Usopp quietly walked across the deck of the ship toward the little mermaid sleeping soundly on her side. It was late into the night and he knew everyone else was asleep. After reaching her, he crouched down and held a red ball over her face, then whispered, "Hissatsu, Nemuri Boshi." and squeezed it, causing it to pop and emit a pink fume. He waited a few seconds, then nodded. "That should keep her asleep."

The young man's breathing intensified as he stared into the girl mermaid's face, taking in her every feature. He heard shouts and footsteps from inside the ship's cabins as his crewmates woke up.

Keimii continued to thrash about beneath him. Now that he was going to be found out, Usopp knew it would be in his best interests to get off of her. But he couldn't. He just couldn't. Nami came out of her cabin and cringed at the sight of the long nose, then gasped when she saw Keimii, who was covering her chest with her hands and backing up against the rail of the ship in fear. "What happened!?"

Soon, the whole crew, as well as Hachi and Pappag, were gathered around Usopp, staring at him in disbelief.

"What have you done!?" shouted Franky.

Usopp held his knees up against his chest as he cried. "I-I'm sorry!!" he sobbed. "I didn't want you to find out!"

Sanji ran forward and kicked him onto his side. "DAMN YOU USOPP!!"

"How dare you do this to Keimii!" shouted Pappag.

"Is misjudged you!" exclaimed Brooke.

A few minutes passed as Usopp continued to cry and everyone shouted at him. Eventually, he stood up. He sniffled, then said, "I-It's not my fault! It's because of a Devil's Fruit!"

"What are you talking about!?" shouted Sanji. "You didn't eat a Devil's Fruit!"

"It wasn't me who ate it!" Usopp cried. "It was my penis!"

"WHAAAAAT!?"

"Your PENIS!?" repeated Nami.

Usopp nodded vigorously. "You know how it's possible for items to eat Devil's Fruits, right?? Well it's the same with body parts!"

"How the hell did that happen!?" shouted Franky.

"It happened back in my hometown, Syrup Village!" Usopp began. "It was the night after Luffy defeated Captain Kuro! That hypnotist guy, Jango, snuck into my room at night, tied me up, and dragged me off into the woods. He had a Devil's Fruit with him and he used a special technique to make my penis eat it! "WHAT THE HELL KIND OF STORY IS THAT!?" shouted Zoro.

Sanji growled. "So what was the damn curse!?"

"The curse," Usopp continued, "was that in exchange for unspeakable power, I would have to defile women!"

"WHAT!?"

"Ever since that night," he finished, "it's been impossible for me to play with myself! The only way for me to relieve my needs is with a woman! So I developed the Nemuri Boshi to keep girls asleep and I've...I've...I've done it with countless women!"

Everyone gawked at Usopp.

"Usopp..." breathed Luffy, "...you..."

"How could you..." muttered Nami.

"You sick bastard..." said Sanji.

"You have to understand!" exclaimed Usopp. "I had no way to masturbate! With all that pent up sexual energy, I was going to explode!"

"So you raped a bunch of women!?" boomed Sanji.

"D-Don't say it like that!!" Usopp retaliated. "I used the Nemuri Boshi to make sure they would stay asleep, so none of them even know it happened!"

"So you've just left a bunch of poor girls across the world pregnant!?" Nami exclaimed. She suddenly gasped. "You didn't do it to ME, did you!?"

"N-No!" Usopp shouted assuringly. "I never touched, you, I swear! I forgot to mention this, but the curse only lets me get excited when I'm around virgins, so it would have been impossible for me to do anything with you!"

Nami stepped back slightly. "Er...!"

"Right," Usopp said, nodding, "But it was a close call! I almost did! I had been trying to hold back at first, but the night after Luffy beat Arlong, I gave in to temptation and went looking for you, but when I finally found you, you were sleeping with Luffy!"

Sanji stared at Nami. "What...?"

"Well who else did you do this to!?" Nami snapped.

Usopp frowned and creased his forehead, then looked down. "Well the first was Kaya..."

"Kaya!?" Nami exclaimed. "But you cared for her! How could you!?"

"...And then your sister Nojiko..." he went on, now counting on his fingers.

"What!?" she shrieked. "You did that to Nojiko!?"

"...Then some girl in Logue Town, another girl I didn't know on Drum Island, a few girls in Alabasta, Vivi-"

"VIVI!?" Sanji and Nami shouted together.

"-Robin-"

"Eh!?" Robin exclaimed.

"-Conis-"

"GOD DAMNIT USOPP!!" Sanji roared.

"-Two in Water7, and that ghost girl in Thriller Bark." Usopp finished.

"That's it!" Sanji barked. "I vote we throw Usopp into the ocean!"

"Agreed!" yelled Nami, Robin, Franky, Zoro, Brooke, and Pappag.

"W-Wait!" Usopp shouted as they approached him. "I-It wasn't all for nothing! I told you that I received a great power in exchange for my actions, remember!? Well watch!"

A bright red light suddenly appeared between Usopp's legs. The approaching crew members covered their eyes and stepped back. Once their eyes adjusted, they realized that what they were seeing was none other than Usopp's proud manhood, standing erect and glowing.

"Damn it you're sick Usopp!" Sanji hollered. "What the hell is that!?"

Usopp put his hands on his hips and turned away from the crew to face a vacant area of the dock. His member got brighter and brighter, then suddenly what appeared to be a laser beam shot out from it. The beam hit the deck and burned a small hole through it. It's source then stopped glowing and fell limp.

"Heh." Usopp smirked, crossing his arms and turning back to face the crew. "That's what just a few virgins will do. Imagine how much power I could get out of a hundred! We could take down a Shichibukai!"

"...Usopp..." Luffy mumbled, narrowing his eyes.

"Now, time to recharge!"

"KILL HIM!!" Sanji roared.

The entire crew picked Usopp up, ran him to the side of the ship, and threw him overboard.
