Tsume.
A Few Hours Later...
Reporter: Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Linda Bradshaw, and I am here to report to the news here in Christale City. Ladies and gentlemen, we have lost a fantastic person earlier today. A few hours ago, Ken Seinruyami, the Oticon for the Christale City Police Department, was murdered earlier today along with his family. The only survivor of this tragedy was Ken's daughter, Tsume Seinruyami, who was at a friend's house when this occurred. According to some sources, somebody broke into their home and murdered them and placed the bomb to blow up the house to cover up their tracks. But police believe there was a loose wire in the house that caught on fire, making the house to explode. Whatever the cause may be, we have lost one of our great minds here, in Christale City. Five years ago, Ken was one of the three people who saved Christale City from the crime families who plagued the streets. It is because of Ken, Johnathon Livings, and their mystery partner that we can live safely in this city. But losing Ken was a massive loss to us. Channel Five News, and I, have our deepest condolences. Ken Seinruyami was a good man and a hero, he will be missed dearly. A funeral for the Seinruyami family will be held on May 8th, at 12:00 pm. The funeral will be open to the public.
May 8th, 2013:
A few days later, a funeral was held for the Seinruyami family. When Brad and Ashley heard that Koan and his parents were killed, they were devastated. A lot of people were at the funeral, Xyaqom, (In his businessman disguise form) Rosaira, who was holding the crying Tsume, and Brad and Ashley, who was crying on Brad's shoulder. A lot of people didn't know this, but Ashley was in love with Koan and was planning on telling him about her feelings the day after Shelley's birthday. Unfortunately for her, she'll never get that chance now. Johnathon was also at the funeral too, he made sure that he would take the day off in order to attend it. Shelley wasn't there though, she was still mad at Koan for the incident at her birthday. Jonathan did try to reason with Shelley of what happened was an accident, and that she should attend the funeral, but she wasn't having any of it. She refused to attend the funeral. Because Ken and his family's bodies were unrecoverable, pictures of them that were given to friends and colleges were all put inside a coffin to make up for the lack of bodies. The guests that attended the funeral, all surrounded the coffin was reading the family's last rites.
Xyaqom: (Speaks Drogon to Rosaira softly so that nobody can hear them or understand them) I can't believe he's gone. Ken was one of the first people that became my friend after we came to this planet. He convinced me to continue fighting off criminals in the streets, but now that he's gone, I don't know what to do now. (He turns at Brad and Ashley) It looks like Ashley isn't taking this well.
Rosaira: (Speaks Drogon to Xyaqom softly so that nobody can hear them or understand them) No, she isn't. She told me that she was in love with Koan and was going to confess her feelings to him. But now that he's gone, she'll never get that chance now.
Xyaqom: (Speaks Drogon to Rosaira softly so that nobody can hear them or understand them) I see.
After the funeral, everyone went home. Actually was so upset about the death of Koan that she was unable to cook dinner that night, so Brad ended up ordering takeout. Rosaira took Tsume home with her. Tsume was going to stay with Rosaira until they can find a family who is willing to adopt her. When Xyaqom went back home to his warehouse, he was going to drink a bottle of beer, but because he was upset of losing one of his best friends, he snapped and ended up smashing the bottle at the wall and smashed all the other empty bottles around him out of guilt and sorrow. After there were no more bottles to be destroyed, Xyaqom broke down crying.
The Next Day:
May 9th, 2013:
The next day, Xyaqom and Jonathan met up at Rosaira's mansion to discuss the living conditions for Tsume. After the death of Ken and his family, Tsume was now an orphan and needed a new home. Xyaqom and Johnathon we're at the balcony of the mansion, smoking cigars. Xyaqom wasn't much of a smoker, but after everything that's been going on lately, smoking cigars with Jonathan really took the edge off. Rosaira was downstairs with Tsume, keeping an eye on her.
Johnathon: As much as I hate to address the elephant in the room, we need to talk about Tsume. What are we going to be doing with her? She needs a new home.
Xyaqom: Do you think she can stay with you?
Johnathon: Funny, you should ask that. Before I came here, I told Shelley about the current situation, she doesn't want Tsume to be anywhere near her since she is related to Koan.
Xyaqom: Why does she suddenly hate Koan's guts?
Johnathon: It's a long story, I'll tell you later. But either way, if Tsume stays with us, Shelley will most likely take her frustration and anger out on her. Tsume won't even last a week, not in the condition that Shelley is currently in.
Xyaqom: She can't stay with me either. God knows what my men will do to her if I'm not working, especially Kevin and Nash. They might end up eating her or worse. She can't stay with Rosaira either, her work as a doctor keeps her busy mostly. She doesn't have time to take care of a child, due to the number of patients that she has on a daily basis.
Johnathon: And who do you think should watch over her?
Xyaqom: (Thinks about it.) Wait, there are a few people that might be willing to adopt her. In fact, not too long ago, they did tell me that they were thinking of adopting to start a family.
Johnathon: Are you thinking what I think you're thinking?
Xyaqom: Yeah, its time to give Sierra and Liliana a call.
Meanwhile, in Toronto, Sierra and Liliana were at home having breakfast. Sierra was 5'6 feet tall and weighed 130 pounds. She had tan skin, long black hair, and light blue eyes. Her breasts were a D shape and had an amazing bubble shaped butt. Liliana has long, dark brown hair with light blue eyes. She had an amazing body. Her breasts seemed to be a large C cup. Liliana was 5'6 feet tall and weighed 135 pounds. The two ladies were twenty-six years old, (In 2013 mind you), they were both wearing nightgowns. In case you haven't guessed yet, yes, they were a couple.
Liliana: Hey, Sierra?
Sierra: Yeah?
Liliana: You want to go see a movie later?
Sierra: Sure.
Just then, Sierra's phone began ringing. Sierra reached for her phone and answered it.
Sierra: Hello?
Xyaqom: Hey, Sierra, how's it going?
Sierra: Oh, hey, Xyaqom. What's up?
Xyaqom: I wish I could say I'm good, but I would be lying if I said I was.
Sierra: Why, what's wrong?
Xyaqom: Before I explain, is Liliana with you?
Sierra: Yeah?
Xyaqom: Good, put the phone on speaker, she needs to hear this too.
Sierra put the phone on speaker so that Liliana could we listen to what Xyaqom had to say. Xyaqom then began to explain the situation to the girls. Sierra and Liliana were shocked to learn that Ken and his family were killed and that his ten-year-old daughter was the only survivor. Xyaqom asked the couple if they could adopt Tsume, they did not hesitate to say yes. They told Xyaqom that they would get dressed and head out to Christale City to pick up Tsume. However, because of Toronto City being so far away from Christale City, it would take them at least a day to get there. After talking to the girls, and happy that they were going to take care of Tsume, Xyaqom said thank and hanged up. After, he gave Jonathan a thumbs up.
Johnathon: They're going to take her in?
Xyaqom: Yep. All we can do now is wait for them to get here. They should be here by tomorrow.
The next day, Sierra and Liliana arrived at Rosaira's place to pick up Tsume. After catching up a bit, and getting to know Tsume, they had her to sit in the back seat of the car and were about to head out.
Sierra: Don't worry, we'll take care of her, we will raise her as if she's our own.
Xyaqom: I know you will.
Xyaqom and the girls hug each other, got in the car and drove off, leaving Xyaqom and Rosaira watching them drive off with Tsume.
Rosaira: Do you think she'll be okay with them?
Xyaqom: Yes, she'll be fine.
