This is a separate Pokémon story, one that does not follow the adventures of Ash, May, Misty, Brock, Gary, etc. So there will be no appearances by those characters, and no pairings of those characters with anyone, or those characters with pokémon.
This story revolves around Chris, a Rocket Elite with a mysterious past, and Siren, a trainer from a mysterious birth, and their discovery of some of the mysteries of the Pokémon world.
While at times it will tie into the games, anime, or movies by mentioning specific events, it will be AU, as there will be some new evolutions, and Team Rocket, Cipher, Magma, and Aqua will not be the 'moronic' grunts as they tend to be there, but instead will be more sinister and evil, their power and influence far stronger.
Further, we both tend to be writers and lovers of plot, so this story, and the later ones following the adventures of our two characters will be an actual story; not just 3 sentences that introduce them and immediately get them into various kinky positions.

17 years after foiling a Rocket experiment to control pokémon, a time-displaced ex-Rocket Elite meets the result of that experiment.
What will happen if anyone else discovers the truth of her origins? How long can he keep her secret from Team Rocket, who will certainly be after her once they discover her?
Each chapter will have it's own warnings/codes as necessary.
