Title: Hanabishi and the King

Summary: Lily Hoshino�s Hanabishi from �Harem� continues his pleasure filled life with the king, but old fears began to surface as time goes on. Sometimes life can teach you lessons you never thought possible.

Once, a King ruled over a small, yet happy, kingdom. His kingdom had few servants or people living within. In fact, the kingdom was so tiny that it was all but invisible on maps. One night Hanabishi, new to the King's harem, has been called to the King's bedchambers. Initially shy, Hanabishi's innocence immediately charmed the young King's heart, and he offered Hanabishi anything that lay within the walls of the room. Not realizing what they are, Hanabishi chose sugar cubes, since they were so pretty. The next day when Hanabishi returned to his room all of the sugar cubes within the castle were waiting for him. The more Hanabishi ate the sugar cubes, the more he fell in love with his King. Unfortunately, this peace was not to last, as the King soon started to conquer his neighboring kingdoms, and acquired much wealth, power, and a larger harem. Soon after, the King no longer called on Hanabishi, except on very rare occasions. On each occasion the King treated Hanabishi as if it was the first time seeing him. Eventually the King's army fell, and everyone within the castle retreated, leaving Hanabishi and the King alone. Hanabishi then approached the King, offering him sugar cubes, upon which the King realized the reason he had fought the wars in the first place: to give Hanabishi a better kingdom to live in. Will Hanabishi be able to forgive him and rebuild the kingdom together with his King?

Characters:

Hanabishi is a young man with an extremely feminine countenance, and could easily pass for a female. He is, at the beginning of the story, new to the King's harem, and is amazed by the wealth he sees. Hanabishi falls for the King quickly, but as the kingdom and the harem grows, he is just as quickly forgotten.

The King is unnamed in this story. He is proud, but tender towards those he loves. However, the King's failing is that when he gets focused he tends to forget those around him. A competent ruler, he successfully ran his small kingdom into a larger one.

A New Life

He felt the arm of his lover wrap around his waist pulling him tightly against him. Hanabishi�s eyes fluttered and opened slowly, he snuggled back against the king�s muscular form taking little comfort in his embrace.

�I want you to be in touch with all the extraordinary things in this world, Hanabishi,� The king had told him. And yes his life was indeed filled with nothing but happiness with Eri in his castle. They had traveled all over the country together, made love in every beautiful place they stopped. Eri lavished affection on him, never forgetting to tell Hanabishi how beautiful he was and yet somewhere deep within Hanabishi there was a great sadness.

Rolling over Hanabishi pressed his face in the crook of Eri�s neck; he did not want to think of such things, not now. His tears fell silently down his cheeks, �Eri�.I love you.�

Suddenly both of the king�s strong arms wrapped around his waist coming up to touch his back, he smiled sleepily, �Hanabishi...� opening his eyes the king kissed his forehead, �Is something troubling you?� Eri lifted him as he sat up in bed, he yawned, �You�re awake so early. Does your stomach hurt again?�

�I�m alright.� He said quietly. He looked away from the king pulling the blankets over himself.

Eri took Hanabishi�s hand, �Come here�� he whispered pulling his young lover close to him meeting his lips with his own, soft at first then more rough until they were both out of breath. His hand cupped the back of Hanabishi�s head tangling his fingers in his hair Eri dipped him back against the bed.

The young man�s heart pounded as hard as it did their first time. Each warm kiss on his flesh sent shivers through his body. How many more times do we have the make love before the pain goes away? He thought closing his eyes to hide his tears.

�Count them,� Eri whispered as he pressed a gentle kiss against his neck.

Hanabishi whimpered, �O-One�two�th-three�, the king moved down his throat, �six, seven�.eight, nine!� He squealed feeling the clamp of teeth around his nipple.

Author's Note: Please forgive the shortness but I'd like see if this will get feedback before I continue planning out the storyline
