A/N: This is a fic that I never really planned on to release, but it came out much better than I predicted so I decided to share it with people willing to read it. There will be grammar and some spelling mistakes as I�m not perfect. The pairings for the harem are for the most part aren�t decided, but I do have a few in mind. So if you want, you can give me your opinions on who should be in it. Now take in mind, that only a few will be in the main harem. I might put in more, but they�ll be only for a one side harem.

In the void know as space, there celestial beings were gathered here looking down onto their planet before looking at each other.

"It comes closer each day." Said a small pink one that was barely over two foot tall and had a long tail the same size of it's body length. The odd things was, that it's mouth didn't open when it spoke, suggesting that it could speak with it's mind.

"Yes it does. I can sense it." Said the oddest of the group. It had an odd shaped yellow head and a light blue body with a yellow circle on it's stomach and was barely a foot in height.

"Have either of you found one." Said the one that looked like a plant of the group. It had a pointed shaped head with two antennae on the top of it's head and had blue rings around the eyes. It was around two feet in height and was mostly light green in color, but the lower half of it's body and the top of the point of it's head was forest green.

"No I haven't. I cannot find a human that has the right heart." The pink one said with a downcast expression.
The odd shaped one nodded it's head with sorrow on it's face. "Yes, it seems that pure human souls are harder and harder to find."

"Yes they are and we don't have much time. Celebi, how has your search been." The pink mouse like one said.
Celebi mentally sighed in frustration. "The same as both yours and Jirachi's. No human from any world seems to fit what we need to save ours."

All three looked down crest as they heard this as a ball of light appeared in between the three off them. All three instantly recognized it as the spoke. "Jirachi-sama, Celebi-sama, Mew-sama. I have found one."

"What?! Where?!" Mew said in rejoice.

"He's on a planet that was long forgotten by us. One where humans have learned to use the power inside of them like we do." Came from the light of ball.
Celebi raised an none existent eyebrow at that. "I didn't think that was possible. I guess without our influence on them for so long, they must have learned how to us it."

Jirachi nodded as he agree with Celebi. "Yes. Gardevoir, can you take us to him."

The ball of light suddenly looked panicked. "We must hurry! He doesn't have much time left!"

All three being able to scan through her mind saw what she meant and disappeared in a flash of light.

A blonde haired, blue eyed boy around thirteen years old was laying on the ground, struggling to keep his eyes from closing as the pain above his heart. He had small to medium cuts that bled into his orange and blue jumpsuit. But this wasn't what was causing the pain to his heart, it was the fist sized hole located on the top of his heart. The boy was barely awake as the raven hair boy that he called his friend and even his brother walked off, but not before he glanced back at him as if regretting his decision.
The boy noticed a man with silver hair that defied gravity rush to the area not to long after his friend left him and tried to smile knowing he was saved, but to his dismay, the talking dog that he had met on not a month later spoke.
"Kakashi, I still have Sasuke's scent. Do we go after him or take him back to Konoha?" said the small pug as he looked at his summoner.
The man know as Kakashi looked torn between what to do before looking at the dog. "Is his scent nearby, Pakkun?"
"Yes, just a few minutes ahead. We can still catch him before taking him to the hospital." Pakkun said as he looked at his summoner.
Kakashi nodded. "Alright, show me the way." He looked back at the boy. "Don't worry, I'll be right back." With that said, Kakashi and Pakkun bounded after the wayward Uchiha.
The boy mind nearly broke there, but as he believed that his sensei would be back as his breathing became more ragged and each intake was harder to take. It was taking all his will power not to close his eyes as the pain was becoming to much, but refused to give up without a fight. But even with his stubborn will, he couldn't take longer and passed out.
In a brilliant flash of light, three beings with a floating orb of yellow light appeared not but a few feet away from him. All three of the celestial pokemon looked around and gasped at they noticed the boy laying on the ground with blood sleeping out of his wounds.
All three where on him in an instant and Celebi was the first to speak. "He seems to be mortally injured..."

The other two nodded as they along with Celebi started to use any of there healing techniques on him. Mew was the first to speak. "It's incredible... I've never seen a soul like this before... it's as if he pure of heart."

Jirachi nodded as he could see it as well, but then something else caught his eye. "Wait... what is this?" He takes a closer look at the boy's stomach as he notices a massive amount of energy stored in it that didn't feel like his, but as if it were... malevolent. His eyes pulsed blue before they widen in shock and fear. "It can't be... the legendary Ninetails!"

Both Mew and Celebi instantly look towards where Jirachi was and were able to see it as well. Mew was the first to speak. "But how... didn't we banish it?"

Celebi nodded. "Yes we did, with the help of Lucario. But it seems that it was too powerful to be contained for long and came to this world. This must be why the humans here can use their inner power. They developed it to combat him."

Ball of light know as Gardevoir sighed as she guess she was wrong about the boy. She was surprised when Mew spoke up again. "Yet, it looks like the boy's soul holds his back along with a seal... of the god of death."

Gardevoir held back a gasp of horror as she remembered meeting it before the three in front of her recruited her to help them when the time came. The other two celestial legendaries nodded as they saw the seal through the boy's clothing. Jirachi spoke. "With that seal holding him back, there is no worry about him ever escaping again. He is a threat no longer."

"Yes, the boy seems capable, but he must choice to help us." With that they looked down and entered the boy's mind.

Once they were within his mind, they were surprised by what they saw. In the more kind hearted people, as they could tell this boy was, there mindscape was normally something like a field of flowers are something around those lines. But this was something they didn't expect. His mind was literally a sewer.

"...This... I've never seen anything like this. He has the purest soul I've ever seen, yet everything says his life has been nothing but pain and misery." Mew said in aw and a little fear as she and the other two wandered around his mind, trying to find him.
A loud roar broke them out of their trance as they noticed they were in front of a large cage with a piece of paper on it that had a kanji that said seal written on it. A large crimson eye looked at the three of them with nothing but malicious intent.

"YOU! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!" The creature roared in fury as it saw the three in front of him. With a mighty heave, the creature stepped into the light before ramming the cage for it not even to budge an inch. As they got a good look at it, they noticed it was a large kitsune around 50 meters tall with reddish orange fur and nine silky smooth tails the size of it's body swaying behind it.
It seethed as it looked at the bars of the cage that kept it from reaching it goal as it crimson eyes glared at the three in front of him as it released a large amount of killer intent. "If these bars weren't here, I would enjoy feasting on the small amount of flesh that you have."

All three backed away in fright as they saw the legendary Ninetails that they faced off with the other legendaries centuries ago and nearly failed to stop. Each of them was to paralyzed from their fear of the massive fox in front of them that they didn't notice the boy walk into the room.
"HEY FURBALL! Shut the fuck up! I could hear you from the other side of my mind!" He yelled at the massive kitsune, completely ignoring the killing intent he was flaring as if he was use to it.

"INSOLENT FLESH BAG! IF IT WEREN'T FOR THESE BARS I WOULD REND THE FLESH OF YOUR BONES AS I RIPPED YOUR LIMBS OFF YOUR PUNY BODY AND DEVOUR YOUR INARDS!" Roared the massive fox in ire.
The boy rolled his eyes at the fox in front of him. "Yeah, whatever fox. Go back to sleep and dream about whatever you dream about."
The foxes eyes glinted with rage as he heard this before roaring loudly and smashing against the bars in a futile attempt to gain his freedom. The three celestial legendaries snapped out of their fear induced state as they looked at the boy in shock as he just shrugged of the creature that nearly destroyed there world centuries ago. He looked at them oddly and motioned for them to follow as he doubt he could hear anything with the kitsune's roaring and cussing.
Once they were far enough away from the vile kitsune, the young teen spoke. "Okay, what are you three and why are you in my mind?"
Mew was the first one to speak. "We are what as know as Pokemon. I am Mew."
"I am Jirachi."
"And I'm Celebi."
"And we are from another world to find one that has what a pure heart and true courage to save our world from destruction." Mew continued after the other introduced themselves.
The young teen's eyebrow rose at that. "And you chose me? Wow." He said dead panned as he knew that he couldn't be the best choice... could he? I mean they had to be desperate to ask him for help.

"Yes you are. In fact, you are the only one that can do it." Celebi said answering his doubt.
His mouth dropped to the floor in shock at this. "I'm the only one that can do it?!"
All three nodded answering his question before Jirachi spoke up. "So, will you help us. Be warned if you do you will become a pokemon and your memory of this place and meeting us will be wiped from your mind."

He instantly perked up at forgetting about his life before he became a shinobi, but now life was pretty good though mostly everyone still treated him like dirt, but there were a few that saw him as himself and not the furball. He still wanted to become Hokage to protect everybody and to prove to the villagers that he was him, not the demon. But of lately, his confidence was slowly beginning to deteriorate.
"Can you give me some time to think about it?"
The three celestials nod as he walked off to think about their offer. On one hand he get to be a hero and save everyone's attention which was something he craved deeply. But on the other hand, he had to leave everyone behind. His important friends, his parent and sibling figures and even his career as I ninja and he wasn't sure he ever wanted to drop being a shinobi as it was the only life he knew. Yet, not everything in his life was what he hoped for.
Every time Sakura would call him a loser and to stop asking her out before punching him into the ground a little more life left his eyes. Every time Kakashi-sensei would take Sasuke off to train his Sharingan, his will of fire was slowly died. Every time a villager glared at him with hatred in their eyes his mask slowly broke from the stress.
Yet he had people her cared for deeply and would do anything to protect. Iruka was his older brother that always looked after him when things seemed bad. Tsunade was like the over protective mother he never had as she wouldn't dare let anyone thing anything bad about him without sending them on a one way ticket to meet the Yondaime's head. Jiraiya was the perverted uncle that he never wanted but got and showed him the ropes and taught him some strange but useful things.
Sakura was still his crush, but he was beginning to believe that he would never have her due to her infatuation with Sasuke, but still cared for her deeply for her. Hinata was someone he wasn't sure of. He always tried to encourage her to do her best and for some reason she always followed him and blushed madly and fainted when she tried to talk to him normally. She was getting better at it, but she still blushed deeply and pushed her finger against each other nervously. All in all, she was really weird to him...
Kakashi he wasn't really sure he would miss. He never really did anything for him, but he did try and help to eat him eat healthier by bringing him vegetables... and he didn't like them. He was also wondering when he was ever going to train him one on one like he did Sasuke and even Sakura a bit.
Shaking his head he moved on to the last person on his precious people list. Uchiha Sasuke, the same one who just put a hole into his chest. He was utterly confused on what to think about him now. He wanted to still consider him a brother, but after what just happened... he wasn't to sure. He willingly tried to kill him in order to gain the power to defeat his brother. Yet, he could tell Sasuke held back not wishing to do the same thing his brother did to gain the power of the Mangekyou.
But when Sakura asked him to promise to bring back Sasuke back and Kakashi left him to go chase down Sasuke, everything became clear to him. They might care for him, but Sasuke was more important to them than he was. I tear slowly trickled down his as he knew this to be true and it hurt him deeply. He turned back around to give his answer to the three pokemon, but noticed they weren't there.

Outside, all three had already seen his answer and were preparing to transport him to their world. All three began to use there psychic powers and focus them onto the young orange wearing teen as he began to glow a eerie goldish yellow color. Small spheres of the gold light began to rise from his body and began to increase by the second until his body became just a large sphere of eerie gold light. Sensing others approaching the area, the three legendaries wrapped up the mind wipe and in a flash of light, they along with Gardevoir's soul and the boy were gone.
Kakashi jumped into the valley to with Sasuke slumped on his shoulders as he looked wide eyed as he just arrived when the flash went off. He looked around to see if he could find the injured teen, but could find him no where. He looked down to Pakkun who was sniffing the ground, trying to figure out what just happened.
After a few moments, Pakkun looked up. "I don't know what happen, but it smells like if three beings that radiated power were just here. And this is just from their residue. All I know is they did something that transported them a long distance with him with them as I can't pick up their scents anywhere nearby."
Kakashi's eyes narrowed as he heard that. He knew of only one technique that could travel long distances and not be detected and the use of it died sealing Kyuubi within the boy they were searching for. "Are your sure you can't find there scents Pakkun?"
Pakkun shook his head. "Even if I could, what could you do. Just from what is left of their scent alone, I can tell each one was at least as powerful as a kage. Not to downgrade your skills, but you are no match for someone that level." Kakashi flinched as he heard this, knowing the pug was right. He sighed deeply as he looked around the area, hoping that he was here.
He sighed as he couldn't sense him anywhere and looked down on Pakkun. "Let's go. We need to get him back and report this to Tsunade-sama... I'm going to end up in the hospital for at least a week for this." He sighed heavily as he started to rush back towards Konoha while looking around, hoping to catch a glimpse of his now missing student.

'Sensei... I'm sorry. I've allowed your legacy to be captured... or even worse. Please forgive me.'

With that thought, he picked up his speed as he raced to Konoha to tell the Gondaime Hokage that Uzumaki Naruto was gone.

Quiet, that was all Naruto heard as he tried to figure out where he was. All he saw was darkness with a few specs of lights in the distance. It seemed as if he was floating through the night sky he so often gazed at as it soothed him for some odd reason. He tried to move but found that he couldn't move a muscles.
Trying a few more times, he gave up as he looked at the darkness surrounding him as he figured this was a dream. He looked around and noticed a blue planet with cloud and a large land mass with a few islands around it. He was awed by it's beauty the he didn't even see that he was getting closer to it, or it was approaching him. When he finally realized this when he noticed that he no longer saw the planet, but the ground coming towards him.
In a moment of panic, he tried to find a way to stop and couldn't, but lucky for him he blacked out soon as he landed.

"Excuse me. Please wake up." came a worried female voice from somewhere near him. "Come on, wake up!" He felt himself being shook by someone. His eyes began to flicker open as he looked around to find the one that woke him up. His eyes landed onto a creature with leafy green colored skin, little semi sphere like bumps around her neck and a large leaf on the top on the head. He wasn't sure that it was alive at first until he noticed the large pinkish red eyes and that it's mouth was moving.
"You're finally awake! Great!" came the same female voice that woke him up. Gathering himself after being slightly shocked at the plant like creature talking to him, Naruto slowly picked himself off the ground before turning towards her. He didn't know why, but he felt different and when was he this short that the grass reached his knees.
Putting that behind him for now, he looked at the grass like pokemon in front of him. He stopped there for a second, what was a pokemon? He never had heard or even seen one before hand was wondering why he had called the grass creature in front of him one. Shaking that thought off, he spoke. "What happened to me?"
"I don't know. All I know is that I found you passed out here. I'm glad you came to!" said the small grass pokemon as she looked at Naruto. He nodded as he guessed she had no clue what happened to him and began to try to figure that out. While he was thinking, he turned to the leaf pokemon.
"What are you?" he asked mildly curious as he had never seen a pokemon before, at least to his knowledge.
"I'm a Chikorita. The name is Kihana. Glad to meet you!" She said cheerfully. He nodded in acknowledgement as he was still trying to figure out what happened to him. Kihana looked at him strangely before speaking again. "...And, you are? I don't think I've seen you around before."
Naruto shook his head as he understood, she probably never seen a human before. "Well, you see I'm a human."
Kihana looked at him oddly as he said this. "Huh? Did you say human? But you look like a Charmander to me. An odd colored one, but a Charmander none the less." Naruto's eyes widen when he heard that and looked at himself and realized he was definitely not in his body. As she said, he was a Charmander, even though he had no clue what that was...
Unlike the normal Charmander�s reddish orange scale coloration and a white underbelly, he was a bright neon orange and his stomach was a tanned white with his seal completely visible, even though he wasn't flowing any chakra. But what made it painfully obvious was when he noticed he had a tail with a flame burning on the tip of it. He wondered why it didn't hurt and was about to put it out when Kihana spoke up again, noticing him about to do this.
"Um... You're kind of weird... What's you name?" She asked getting ready to pounce him if he actually started to smother the flame on his tail. Blinking in surprise, he turned towards her.
"Oh, sorry. I'm Uzumaki Naruto, future Hokage!" he said proudly as he pumped his clawed fist in the air.
She nodded, though had no clue what a Hokage was. "Ok. You're name is Naruto? Well... Isn't it a funny name!" She said giggling at the end. Naruto sweat dropped at this before growing a tick mark.

'Why does everyone mistranslate my name? It's Maelstrom! Not fish cake! I mean does Spiraling Fish Cake make any sense! NO!'

Ignoring his mental rant, Kihana kept giggling until they heard someone yelling from nearby. "Somebody! Anybody! Please! Help Me!"
"Huh? I hear shouts from over there..." Kihana said worried as she looked towards a giant purple bug that looked like a butterfly flying quickly towards them with a panicked expression on it's face. Naruto got serious instantly as he new something was wrong while Kihana spoke up, trying to get to the bottom of this. "What's wrong?"
The Butterfree stopped as she heard their voice and noticed them. "It's horrible! My Caterpie fell into a cavern! My poor baby!" She said in a panicked and frighten voice.
"WHAT?!" Both Kihana and Naruto yelled back in shock.
"A huge fissure opened in the ground and my Caterpie fell in! He's too young to crawl out by himself! When I went to get my baby, Pokemon suddenly attacked me!" she said trying to explain what happen to them with a stream of tears rolling down her face scared that something might happen to her baby.
"Huh? You were attacked? By other Pokemon?" Kihana said in confusion as pokemon were normally kind in nature and didn't attack each other with no reason. I mean sure, there was a few rotten eggs that love to cause trouble and mayhem, but those were few and far between.
Even in her panicked state, the Butterfree tried to explain. "They must be enrage by the fissure... and out of control! That's what I think. I'm not strong enough to fend off those wild Pokemon... What will become of my baby? Oh! What am I to do?! Oh dear, oh dear..." She begin to tremble as she didn't know what she would do without her baby.
"This sounds bad! We have to go help!" Kihana said to Naruto who nodded in agreement with her.
"Yes. It's the right thing to do, so let's go." Kihana nodded at Naruto and headed off towards where the Butterfree came from.
