Kanda scowled, annoyed. "Go on, touch it if you must. Just get it over with."
Lavi grinned in open anticipation. "Be patient, Yuu-chan," He said, rubbing his hands together gleefully. Reaching forward, he allowed his fingers to trace the surface, looking up quickly as the swordsman growled.
After a long moment, Lavi smiled hesitantly. "Could... Could I take it out? Just for a second, I promise."
Kanda nodded tersely, his arms crossed as he averted his eyes.
Tightening his grip, Lavi gave a slight tug, gasping as his eyes widened.
"Wow, Yuu-chan," He stammered, "Mugen's really sharp, I cut myself!"
