Chapter 1: All in

Kirin no Yuda was walking the corridors of the new mansion that Hera gave him and Houo no Ruka, 6 years ago when they were exiled from the Heavens by Zeus along with their daughter Chimera no Senya. She was born with the demon snake Turn in her so Zeus said she was to be banished when she got of age. But thanks to Hera their powers were left with them. The 3 of them were also well taken cared off. Senya’s powers are stronger than the six of them place together. She had battled Zeus for their stay on earth and had won outstandingly. Zeus cannot interfere with them only Hera would be the one giving them missions. Senya was standing out in the balcony when Ruka and Yuda both saw her, they smiled at one another as well. Senya had been like a little sister to them for the past 6 years, holding them when they had nightmares, reassuring them that nothing bad would happen to them while she could help it and that she would be their shield in every way possible. The 3 of them felt like a family and very proud one at that. Senya had below the shoulders midnight blue hair, piercing ice violet with long lashes, lithe frame, fair complexion and 5’8” tall. She was looking up at the moon when the two of them walked behind her.

“Penny for your thoughts.” Yuda said
“Nothing much really.” Senya told him “Just thinking to myself.”
“About what?” Ruka asked wrapping his arms around Senya’s waist.
“Nothing really just stuff.” Senya replied leaning back and enjoying the warmth that Ruka has.
“You are lying.” Yuda stated not even looking at her. “This is the first time we are guarding the reincarnation of the gods and goddesses.”
“Why would you suggest that?” Senya said “Why would I worry?”
“Because if that is the case Hades might try to destroy the earth by destroying the reincarnation of Zeus and the rest of the gods.” Yuda said “You should not worry so much. Lady Hera said that she will send us help.”
“Do you know who the help is?” Ruka asked “When will the help arrive?”

Before Senya could answer there was a bright light that shined from the garden. The two of them saw their old friends and teammates appear. Seiryu no Gou looked like he was very weak and wounded. He was leaning on Byakko no Gai and Genbu no Shin while Suzaku no Rei was carrying a lot of bottle water from the spring of the tears of angels. Senya pulled away from Ruka and rushed down to the four, Yuda and Ruka just smiled at each other. It was just like Senya to rush in to help without thinking that the people that she willing be helping would hurt her after they got well. Rei and the rest were wearing surprised looks when Senya said that they should put Gou down on the ground so she can heal him. The poison has almost reached his heart. So Shin and Gai did as they were told. Senya had to rip what Gou was wearing to find the entrance point of the poison. When Senya found it and she was about start to suck out the poison, Yuda pulled her back.

“Yuda,” Senya and Shin said in unison.
“You do know that they might have been sent to kill you.” Yuda said
“I’m willing to take that chance.” Senya said “He is your friend!”

With that she shook free of Yuda’s grasp and knelt before Gou. She also made a basin of warm water. She had to change the water five times before she got all the poison out. With Gai’s help she had manage to seal the wound and bandage Gou’s other injuries. She just had to put blood in Gou, he had lost too much blood. Gou who was awake through the process tried to sit up and succeeded with only a wince and with Gai’s help. Senya bit her pulse and held the blinding wrist to him. Gou looked at her then at Yuda and Ruka who glared back.

“Drink, you need blood.” Senya said “It will be alright unless you just want to rest in bed for 6 weeks.”
“Who are you?” Gou asked as he held the wrist.
“There will be time for introductions late.” Senya told him gently pushing her arm towards him. “Drink so we can get you all out of this night air and give you some food.”

Gou pressed the wrist to his mouth and drank. The taste of the blood was so addicting that he was sucking even when Senya was trying to pull he arm away. Ruka was about to step in when Senya shook her head. Senya pulled her arm slowly and gave Gou an understanding smile as he looked on apologetically at her. He held her hand out to him and helped him stand up.

“Let’s get inside and eat.” Senya said “I’m sure you are all hungry and tired.”
“Thank you.” Gai said as he also helped Gou to his feet holding him up so that he could support Gou.
“I’m Shin,” Shin introduced himself holding out his hand to Senya.

Senya was about to take it when Ruka pulled her away, Yuda stepped in between Shin and Senya. He had a stern look on his face and so does Ruka.

“Why are you four here?” Yuda asked
“We came because Lady Hera told us to stay with you and protect the earth and the people here.” Rei said honestly.
“Are you sure that it is Lady Hera who ordered you four here and not Zeus?” Ruka asked his expression was just like Yuda’s expression.
“I trust them.” Senya said
“And if they kill you?” Ruka asked glaring at Senya.

Senya took his hand and placed it on Rei’s face so he could see that they were saying the truth. Yuda looked at Ruka after what Senya did. The four could not help but smile at how trusting Senya is even if she was banished. Ruka told Yuda that they were telling the truth. Senya smiled and shook Shin’s hand, she even asked Rei if she could help him carry the bottles of water from the spring. Yuda took them from Rei and told them that Senya has prepared their rooms if they want to freshen up before they eat dinner. Senya told them that she will show them to their rooms. Ruka held her back and told them that they could find their rooms by themselves and that Lady Hera has provided them with modern clothes. When they were well rested and feeling well they would start to train while they still no missions. Yuda and Ruka pulled Senya to the dinning room when the four went to their rooms to freshen up and change clothes. The two of them were busy yelling at Senya on being so trusting a friendly when she does not know the person. If she had been harmed then they would have had to fight and kill again. Senya had tears in her eyes because she did not like being yelled at. Yuda and Ruka just gave her a hug when they were done yelling at her. Gou cleared his throat to tell them that they had company. Senya told them that they should eat.

When they started to eat it was then that they discussed that they had three to four more months before the awakening of the reincarnation of the gods and goddess so they had time to train. They started to talk about the past and they were laughing and having a good time with one another. It was just like old time and they made Senya felt as if she was there and welcome to be their friend. Senya was quickly taken by Rei and Shin especially when Ruka told him that Rei has a pair of wings as well. Senya fell asleep on Ruka’s shoulder as the night wore on, so they decided to call it a night. Rei was about to wake her up when Ruka said that he would carry her, because she needed to get rest because of the blood she gave Gou. Shin told them that he would help them. When they got to the room that Yuda, Ruka and Senya shared Gai jumped on the bed with Rei.

“Gai, get off the bed.” Gou said as Gai was rolling and Rei was getting squished in the process.
“Why? Her bed is big enough to fit five people on it.” Gai said
“Because she shares that with me and Yuda.” Ruka told him with a smile. “It was more for Yuda and my comfort fro the first four years because of the nightmares we keep having.”
“Now we just found out that we can’t sleep when not beside her.” Yuda said looking down on Senya’s sleeping face with love of a big brother showing.
“Demo it’s so warm.” Gai complained
“Gai get off now!” Gou ordered and Gai jumped off at once. Rei straighten the sheets as Ruka placed Senya down.

Shin ordered them to turn around as he changed Senya’s day clothes to night clothes. Rei was helping them when Gai and Gou said they were going to turn in for the night. Yuda also said that he would get ready for bed before he brought Rei and Shin to his room. Ruka pull some of his clothes and went to the other bathroom to do the same. Rei lie down next to Senya and fell asleep instantly. Shin sat on the other side of the bed and read the book he brought from his room. Yuda came out in pajamas and smiled at Shin. Yuda looked over at Rei and saw him snuggled beside Senya who had her back towards him and a protective arm by Rei’s waist.

“She is something isn’t she?” Shin asked “She exudes comfort and peace.”
“Yeah she is also a very loving and protective person.” Yuda agreed “Sometimes I worry about her, she just might get hurt.”
“I doubt that you and Ruka will let that happen.” Shin commented with a smile.
“Physically I also doubt that.” Yuda said with a concerned look. “But what will happen when she is hurt emotionally and mentally?”
“Is there anything going on with the two of you?” Shin asked.
“No I love her as my sister and I know she thinks of me the same way.” Yuda said “But with Ruka?”
“So Ruka and she are seeing each other in a romantic way.” Shin said “Is something wrong with that?”
“I don’t know if they are but I just don’t want her hurt in anyway.” Yuda said “Please keep this conversation between us.”
“She won’t get hurt.” Shin said hugging Yuda. “I will keep this between us. I’ll also help you guard her, I’ll be her friend.”
“Thanks.” Yuda said facing Shin and looking into his eyes.
“Don’t do that in here!” Ruka exclaimed from the door. “You’ll give Senya a mental scar.”
“And you kissing here won’t.” Yuda retorted with a smirk.
“Oh ha ha,” Ruka said walking towards the bed. “very funny I forgot to laugh. Now where will I sleep?”
“Beside Rei.” Shin said “Or would you like me to wake him?”
“No, I’ll be alright.” Ruka said with a smile climbing in with Rei under the sheets. “Oyasumi you two.”
“Sleep here as well.” Yuda told Shin as he slid beside Senya.
“Sure.” Shin said and slipped beside him.

The three of them fell asleep all together.
