Return To Me
Chapter Two
By White Angel of the Blood Moon
Tsuzuki sat upon a bench it the park. The cold marble seemed to penetrate even the thick fabric of his coat.
He shivered.
How long had it been now?
Two and a half months?
He had bought a white cat with silver eyes and named it Kazutaka.
Desperation.
He still held his vow for revenge, yet he wasn\'t quite ready to confront the entire judgement bureau, even though he knew he was more than powerful enough to win.
The sun was beginning to set.
A time in his afterlife had come when \"To be or not to be\" was most definitely the question.
He chose to be, because............because it was what Muraki would have wanted.
Plus, he still had unfinished buisiness.
And.............a cat to take care of................
************************
Things had been going as usual in Meifu. Tatsumi worked 24/7, Watari blew up EVERYTHING on a daily basis, Terazuma occasionally turned into a raging black beast.............only Hisoka was different.
Hisoka was broken.
He spen all of his time doing only paper work, because he was forbidden to do field work due to the fact that.............that he no longer had a partner.
Depression was an understatement.
The boy was barely hanging on.
At first he had been hurt and angry. Tsuzuki had done something unthinkable.
Tsuzuki had beaten and raped him.
Yet, after a few weeks........after the episode with Muraki..........Hisoka had started to feel more like it was his fault. Perhaps he had been asking for it for a long time.
Perhaps he had gotten what he deserved.
Everybody else said differently.
Everybody else was out for Tsuzuki\'s head.
But Hisoka had forgiven.
Hisoka had finally realized that he loved Tsuzuki, and had loved him for a long time.
Unconditional love.
********************************
Tsuzuki stood up from the park bench and began to walk his way up the hill and past the church, the very same church he had met Muraki in.
-\'Tsuzuki!\'-
Tsuzuki stopped dead in his tracks.
He thought he had heard someone call his name.
It must have been his imagination.........
He walked on, and returned home within an hour.
