Fear

I'm writing some pretty weird fiction nowadays...o_o.

The Starlights do not belong to me, of course. ^.~ I jut borrow them.

Okay, rules are as follows:

Taiki and Seiya are male, Yaten is female Don't ask me why, I just like to write it this way.

"Mind Control" in a way. More like "Body-Control" but meh. You'll see.

Please, please, please try to be nice. I'm looking more for gentle suggestions and critiquing than for right-out flames, so try to hold back the sharp tongues. I'm still new to this.

~Chapter One~

Yaten shivered. She was naked and bound into a spread-eagled position, her arms and legs spread wide. She tried to cover herself, but her bonds would only give so far. A whimper escaped her throat. She didn't want to be here.

She felt something slide into her. She winced and tried to pull away...it didn't belong there, whatever it was. But whatever it was pushed deeper and deeper, fighting her. She gave up trying to fight...she couldn't move, there was no way she could resist. She whimpered again and again, feeling her body grow excited. How could her own body betray her like this? The nipples on her soft, round breasts were hard and stiff, and she moaned as she felt a warm mouth cover one and begin to suckle it gently-

Yaten screamed as she sat up in bed, running her hands over herself in a panic. There were no bonds on her wrists or ankles and her underwear and bra were still in place under her nightgown. She was in her room in the Palace and nothing could hurt her.

"Yaten!" Two deeper voices called her name. Yaten looked up, brushing her silver hair out of her face as her two best friends entered the room. Black-haired, azure-eyed Seiya sat at the foot of the bed. The other, slightly more comforting and maternal in the aura that surrounded him, sat behind her and slipped his arms around her.

"Are you okay, Yaten?" Auburn-haired, violet-eyed Kou Taiki murmured in her ear. She nodded. "I...I think so."

"Was it that Goddess-damned dream again?" Seiya spat, ticked off. When she nodded again, he stood and began to pace the room. "We've done everything to try and ward off that dream. Nothing's worked! Why?!"

"Seiya, calm down. We just need to think of something else, that's all." Taiki tried to soothe both his friends at once. His plan backfired, however, causing Seiya to almost explode.

"We've tried EVERYTHING! How is it that nothing's worked?!" The black-haired teen cried. Yaten's voice quivered slightly, but she still answered. "I think I need to know what happens. That's why this dream keeps coming back. I think my powers are telling me that I or someone close to me is in danger from someone very close to them. They want me to know who the attacker is so he or she can be stopped before this happens."

"That makes sense." Taiki agreed. "But every night you wake up traumatized because you've dreamt of someone raping you. We don't want that to happen anymore."

Yaten pulled out of Taiki's embrace and turned so she could see both their faces. "This is my duty. It may be frightening, but if I can stop someone from truly being terrorized, it's worth it all the way."

"We don't want you to be hurt or scared, Yaten." Seiya murmured. Taiki nodded. "That's right. You're our best friend. We want you to feel safe." He cupped her chin as he said this, smiling softly. He *really* wanted to kiss her, but he didn't want to freak her out.

Taiki felt like hanging his head, but he didn't. He'd had feelings for Yaten for a while now...he just couldn't bring himself to tell her. Especially now. He didn't want her to feel uncomfortable or uneasy around him.

"Well, I'd feel safer if one of you guys sat with me for a little while." She looked down at her hands, blushing a little. She didn't like admitting she was afraid.

"I will." Taiki immediately volunteered. Hey, if he couldn't kiss her, he might as well stay with her for a little while...make sure nothing happened during the night...

Seiya nodded. "Okay. I'd feel better about that, too. Just in case, you know?" He winked at Taiki. "Just control yourself, okay?"

"Seiya!" Taiki cried, blushing a deep red. Honestly!

Seiya laughed, exiting the room with a grin. "Have a good night now!" He replied cheerfully. "I'll be in to check on you two in the morning, so just watch what you do!"

Taiki took a deep breath and counted backwards from fifty in Japanese just so he wouldn't snap at the black-haired Senshi. Seiya could be so irritating sometimes!

Yaten giggled softly. "Don't let him get to you, Taiki. I know you'd never do anything to hurt me, just like he wouldn't." She put one slim, white hand on the taller teen's shoulder.

Taiki smiled at her. He knew she was older than he by nearly 4 months, but he still sometimes felt like she was his little sister. Which made his private thoughts about her that much more private. Thank goodness her powers were fairly limited...otherwise she would have picked his brain by now...

He watched her lay back down and pull the thin blankets up to her chin. Keeping his restraint tight, he gently leaned down and kissed her forehead. It wasn't unlike him to kiss either Yaten or Seiya like that...he was the one with the most 'motherly' instinct.

"Sweet dreams, Yaten." He murmured, softly brushing some of the teen's silver hair out of her face. Her peridot eyes, already half-closed, shut even further at his touch. Taiki knew how to calm all his friends down...even Princess Kakyuu. You just needed to know what to do.

Positioning a chair beside Yaten's bed, Taiki went into his room and grabbed his book before settling down. After being woken up in the middle of the night, it took a long time before he could get back to sleep.

A few hours after midnight, Taiki awoke to a strange noise. He glanced around the dark room, all his Senshi senses on high alert. He heard nothing more, though his pulse jumped like he'd been running a marathon. Probably just some stray readings...it had happened before...

His eyes suddenly went dark. Just like that. It was as if he'd gone blind. Taiki groped around in front of him, hoping he could find something to hang on to. But the rest of his senses...hearing, touch, smell...they all dimmed as well. Soon he had no idea what was around him...it could have been anything, for all he could tell.

His awareness steadily dropped too, as if someone were merely turning a knob. He fell into the darkness that waited for him, dimly feeling it embrace him like a long-lost friend...

I know, I know. Short chapter. I don't know...I think I like making the chapters shorter, lol. I'll try not to do it too often, though.
