overtime

NOTE: This is my first fanfiction so it isn't all that great. Hopefully the chapters that I add will be better. Future chapters will each almost be a one-shot but continuing the story.

The investigation into the Kira case was a long and tiring job. As the hours passed by slowly with no change in the case members of the team started to slowly go home for the day. It was early morning when Mr. Yagami decided to go home to his wife and daughter. He turned to his son who was staring at a computer with multiple files opened trying to find some clue they had missed.

“Light I am going home, are you coming?” Said the father
“No thanks” responded Light “I am going to work for a little longer, I will get a cab home”

At that comment the sleepless dark-haired investigator spoke up “Light-kun can always use the extra bedroom upstairs if it gets too late”
Both father and son looked in the direction of the voice
“Thank you Ryuzaki” said Light “I will stay here for the night then”
“Alright, good night Light, good night Ryuzaki” Mr. Yagami said as he left

Ryuzaki went back to typing at his computer as Light watched him for a few minutes. It had been 2 weeks since the handcuffs came off and Light was still not used to being alone. He wanted L to be with him. He didn’t remember how or when he realized his feelings for L but all he thought about was being with the genius. Light was snapped out of his thought when L spoke
“Light-kun are you ok?”
“…Oh…ye..yes Ryuzaki” Light stumbled to say
The teen obviously wasn’t okay and the detective could easily see that
Ryuzaki stood up “Light would you like anything?”
Light looked up “maybe some tea”
With that L walked out of the room to go and get more sweets and tea for Light

Light sighed heavily and thought about what he wanted to do. It was late enough and nobody was around. Even Watari was asleep so it should be safe. He didn’t know if it was true but he could have sworn that L watched him the same way he watched L when nobody was looking. With eyes of yearning.

Ryuzaki came back with some cake and a cup of tea for Light and sat with him at a table.
“Thank you” Light said as he took a sip of the tea. He soon gagged and spit the tea back into the cup coughing.
“Light what’s wrong” said Ryuzaki
“L how much sugar did you put into this tea, I can’t drink it” Light said in between coughs
L thought for a bit “I think about 15 sugar cubes, I usually take more than that”
Light looked at Ryuzaki with disgust over the amount of sugar he can consume.
The detective looked at the full cup of tea “may I have it?” he questioned
“If you want” Light said leaning back in his chair

Ryuzaki slowly took a sip of tea and made a face at how little sugar was in it. Light watched him drink from the same cup that he had drunk from a few moments earlier. L saw him watching “an indirect kiss I guess” he said looking over the tea. Light knew L was playing with him now, his own sick game of cat and mouse. Ryuzaki took a bite of cake and Light could see some iceing on the side of his mouth. He knew this was the moment he had been waiting for. Light leaned across the table and held L’s head in his hands.
“Ligh—“Ryuzaki went to say before Light’s lips were on his own.
As the teen broke the kiss L grabbed his red tie and pulled him close and kissed him.

Both men knew what was going to happen this early morning without even saying anything. Light knew exactly what he wanted to do. He quickly pulled off the shirt of his partner as he kissed and nibbled at his neck. L let out a light moan as Light slowly made his way down the detective’s body.
“Waite” said L as he pulled Light up
“What’s wrong Ryuzaki?”
“I have an idea” L says as he grabs Lights hand and brings him to the extra bedroom

Both men smiled as L sits on the bed and Light kneels on the floor near him. The teen slowly unzips and pulls off the detective’s baggy jeans. Light could see that the usually quiet and reserved detective was excited for what was going to happen. Light slowly started to kiss down the stomach of his new lover, he then took Ryuzaki into his mouth. The detective gasped and arched his back as the teen started to use his tongue and his hands simultaneously to please the detective.
“..nghh..” Ryuzaki moaned as he bit down on his finger in pleasure. “Li…ght..-kun..ugh..” L said as he ran his fingers through the Light’s auburn hair.

Light could feel L getting tense as he was about to climax. He grinned and slowed down making sure not to hit any of the detective’s sensitive spots before he stopped fully. The detective looked confused and asked why he stopped
“You are not going to cum until I let you, and I want you to cum inside me”
Ryuzaki didn’t seem happy at first that his orgasm would have to wait but as he though about it longer he seemed to like the idea. He got up and went into a draw across the room and came back with a small bottle of lube.
Light laughed “you had lube in here?”
L responded “There is always a chance of something happening, just to be careful I keep little things everywhere.”

They got back onto the bed and L took off Lights tie, pants and shirt. He kissed the teen and bit down on his neck hard as the teen gasped. Ryuzaki’s hands wandered down the teen and started to rub him until he knew he was ready for the main part of the morning. L opened the bottle of slippery liquid and covered himself in it he then had Light get on his hands and knees on the bed. The detective made sure the inside of the teen was covered in the liquid before they began.
“..ahh..” the teen groaned with the detectives fingers rubbing inside of him
“Ready?” Ryuzaki asked as he positioned himself at the opening of his partner
Light nodded his head and grabbed onto the bedding as the detective slowly became one with him.
“..UGH..” Light moaned as he clenched his jaws
“You will get used to it” L said as he moaned from the slippery warm feeling surrounding him.
Slowly they became faster and both were lost in the ecstasy of the moment. L felt Light tighten around him as he let out a yell and came panting. Ryuzaki soon came after him.

Both hearts were beating fast as they stayed together for a little longer. When they separated they laid next to each other on the bed and kissed. Both men had wanted to do this and it was a dream that finally came true for them both.
“I think I may stay late every night from now on” said the teen
Both smiled as they fell asleep in each others arms not caring how the team would find them in a few hours.
