Kana stood in the middle of the living room in her apartment, home from the last place she’d be going for a while. She went into her bedroom and changed, noticing her necklace was gone she shrugged figuring it had come off in her voyage before plopping down on her couch and staring out the window into a dark and gloomy storm. A few moments later there was a knock at her door, getting up groggily she opened it only to see Dani standing in front of her soaking wet.
“I got here as soon as I could, Keisuke called me from the library and told me you came back and what happened are you okay?” Dani whispered as Kana walked away from him and sat back on the couch, he entered and shut the door before sitting next to her and looking at the storm. “Nice weather huh?” He mocked trying to get her to smile. The emotionless look on her face remained but the pain in her eyes seemed to grow deeper.
“Am I supposed to hurt physically?” She whispered keeping her attention on the storm as tears flowed down her cheeks.
“When something like that happens, sometimes to hurt is the best medicine.”
“Dani.” She whispered before he pulled her close and she cried horribly.

Two weeks passed before Miaka, Tamahome and Yui came back along with their two followers Keisuke and Tetsuya, during the time of the finishing of the Universe of the four gods Keisuke developed hidden feelings for Kana.

One early Saturday morning Kana rolled over after hearing her phone ring and onto the floor. “Ouch.” She moaned before her hand sprung up and searched the nightstand next to her bed for the portable. “He… hello?” She grumbled sitting up and rubbing her eyes.
“Hi, Kana?” A male voice came from the other end.
“Yeah, who is this?” Kana hated guessing games and at the moment, when it was that early, she was irritable.
“Keisuke, how are you doing?”
“Well I rolled over to get the phone and fell out of bed so my ass hurts but other than that I guess I’m okay. What’s up? How are you?” She questioned searching through her dresser drawer and coming across the uniform she had worn in the book before continuing her search.
“Good listen we were going to head out and visit Toki and visit the graves of Takiko and Suzuno. do you want to come with us?” Kana’s head shot up and she cocked her eyebrows.
“Umm… okay. When’s the monorail leave?”
“Two hours.”
“Alright I’ll meet you up at the station, bye.”
“Bye Kana.” She clicked off the phone before continuing her digging through her wardrobe. Grabbing a black three quarter sleeve length turtleneck and a pair of jeans she changed quickly. Knowing traffic it would take forever to get down there, especially with the rain. Of all the days to visit a cemetery, it gave her the creeps. Taking another look at the uniform she smiled slightly before closing the drawer with her hip, throwing on a khaki vest and leaving her apartment.

Kana drove through the rain getting more and more irritated with the traffic and the weather. What a day to go walk around three acres of dead people. She rolled her eyes and smiled wondering if anyone would ever visit her grave after she dies. Finally arriving at the monorail station she parked and entered the station in search of her four friends.
