Chapter Eight: Under the Starry Sky
Mū's P.O.V.

I left Sanctuary after my Master was murdered because I felt all alone in the world. Then fate would not leave me alone because years later, I found a baby lamb named Kiki and Kiki had turned my world upside for the better teaching me love and it's true meaning.
Years later, a righteous dragon named Shiryū had sought me out to fix the broke cloths of the Dragon and the Pegasus Cloths. I refused at first, but Shiryū would not relent and how much he was willing to sacrifice for the sake of friendship. It had me thinking of my own childhood with Shaka and Aldebaran. Shaka's learning about the human heart and Aldebaran despite his huge size would never hurt a fly. I miss them so much. Roshi or Old Master would often come to visit me and Kiki.
The Holy War was fought and we won. I died and I was accidentally brought back to life for a short-time in Asgard. I was then brought back once again by Lady Athena when the Bronze Saints won against Hades.
Sighs.
A new life and here I am living in Greece, well Sanctuary along with the others. My Master Shion has retired and named Aiolos as his successor. Seiya has become the new Sagittarius Saint. I smiled at the young man whenever I saw him hanging out with Aldebaran. Aldebaran has taken a liking to Seiya as we all did.
Sighs.
I think we were all surprised when Lady Athena had named Unique as her High Priestess because the young woman is a year younger than myself and some others. It just surprised us because she's a Silver Saint, Altar if I remember correctly and she was trained by my Master. Hm, I remember Master Shion saying Unique was unlike others but said nothing more than this. It is rumored she's one of the descendants of Master Shion's master's children.
I also heard the young woman liked one of the Saints close to her age. I figured it would be someone like Milo or one of the Silvers like herself. I'm sitting on a recliner in Aries when I heard a knock on the door. I stood up and answered the door, it was Shaka holding Unique who looked she got hit by a freight train.
"Milady, what happened? I asked her politely.
Unique hid her face in Shaka's shoulder as she mumbles,
"I fell down after climbing an apple tree trying to rescue this little one. The branch broke and I tucked my body making sure this little one would not get hurt. I knew I laid wrong and this little one must've sensed my dilemma because he had brought Shaka to me. Although, against my wishes of just taking me home, Shaka insisted on bringing me here."
I looked up to see a black kitten with violet eyes eerily staring at me as if to tell me not to hurt its mistress on Shaka's free shoulder. I examined Unique and concluded she had sprained her right ankle. Then out of curiosity, I asked,
"Unique, why didn't you want me to examine you?:
Unique turned beet red and once again hid her in Shaka's shoulder and muttered something inaudible and the little kitten took a swipe at me and Unique scolds the kitten,
" Kite, behave yourself."
The black kitten mewls in protest but quiets down when Unique pets Kite in a soothing matter.
Shaka and I both agreed Unique shouldn't be alone so she stayed with me even though she protested. I shushed she sternly as our master would and the matter was dropped.
In the weeks that followed, I learned Unique does have a crush on someone and whenever I inquire about her crush. Kite would take a swipe at me bearly missing my nose. I stopped asking once Kite had actually scratched my nose.
One night, I ventured up Star Hill to look up at stars. I knew I wasn't supposed to be up here, but I took a chance anyway. I heard someone speaking and I realized it was Unique.
"I feel so stupid, why do I get so shy whenever I am around Mū? You would think I have known him my whole life I would just tell him, Eh, Kite?"
I just watch for a moment, and I realized Unique loves me. I stepped into her view and I saw her blush rather prettily I might add. I walked past the sleeping Kite and I pulled Unique into my arms and I leaned down and kissed her softly. I swear she smells like honey and sakura blossoms and tasted like peppermint.
"I am yours, my Flame princess and you are mine if you will have me?" I kissed her forehead.
I felt her tremble in my arms and she kissed me boldly and nodded yes.
We made our relationship known once I moved my Flame Princess in with me in Aries.
I love to watch her work. I especially love watching her cuddle with me.
