~ Sleeping Yuki~

Tatsuha walked out of the room he knew to leave Shuichi alone for the time being.

He planned to visit Yuki later that day maybe with Ryuichi.

Tatsuha began his long walk back to the loft; I wonder if Touma has called Mika yet knowing her she would hate not to be told Tatsuha thought sighing as he walked down the street, as he passed by a group of people they were all talking about the new issue of Big Pop and the undercover story on Shuichi and his brother.

How was I to know that by helping Taki with one favor that it would end with my brother in the hospital he thought as he continued to walk down the street.

Shuichi removed his shoes and curled up next to Yuki, the pain that he would separated from Yuki for awhile and that it was his fault, the guilt grew in his mind.

“ please don’t hate me when you wake up I didn’t mean for you to get hit by that car Yuki. I should have never run into the street like that I was stupid.” Shuichi cried buried his face into Yuki’ s chest as he cried.

Soon reporters caught wind of the story of the hit and run and arrived at the hospital for an interview with Shuichi on what had happened; rumors from the scene said that Yuki had chased the pop star into the street.

When the pop star left the room to stretch and get something to eat hundreds of reporters and photographers circled around him as he stood at the vending machine.

Shuichi looked for a way out “ no comment!” he screamed at the reporters as an answer to their questions.

He just wanted to get back to Yuki’ s room and sit with him and hold his hand.

Luck was on his side, K walked into the waiting room he was looking for Shuichi; when he saw the singer in the sea of reporters he pulled out his gun.

“ I suggest you get out of here while your still alive” K yelled pulling the trigger; as reporters left in a hurry leaving Shuichi alone.

K walked over to the teen “ they are like cockroaches they will be back for a story sooner or later” he said walking with Shuichi to Yuki’ s room. K was silent he didn’t know what else to say.

“ Has the doctor said anything about his condition?” he asked as they entered the room.

Shuichi looked down at the floor “ he said there is a seventy- five percent chance that Yuki might not wake up ever, I’m praying that he wakes up. I don’t think I could go on if he never woke up” Shuichi said rubbing the tears away.

K sighed “ I’ll stay as security to keep the reporters away for a while.” the blonde American said putting his gun back in his holster.

He wondered if it was possible for Yuki to wake. He better wake up or we’ll never record another song ever again, it was a stretch when just the magazine came out now it’s impossible. K thought as he sat by the door in the hall watching for reporters.

Touma had contemplated calling his wife with the news and finally decided to call, knowing that she would demand to know what drove her brother to run into the street. He dialed their number waiting for Mika to pick up the phone soon he heard the line pick up.

“ Seguchi residence” Mika said into the mouthpiece as she picked up dishes from breakfast.

Touma took in a deep breath “ Mika.. I have some bad news, Eiri was involved in a accident this morning, he was hit by a car”he said waiting for a response.

The sound of dishes crashing to the floor filled the receiver on his end.

Mika covered her mouth, “ is he okay, why didn’t you call me the minute it happened Touma?” Mika asked thousands of questions through her head.

She rushed around changing her clothes.

The other line was silent for a moment “ I didn’t want to give you any stress till I knew what his condition was and he’s alive but in a coma, I’ll come get you and we’ll go to the hospital” Touma said before hanging up the phone.

He looked at the remaining people in the loft .

“ Suguru you should stay here with Ryuichi and wait for Tatsuha to return.” Touma said as he left the loft going down to his car.

He drove home to find Mika waiting at the edge of the driveway for him, she climbed in the car quickly not giving Touma a chance to speak he drove to the hospital.

The platinum blonde grabbed his wife’s hand and looked her in the eyes.

“ Mika, there is a good chance that Eiri will never wake up.” he remarked letting Mika go and getting out of the car and opening the door for her.

Both walked down the hall till they found K sitting infront of a door gun in hand his mirror sunglasses still over his eyes, he rose to his feet as Touma and Mika approached.

“ Touma... I stuck my head in a few minutes ago and I heard Shuichi talking to Yuki, he swore off music for the rest of his life if Yuki would wake up. Though nothing has happened yet, but the boy is very depressed right now. I’m worried he might become suicidal because of this” K said pushing his sunglasses up and letting them rest on his head.

Mika looked in the window and saw Shuichi asleep on the bed curled up next to her brother, she felt her heart go out to the boy for a moment.

“ Maybe being here isn’t the best for him” Touma said softly talking to K still not noticing that Mika had walked over to the large window and was watching Shuichi.

“ I hope Eiri does wake up, for that boy’s sake he does love him so much.” Mika said softly.
