*~*
He was a Leafe Knight, so what? He was the Knight of Light, so what? So he didn’t know how to handle girls, or anyone when they came to him with problems, he tried to brush it off like it didn’t matter. Mannen had called him cold at one point, and that was true he was. Why shouldn’t he be? He could be if he wanted to be. What did Mannen know anyway, Himeno was Pretear, she would be fine on her own. And it’s not like Mannen had gone threw something like this before.
The other Knights knew enough to leave him alone, he could handle himself just fine. And besides they knew about his past enough to know what was bothering him. Was it really still bothering him? It seemed like so long ago, yet it wasn’t. It was just a time before the kids where born, a time before the Pretear became the Princess of Disaster, before they really even knew her for that matter…
‘No it was better to not think about that now,’ Kei thought to himself and stood up. He knew better then to hang around his work when his thoughts began to wonder. Especially when they began to take that road. The road that was still partially open to him. But that was not something to think about now, nether of them had mentioned it since Takako had become the Princess of Disaster, but then again they had no had the time. Then after she was locked away it seemed almost taboo to say anything about it.
So why was he thinking about it?
Maybe he missed it…
Maybe he missed him.
That couldn’t be it.
Kei suddenly found himself at the door to his home in Leafeania. This wasn’t the first time in the past few weeks he had drifted off and forgotten where he was going. But at least this time he had made it home.
Walking in the voices of Shin, Hajime, and Mannen could be heard carrying. They where upstairs and Kei could still hear them downstairs. Oh well kids would be that way he guessed. Their voices reminded him that time had passed.
With a sigh he walked to his room, past the children. Past their noise. Past the memories they seemed able to bring up. Past what they represented, change.
His room just happened to be on the 3rd floor, away from the other Knights. It never ceased to amaze everyone that one tree could be so big, yet it was.
Finally alone, and away from the noise he collapsed on his bed. He had no idea what was wrong with him, but something was. He seemed to be missing something.
Kei turned onto his side and away from the door, maybe he could get a few hours of rest before he was needed, the other Knights could stop the world from ending long enough for him to take a nap.
Several minutes later he found himself staring at the wall.
“Something wrong?” someone asked him. He hadn’t even heard the door open and close. Kei turned and found Goh staring at him.
“No.” His voice was flat and the Knight of Fire didn’t seem convinced.
“Something’s really bothering you Kei, even the kids are picking up on it now.” Goh told him and walked to the side of his bed.
“There’s nothing wrong that can be fixed.” The Knight of Light told him, he turned back to his side so his back was to Goh.
“It’s him isn’t it?” Goh asked, sitting on the bed. Kei’s body became tense when the other Knight sat down. Goh didn’t know what to expect but this hadn’t been it. What was over was over, nether of them had spoken about it, unless that was what was really bothering Kei.
“Kei?” Goh asked, trying to understand what was bothering the other Knight.
“Go away Goh.” Kei muttered. He began to try and figure out just how the other Knight had gotten into his room.
Kei felt movement on the bed, and then suddenly a body was pressed against his back. He could feel Goh’s head near his own, yet the other Leafe Knight hadn’t tried to hold him yet. Goh was just as unsure as he was, Kei was sure of it. Kei chose not to pull away from him.
“It’s him still isn’t it?” Goh asked again.
“Him and us.” Kei told him. He turned over so he was facing the other Knight. Goh didn’t seem surprised by what he had told him, Kei’s actions were what were surprising the other Knight.
“Us?” Goh asked, he knew it seemed like a stupid question, but Kei had seemed completely uninterested in him since their rebirth and he had taken that as a sign the other Knight wanted what was in the past to remain in the past.
Kei moved closer to Goh, and made the first move by hugging the other Knight, he rested his head on Goh’s chest.
“Kei?” Goh was now unsure of the other Knight, more so then when he had walked threw the door to try and talk to him. Damn Hayate and his logic that Goh would be able to get Kei to open up to him. No that was being unfair to Hayate, Goh was the one who was scared, the last relationship he had ended suddenly, much to suddenly and violently for his tastes. And now here was Kei, seemingly trying to recapture some of what they had.
“Do you miss him?” Kei asked him suddenly, his body had yet to move away for the other Knight’s.
“Yeah, most of the time.” Goh told him, glancing at his past lover. ‘Past, it should stay there.’ He told himself.
“Do you ever hate the kids?” Kei asked, the Knight sounded unsure of himself and nervous.
“Sometimes.” Goh hated himself for it, it wasn’t their fault.
“Mannen?” Kei asked.
Goh didn’t know how to answer. Mannen was just a kid, a stupid kid at that. Yet there were times he would watch him and want him, then feel dirty for it later. How would Mannen feel? What if Mannen ever found out about him… about them.
“It’s not his fault he’s the Knight of Freezing.” Goh told him. He felt Kei shift, as if trying to get closer to him, and with that shift he felt something in himself, a kind of longing. For who, the Knight of Light or the Knight of Freezing? He really wasn’t sure. Mannen could never know, Mannen would never know. Mannen wanted to date Himeno. He suddenly found himself trying not to laugh, and failing.
Kei didn’t pull away from him (something that Goh was glad for), but he did glance up into the other Knight’s face. “Something funny?”
“Mannen wants a girlfriend.”
Kei seemed stunned for a second then joined him in his laughter. The thought of Mannen with a girl was enough to break the tenseness they had both felt. Tension turned into laughter was sometimes a good thing.
“So then I take it he really doesn’t know?” Kei asked. He wasn’t as close to the kids as Goh was.
“I don’t think any of the kids ever really thought about the Knights before them.” Goh answered. The urge to do more then just lay there was beginning to grow. But they needed to have this talk first.
“What do you think he would do then if he knew about it?” Kei asked him. Kei seemed scared of something. His normal not caring self was gone, in its place was one that seemed to be afraid of something.
“You mean that you and I and his previous self were lovers?” Goh asked him. There it was out, no more dancing around the subject. One of them had needed to say it.
“Yeah.” Kei seemed relive that he had said that.
“He’d call us perverts and think nothing of it.” Goh told him. At least he hoped the kid would do that.
Kei didn’t answer him for a moment, and Goh began to wonder if he had changed his mind. Not like it would really be safe for them to do anything. Last time he had checked nether of them had lube and he would rather avoid using anything that could be considered risky. He wanted to slap himself at that thought, they hadn’t decided to continue the relationship yet and here he was thinking about THAT.
“Goh why didn’t you ever ask me about it?”
“I… um... didn’t think you wanted to.” Here now he was having trouble figuring out what he wanted to say.
Kei looked back into his face. He had been thinking about this for so long, then suddenly here they where, Goh in his bed, granted they where one Knight short, but that couldn’t be helped. Goh wasn’t resisting but didn’t seem sure he wanted to go ahead with this. Kei knew he would have to make the first move. The funny thing was it had always been the Knight of Freezing who had started things in the past.
That Knight wasn’t there.
Kei leaned forward and pressed his lips to Goh’s. Goh didn’t seem surprised and allowed the other Knight to deepen the kiss, Goh still felt that it was wrong. What about him? What about Mannen? This should stay in the past, Hayate didn’t send him up here to do this. Kei tightened his hold on Goh, almost as if he was afraid the other would leave. Well that was an option, he could just get up and leave, granted Kei would be even more of self absorbed bastard if he did. Goh didn’t make the move to leave, he did however break the kiss, both of them needed air.
“Goh?” there was a strange tone in Kei’s voice.
“We still need to think.” Goh told him, trying to put it off a little while longer.
“Why?” Kei began to let his hands wonder down Goh’s chest, and the sudden realization that his battle outfit was a belly shirt came to Goh’s mind, just as Kei’s hands reached the end of the shirt and began to creep under it.
“Well… um…?” He really didn’t have a good reason did he? Hayate and Sesame didn’t care. The kids wouldn’t understand so they didn’t count at this point.
“You don’t have a reason do you?” Kei asked him. The blond was now looking into his eyes. Goh knew that look well, very well, even if he hadn’t seen it since being reborn.
“We don’t have lube?” Goh offered, lame, they had done it a couple times without using lube, but still they where technically both virgins again.
“I have some.” Kei told him, a slight smile on his face. Goh could tell the other Knight had something like this planned. Or maybe it was just wishful thinking.
Goh actually had no response for that and watched as Kei wiggled across the bed and to the draws next to the bed. Kei opened the bottom draw, searched for awhile, then found what he was looking for. He threw the tube to Goh, who caught it without thinking then returned to the side of his soon to be again lover. Goh was buying his time by pretending to read the label.
“You’re still in your Knight outfit.” Kei told him, trying to catch his attention.
“So are you.” The Knight of Fire didn’t look up from the tube.
Kei signed once and began to strip, this was one thing from the past he could do without. Goh would always be the last to undress. Neither Kei or He had been able to figure out why.
Kei finished and crawled to his side. “Not anymore.”
Goh stopped reading for a moment and actually had to try to keep himself from staring. He had always wondered how Kei got his whole body tanned. He still wondered that, he really should ask at some point.
“Well?” Kei asked him.
Goh sighed. He should have learned by now, Kei wanted to watch him, and that bothered him. Try as he might he couldn’t get comfortable with the thought of anyone seeing him nude. He had his reasons.
“Move or I help you.” Kei told him, he was beginning to sound annoyed.
Goh answered him by starting the de-clothing process. It was times like this that whoever designed their battle outfits should be shot in his opinion. Really was there a need to several layers of material?
Kei must have thought he was taking to long because suddenly he felt hands grabbing his pants and help take them off. Well he was taking a while, but he wanted to be able to easily get back into the thing, just in case something happened…like Takako attacking… or Himeno stopping by…or the kids coming up. Mainly it was the kids/Mannen that worried him.
Kei helped him out of everything and almost intently he wanted under the covers, however Kei stopped him by grabbing him and kissing him. Goh again broke the kiss, this time quicker then the last one.
“Goh I have to ask one thing.”
Well that was different from the normal course of action. Normally Kei would either let him under the covers or pin him down and demand to be fucked. “What?”
“Why are you so skittish about being naked?”
“Um… It’s….” Goh began to blush, it was a stupid reason, but it still bothered him.
Kei looked at his entire body and allowed his eyes come back to Goh’s penis and the hair that surrounded it.
“That’s it isn’t it?”
“What is?” Goh asked.
Kei slid his body down on the bed so he was looking at the hair, ignoring any reaction from Goh, and everything else other then the hair. Goh watched him the entire time, shifting when need be to watch Kei. This was something new… very very new. Kei used his Knight powers to generate a little more light and continued to study the hair.
“Kei?” Goh asked, confusion and worry beginning to edge into his voice. Kei realized he was making him uncomfortable and moved so he was laying next to him again.
“Your hair, its red and black.” Kei informed him.
Goh started to blush.
“And that’s the whole reason?” Kei propped himself up on one arm to look at the other Knight. This was interesting. He began to wonder if anyone else had hair that coloration and began to plot ways to hack a satellite on nude beaches to study the men there.
Goh blushed deeper, “Yeah.”
Kei seemed to move on to other thoughts, the fact that Goh was nude in his bed had yet to be forgotten by him.
“Well?”
“Well what?” Goh asked, dreading another strange question from the Knight. Kei was in a very weird mood, but then he always was when sex was involved.
“Shall we continue where we left off?” Kei asked, and reached down and grabbed his member. Goh’s breath caught in his throat and all thoughts of any reply to Kei stopped. He hadn’t felt his touch in so long, to long. “Do you remember our agreement?” Kei asked him suddenly.
“Which one?”
“That if any of us asked for something, and felt there was a good reason for it the others would do it?”
Goh didn’t like where this was going. “I do, why?”
“Please do as I ask now. I have a reason. I need to you to do it.” Kei told him, his hand had moved away from Goh.
“Do what?”
“I want you to do as I asked, just that.” Kei told him, refusing to elaborate.
“And you’re not going to tell me what it is?”
“No.” Kei told him and lay on his stomach. This was something he wanted. Something he wasn’t sure Goh would understand right now, but something he needed Goh to do for him.
“Kei?”
“Goh, please, lube but no prep.” Kei asked, not looking at his lover anymore. If he did he would see HIM, it was HIM who he had been with last.
“No prep.” It now seemed as if in addition to speaking Goh’s knowledge of sex was leaving him.
“It’s what I want. Understand?”
“Not really.” Goh told him and opened the tube of lube. Kei was really acting strange, and it worried him. Not enough to leave, but enough to tell him to watch what he did.
“It doesn’t matter if you do or not, just as long as you do as I ask.” Kei told him. Goh shifted is attention from the bottle of lube, back to his lover. Kei looked relaxed, from what he could tell of how his back looked. Not like that told him a lot, he really wished Kei would look at him, and it seemed Kei was just content to rest his head on his arms on the pillow. It worried him. Kei had never just laid down and asked to be taken before.
Goh knew his lover was waiting for him and finally made a move to get some of the lube out. His eyes kept returning to Kei as he slowly squeezed some into his palm. Kei may not want him to prep, but he was sure as hell going to use as much lube as possible. If he hurt Kei on their first time again (this really gave the term born again virgins a whole new meaning) he would never be able to look at him again. He hesitated for a moment more then began applying the lube to himself, he was out of practice, yet knew exactly what to do.
“This is weird-” Goh began.
“Goh do me a favor and just shut up, whatever you want to say can wait.” Kei told him.
Goh looked at his lover again, something really was wrong, then contented himself with attempting to lube himself up enough so as not to hurt the other Knight. They did not need for him to be hurt when they were attacked. He finally gave up adding anymore and put the bottle aside for later. There would not be a later today, he was sure of that, but need be it was in reach.
“Kei?”
“Didn’t I ask you to shut up?” Kei signed.
“Yeah, but I thought you would like some warning.” Goh told him and moved so he was behind his lover. He noticed both of them were shaking a little. Well that should be expected right? Virgins could get nervous, or maybe it was the ghost of him. Either way it didn’t matter, this was happened here and now, and that other Knight was dead. He tried to figure out what way this would best work and settled on laying on the other Knight’s back. Kei didn’t say anything and seemed to relax even more at the touch.
Goh positioned himself at Kei’s entrance and as gently as possible pushed a little of himself in.
Kei kept himself relaxed and smiled to himself. Goh actually knew what he was doing even if he doubted himself right now. Kei knew he was over worrying, granted this was not the smartest thing he had ever asked a lover to do, but he needed Goh to purify him, and if shedding blood was needed then so be it, just so long as that ghost was gone. The sudden small intrusion of Goh caused him to at first panic, he had forgotten what it felt like to be entered. Forcing himself to relax again he waited. Goh, he knew, would go slow and wait to make sure he was not hurting him, and after a moment’s hesitation Kei felt more of Goh slip into him. He suddenly doubted if not doing any prep work had been a good idea, while at the time he had thought he would be fine the lack of stretching could become painful very suddenly, and he began to fear that that would happen. He knew he would have to take it when it came and try to not let Goh knew he was hurting him. He had the feeling that if they didn’t complete this now, then nether of them would have the nerve to do it later.
Goh felt Kei’s body respond to his entrance and continued to watch his lover. It worried him that Kei was hardly making any noise, however the Knight of Light’s breathing had sped slightly, whither it was in nervousness or excitement he couldn’t tell. Until Kei told him to stop he knew better then to back out. He chose to slowly push in a little further after a several minute break and hope that that gave him enough time to adjust. He had felt Kei’s sudden tenseness when he had first entered him, then relax as he had gotten his body under his control again.
After a several minute break again Goh slipped more of himself in Kei, he was now about half of the way inside, when suddenly the other Knight gasped and his entire body tensed. Goh moved to pull himself back a little but stopped when grabbed his arm and pulled him closer.
“Just give me a minute.” Kei told him. Goh could hear slight pain in the other’s voice but chose to ignore it for the moment. Kei may have been on the bottom, but for the moment he was the one in control of the bed. “Move.”
Goh didn’t argue and allowed himself to slide into Kei more. The other Knight didn’t give any indication of pain, and as Goh was about to stop to allow him to rest and adjust Kei pushed back into him, forcing all of Goh inside of his body. Goh froze, not ready yet to be that far inside. It seemed Kei was more ready then he really was. For the last time that day he wondered why Hayate had sent him up here to begin with.
For Kei there was pain, but in that pain a type of healing. He could no longer feel the other Knights hands on his body, or remember what it was like to have him buried inside of him. Goh was the only one he was thinking of now, Goh was the only one he could feel. The pain washed away anything that may have been left of the other. He knew better then to let Goh know he was in any pain, and had forced all of Goh inside of him before he was ready. In doing so he had hurt himself, but the pain would pass, once Goh stopped being scared and started to act like he knew what to do. He was after all on bottom, and there was only so much he could do. He could feel Goh laying above him, his breathing had sped up slightly, and it seemed as if he was in shock.
“Goh?” he didn’t like how weak his voice sounded, but he was supporting all of Goh’s weight right now.
Goh felt Kei move a little and suddenly heard him say his name. Kei sounded weak, weak and hurt.
“What?” Goh was almost ready to pull out and leave, he wasn’t ready for this yet.
“Would you like to start doing something other they lying there?”
‘You mean like leave?’ Goh thought but instead answered his lover by pulling out a little then pushing back in, below him Kei seemed to relax. Goh really didn’t understand him at times like this.
Kei had, when he told Goh to do something been ready for the Knight of Fire to leave. He could tell Goh wasn’t comfortable. While he didn’t feel him shift his weight to fully pull out he did worry when he felt Goh’s pull out, so when he thrust back in Kei allowed himself to relax further. Goh wasn’t going to leave him.
Goh continued and set up a rhythm, gentle and slow for the time being. Kei didn’t seem to mind the pace. He could hear Kei making some minor noise, not enough for Hayate to hear. Never once did Sasame cross his mind.
Goh slowly began to speed up is thrusts, at the same time he found Kei’s member and began to stroke it in rhythm with his thrusts. He heard Kei gasp and could tell he was struggling to keep his moans as quiet as possible.
After a few more minutes Kei’s entire body tensed and Goh felt as Kei tighten around him and he reached his organism. Goh’s own body responded to the sudden tension and he too came.
It was a few more minutes before either of them felt like moving, and as gently as possible Goh pulled himself out of Kei and finding Kei’s sheet pulled it over the two of them, to him the room has suddenly become cold. Kei didn’t say anything about the blanket and moved so he was laying in Goh’s arms.
“I didn’t hurt you did I?” Goh asked him, Kei had been ready for the question.
“No, you helped me. Thank you.” Kei told him, not meeting his lover eyes, he didn’t want him to see any pain that may have been there. Kei instead rested his head on Goh’s chest. “Let’s just lay here, like this a while.”
Goh was again struck with how differed Kei was in bed. He knew as soon as Kei left the bed he would again be his snarky self.
Kei slowly began to drift off, and after a few minutes he fell asleep, safe knowing He was dead, now and forever.
Goh stayed with him a few minutes longer then climbed out of bed, found his clothing, dressed, and headed toward the door, he still needed to tell Hayate Kei was fine. He paused at the door and glanced back to his once again lover, Kei seemed to be sleeping peacefully, almost invitingly the way the light hit his body. Goh ignored the urge to go lay back with him and left the room.

This started out as just supposed to be a short, quick fic, but some other points got brought up that I think need to be addressed in this story, excepted chapters now at 2-3. Will it become bigger then that? I really don’t know. I think I should also post this at adult-fanfiction.org just to see what other people thing, fanfictionnow.com is where the fic will always be updated first at however. (I tend to forget I have an account at aff.n {I keep forgetting the password})
