Chapter Ninety-Six:
Year Two:
Day: Three-Hundred-Seventy-One:
September 10th, 2018:
Crimson then falls to the ground, both his upper and lower halves of his body, and reverts to Koan. Even Xyaqom was shocked that his own attack caught koan. After Koan landed on the ground, Xyaqom landed in front of him.
Xyaqom: How sad is this? Being defeated by your own attack. I tried to help you, but you choose not to take it. You only have yourself to blame.
Xyaqom then turns around to leave, but before he could leave...
Koan: (Sounds weak) W-Wait...
Xyaqom stops in his tracks and hears the words as wait and starts thinking about what Koan wants.
Koan: Please... Help me...
Hearing Koan asking him for his help really pissed Xyaqom off. Just who did he think he was, asking Xyaqom for help after what he did.
Xyaqom: (Turns around to face Koan and talks in an angry tone) YOU HAVE A LOT OF NERVE ASKING ME TO HELP YOU, YOU KNOW THAT?! FIRST YOU KILLED MY MEN, THEN YOU TRIED TO KILL MY FAMILY, AND YOU TRIED TO KILL ME TWICE! AND YET, YOU ASK ME TO HELP YOU?! JUST WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE?!
Koan: (Sounds weak) Please... Forgive me...
Xyaqom was pissed when Koan begged him to save. He couldn't be serious. He would fly off and leave him to die, but his guilty conscience was beginning to take over. He then shot a small energy blast at Koan. But this energy wasn't to kill him but to heal him.
Xyaqom: I just gave you some of my energy; you should be able to move now. I don't ever want to see you again, got it?
Xyaqom then took out his wings and flew off. Koan then starts getting himself back up, and what was left of his body began to float upwards. Even though Koan was now in the condition that he was in, he refused to give up. He refused to acknowledge that he was in the wrong and Xyaqom in the right.
Koan: You little punk! You honestly think you won? Your thick skull could never understand! I am Crimson Darkness! The most powerful being in the universe! And you are not. I can cast spells, I can do anything by just thinking about it, and YOU cannot! You are just like your old man, stubborn and thick-skulled. All I ever wanted to have things to be the way I want them and the ways they were before I was kidnapped. I wanted my sister back, but you didn't want me to reunite with her! (He continues to watch Xyaqom fly away) And now, learn! Learn what happens when you mess with the most (Turns into Carnage Mayhem) POWERFUL BEING IN THE UNIVERSE!
Koan then transformed into Carnage Mayhem and unleashed a massive red blast towards Xyaqom. Koan was hoping to kill Xyaqom by surprise, but what Koan didn't know was that Xyaqom had senses that let him know when danger was coming. When he got a sense that something was coming from behind, he turned around and saw a massive blast coming towards him. Xyaqom knew that Koan was the owner of this blast, and he only had enough time to shoot it back; it was too big for him to move out of the way. When Xyaqom saw the blast coming towards him, he got angry that Koan was too stubborn to learn his lesson. Xyaqom, who was still a Mastered Xyith, powers up to large an energy blast of his own to combat against Crimson's blast.
Xyaqom: YOU FOOL!
Xyaqom then launches an energy blast of his own, engulfing Koan's blast, and starts heading right towards him.
Carnage Mayhem: WHAT?! (Koan then watched Xyaqom's beam coming right towards him. Koan tried to push the beam back, but it was pointless) NO! NO! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Seeing that death was coming towards him, that's when Koan realized he fucked up big time. That's when he realized that Xyaqom was much more powerful than him. That's when he realized he threw away all the things he now had for the sake of defeating Xyaqom. That's when he realized what Xyaqom was trying to tell him, not to go trampling all the hard work and trust he built up to change the past. He also realized that he was throwing all of his girlfriends away for the sake of killing Xyaqom. A bunch of realizations that came too late. Koan's entire life, the good and bad, flashed before him, and Xyaqom's blast engulfs Koan while he was screaming in horror. After the blast engulfs Koan, the ground below him exploded, leaving a huge creator on the ground and rocks flying all over the place.
We see Xyaqom floating in place, where he blasted Koan, and we see Xyaqom catching his breath, and his hand was shaking. In his mind, he killed Koan, his best friend's son; he was not proud of this. He tried to help Koan, he tried to get Koan to see the error of his ways, but Koan refused to listen to him. Any sense of reason that returned to Koan came too late. He couldn't save him, no matter how hard he tried. Xyaqom looked at where Koan once stood; he was disappointed that he couldn't save Koan from himself.
Xyaqom: (Thinking) Ken, I am so sorry. I tried to help Koan, but he refused to take it. I'm sorry that things turned out the way it did. Dammit, how the Hell am I going to explain this to the girls? Would they even believe me if I told them that Koan was trying to kill me?
Xyaqom now had to figure out how he was going to break the bad news to the girls.
Later, Koan starts walking up, and he finds himself in a new environment. He thinks that the sky was pink and that the ground was unseeable. He also sees that he was standing on some pathway with many miny clouds floating ahead of him, floating in a single line.
Koan: Huh? Where am I? What is this place? I remember Xyaqom blasting me, and the next thing I know, I'm here. What is this place?
Koan then starts walking past the clouds, only for one of them to stop him.
Cloud #1: Hey, buddy, where do you think you're going? Wait in line like everyone else!
Koan: What the Hell? Did you talk?!
Cloud #1: Yeah, I just talked; you have a problem with that?!
Cloud #2: Please don't mind him; he's just a bit cranky that he's been standing in line for the last few months.
Koan: Um, okay? What is this place? And how are you clouds able to talk?
Cloud #2: Oh, first time here, I see? Yes, this place can be disorientating for first-timers. We are currently in the realm between Heaven and Hell, waiting to be judged.
Koan: Wait, the realm between Heaven and Hell? Does that mean I'm dead?
Cloud #2: Well, yes, you are. The only way you can come here is by... well, dying. And just to let you know, we are not talking clouds; we are Spirits, just like you?
Koan: Just like me? What are you... (He takes a look at them himself, but instead of seeing his body, he sees that he is nothing more than just a small white Cloud floating around; he was just like everyone else) WHAT THE HELL?! WHERE IS MY BODY?!
Cloud #2: Unfortunately, when you die, you don't get to bring your body with you. You have to have special permission from the higher-ups to keep your body. I have seen some people in the afterlife who have kept their bodies after they passed away because they either had special permission or the deeds they committed during their time alive were so Noble that they could keep their bodies the moment they passed on to the afterlife. You, on the other hand, seem not to have that privilege.
Koan: No, no, no, no. This can't be happening.
?: Next!
Koan: Wait, that voice... Quick, do you know who the judge is?
Cloud #2: As far as I'm aware, it's an ogre named Domenel. Since I've been here, he's been the judge, but I hear that he might have been the judge longer than that.
Cloud #3: I also heard that he used to be the most respected man in the afterlife until some guy named Crimson Darkness made him into a laughing stock and took away his family for a pity reason.
Koan: (Under his breath) Oh no...
?: I said Next!
After Life Employee: (Walks towards Koan) Excuse me, sir, but you're next.
Koan: What? I can't be; there are two hundred other guys ahead of me.
After Life Employee: Yes, but Judge Domenel wants to see you now.
Cloud#1: Hey, how come he gets to go first?! I've been waiting to go up for the last two months now!
Afterlife Employee: Here's a vacation ticket for two.
Cloud #1: But where can I go?
Afterlife Employee: You can go here. (Shows a beautiful paradise)
Cloud #1: Sweet!
All of the clouds, except for Koan, went inside the beautiful paradise.
Koan: Any chance I can join them?
Afterlife Employee: No!
The Employee was serious. They head into the check-in office, where Domenel is sitting at his desk, waiting for Koan.
Domenel: Ah, Koan, Koan, Seinaruyami. It's been a long time coming. However, I didn't think your death would come so soon.
Koan: Geese, you seem to be happy that I'm now dead.
Domenel: YOU DAMN RIGHT I AM! Before you came along, I used to be the most respected man in the afterlife. Nobody dared to cross me until you came along. You made my life a living hell, you convinced my wife to divorce me and have a restraining order against me, not allowing me to see my kids, and you made me into a laughing stock! I made a promise to myself that if you ever die, I'll be sending your soul straight down to Hell, and it seems that I am now about to fulfill that promise!
Koan: Promise?
Domenel: Yes, to send you to Hell if you die!
Koan: Um... Is it too late to apologize?
Domenel: You honestly think saying sorry will undo the damage you've done?! Both in the Afterlife and the World Of The Living?! No, it won't. I've looked into your files, and you've been a very naughty boy this past month.
Koan: Like what?
Domenel: Oh, I don't know, kidnapping people, killing people...
All while Domenel was going through the list, Koan began to disappear.
Koan: Um... What is happening to me?
Domenel: Huh? (Sees Koan disappearing) What?! No!
Before Domenel could do anything, Koan completely disappeared.
Domenel: NO! DENISE! WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!
Denise: (Looks at her computer) It looks like Koan was somehow revived.
Domenel: REVIVED?! HOW?! WAS IT THOSE DAMN CRYSTAL SHARDS AGAIN?!
Denise: Actually, no. It looks like a doctor somehow revived him.
Domenel: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Koan begins opening his eyes and sees a bright light. When his vision came back to focus, he saw that the light on the ceiling was shining on him.
Koan: What the Hell?
Just then, Kori, in her nurse outfit, sees Koan waking up, so she ran to get Rosaira.
Koan: Oh, okay... That's totally normal, I guess.
Meanwhile, Rosaira is seen in her office, doing paperwork.
Kori: (Enters the office) Rosaira, Koan is awake.
Rosaira: What?! Already?! He shouldn't be up for another week.
Kori: I'm telling you the truth.
Rosaira: Alright, let's see him then.
Kori: Yes, ma'am!
Rosaira and Kori then walked over to the medical room, where they saw Koan trying to get out of bed.
Rosaira: Where do you think you're going?!
Koan: I need to go and see my girls.
Rosaira: not in that condition, you're not.
Koan then falls out of the bed, and it was here that he saw what is left of him, the lower half of his right arm, and the lower half of his body from the hips down were missing, as if they were completely cut off.
Koan: What the Hell?! What did you girls do to me?!
Kori: Do you not remember your scuffle with Xyaqom?
That's been Koan remembered that Koan tried to cut Xyaqom in half by launching an energy disk at him. But the sneak attack backfired, and Koan was the one who got cut in half instead.
Koan: Oh... right... Wait... (He then looks under his medical robe and to his shock, his junk was gone) NOOOOOOOOOO! (Kori slaps Koan hard) Oh! What was that for?
Kori: Get hold of yourself!
Koan: How can I? My junk is gone!
Kori: Who cares!
Koan: I care!
Kori shakes her head, thinking it wasn't a good idea for Rosaira to revive this big idiot.
Rosaira: Kori, can you please get him back on the bed.
Kori: Yes, ma'am.
Kori then helps Koan get back on the bed.
Rosaira: You're lucky; I ordered an endoskeleton for you not too long ago.
Koan: Endoskeleton?
Rosaira: Yes, an endoskeleton arm and legs to help you move around.
Koan: What about my junk? (Kori slaps him across the face) Ow!
Kori: Forget about it!
Koan: How can I?! I can no longer make love with my girls!
Rosaira: Maybe Xyaqom should've finished you off.
Koan: Why did Xyaqom bring me here?
Rosaira: I'm guessing he noticed you barely survived his last attack, so he brought you here.
Koan: Then, why not just kill me?
Xyaqom: I guess he thought about your girls. (Koan closes his eyes to get some rest) By the way, here is your bill. (Gives Koan his medical bill, which is $50,000)
Koan freaks out as he screams again, which Kori slaps him multiple times.
Koan: Ow! What's your problem, lady?!
Kori: You're so annoying.
Rosaira: Kori, settle down; we don't need Koan any more hurt than he is now.
Koan: Rosaira (Points at his jacket, and she takes his card to show to pay for everything)
Rosaira: Thank you.
Koan: It's no problem.
Rosaira: Now, you should get some sleep. Your endoskeleton limbs should arrive here tomorrow morning.
Koan: Thank you, Ma'am.
Koan then began to rest and began to think.
Koan: How the Hell am I going to explain this to the girls?

Note: And so, Koan has now reached the lowest end of his life. How can it get any worst?
