Dedication: To my friend Seph. She had had a horrible couple days and people called her hurtful things. Summary: ‘Kurogane glared up at the vampire above him from his place on the floor. His wrists held down by Kamui. Smirking the vampire sat on the ninja’s stomach, as he stared down at the shocked man on the floor.’ Kurogane really didn’t know whether to thank or curse Mokona for dropping him in such a place.
A/n: Wow crack pairings are fun to make work! Hmm anyways I figured the best way of doing this pairing was to make it a single blanket entry!

“Stupid meat bun I swear if I see him again I’ll kick him to the next dimension…”

To say that Kurogane was not happy at this exact moment would have been an understatement. He was beyond mad…almost even beyond ticked. At the moment he was close to becoming irate.

It had happened innocently enough when Mokona had announced that it was time to jump to the next destination. They had acquired the only feather in the world that they were in- quite easily too if Kurogane could say so- and he was ready to move on.

As they gathered together in a tight cluster the ninja looked over at the young girl standing beside him. She had recently come down with a cold, after falling into a frigid lake, and even now she did not look too healthy. Even if she had said she was and demanded on walking on her own. The way she hugged her arms around her chest and almost doubled over told of how she really felt.

Sighing Kurogane had tugged off his cloak tossing it over Sakura’s shoulders, making sure to fasten it tightly for her. It was the least he could do; silently he hoped the heat would make her feel a little better. At least until they got to where they could find a doctor for the young girl.

Sakura’s smile was enough for him as he turned away trying to ignore Fai’s eyes. He knew he still wasn’t forgiven for letting him live, yet something in the mage’s eyes told him he was a little closer.

With a huff of air and a roll of red eyes, Kurogane watched as the villagers of the current world disappeared from view as they moved on.

And right smack dab in the middle of a wintry village. Snow fell from the sky covering the ground with a thin blanket of white. Glinting icicles hung from the tree branches as the thin branches drooped threatening to fall from the added weight.

And to make the landing even better, Mokona had somehow happened to separate them yet again! Or perhaps it was more correct to say that Mokona had separated him from everyone else.

Sighing Kurogane decided that he had to be fair though, it rarely happened. The little creature was pretty good at keeping them together. However this was one time he really wished they had been able to stay together.

Because Sakura still had his cloak! The thin fabric wasn’t the warmest thing out there; Fai’s coat was warmer for sure. Yet it was still better then nothing. It could have given him a little warmth and cover from the falling snow.

Which was picking up as the seconds passed. Already it was becoming harder and harder to see further ahead.

Stretching his arm out Kurogane snarled under his breath as he watched his hand start to disappear. He had to find shelter before it became to see past his nose. Somewhere where he could wait for this blizzard to pass by.

So with arms clutching his chest tightly in hopes of keeping some warmth Kurogane started to trudge forward. All he could do was walk a straight path and hope there was a town nearby. Or even a cave would do.

He really did not want to stray from a straight path as he walked on, on the edge of the tree lined forest. His trainings had helped teach him that if he started taking turns he could easily end up going in a complete circle. A complication that would end up killing him!

Slapping his hands against his sides Kurogane had taken up the activity of muttering about the stupid white meat bun that had annoyingly dropped him here. At least the anger kept his blood at a standable lukewarm heat as he tried to find some shelter.

Walking at an almost march Kurogane tried to ignore the rising snow that was slowly starting to spill over into his boots. He did not think about how the cold snow slipped in between his toes, numbing them immediately. Nor did he think about how the falling white stuff was picking up, the blanket no longer just on the ground.

Shaking his head a white miniature blanket of snow fell from the ninja’s head as he trudged on.

“Of course the one time I decide to do something nice for the girl this has to happen.” Kurogane knew that was not correct. He had done nice stuff before, yet he just wanted something to talk about. And shouting to see if anyone was out there was out of the question. He was not about to scream like a lost little girl. He could handle this all on his own.

A ball of snow dropped down from a tree branch, covering Kurogane’s head as some of it slipped down the back of his shirt. A trail of the snow sliding down into his pants.

…Maybe he really could not handle this on his own.

Pausing he tossed his head up to the sky, eyes narrowing dangerously. “WHAT!” He roared! “Is this what I get for saving a life? For going against what he wanted?! Fine! See if I help out again!”

Anger bubbled in Kurogane as he once again shook the snow off and began his walk again.

As he neared the edge of a hill, Kurogane could see that the snow was beginning to slow. Though it was too late for him. He was already almost completely frozen, the chilled wind and frigid snow taking its toll on the man.

Blinking he curled his fingers together, cupping his hands close by. Pausing he blew onto his hands, his chilled breath trying desperately to warm his hands. He had lost the feeling in his fingers and toes almost five feet ago, and he really wanted to feel them again.

Carefully, while still trying to blow life back onto his fingers, Kurogane looked around as he tried to gather his surroundings. The tree lined forest was still to his left, and he hoped that the trees stayed in a straight line. Because if they did, he had been traveling the right way. Squinting Kurogane slowly looked around, the snow making it hard to see exactly what was out there.

Several dark shapes caught the ninja’s eye off to the right slightly. There was a small town. Nothing spectacular. He really doubted that they even had a doctor. Yet it was shelter from the falling snow. Which was starting to pick up again.

A freezing wind tore from the forest catching him with its breath taking force. Kurogane needed nothing more to convince him as he took off on a run for the buildings. With his toes numb Kurogane found himself tripping often. Stumbling down the hill the ninja decided that his dignity could be bruised slightly. As long as it meant shelter he would gladly fall a few times.

“Ooof,” the dark haired man moaned as he fell face first into the thick snow. Carefully he picked himself up to his knees. He was so close. Already he could make out six buildings. Small yes. But it was something. And he had to hurry if he wanted to get warmed up, his body couldn’t take much more of this.

Slowly he picked himself up. Only to cry out in pain as he fell back down into the ground. Turning he grabbed his right ankle as he tried to block out the twinge of pain. The latest fall had sprained his ankle, tweaking it just right to make him wince in discomfort.

Sighing he rose up again, still determined to get inside before the next blizzard, careful to not put too much weight on the wounded ankle. Limping he made it the rest of the way to the small town.

“You gotta be kidding me!” Kurogane roared as he pushed into a small house at the end of the town. Six buildings and all of them were empty. Not even scraps of furniture left in them. A ghost town.

What were the odds…

Yet with the way the day was going Kurogane somehow expected something like this to happen. He was still waiting for the clincher of the day to come. Something else amazing should happen he figured, especially since this was becoming the day that he would learn to hate for years to come.

At least this small house looked promising. Or maybe he should call it a shack. It was a small one room wooden house, that barely held out the snow- though it did keep most of it out. As long as he stayed in the middle of the room he should stay clear of the white stuff.

Though the house was barren of furniture- like the others- at least this one had one slight comfort. Off to the right, tucked in a corner was a worn quilt. Limping over to the quilt Kurogane held it up, his nose curling slightly at the fabric. It was a stained patch work quilt, many different pieces of fabric held together with crude stitchings. It looked homemade, making the ninja wonder just why it was left here. Or atleast until he held it up. He could see through the fabric, making him wonder slightly if this was the reason for it to be tossed away.

Yet even though it wasn’t the warmest thing out there, it was still something. Limping back to the center of the room, and far enough from all the horrid white stuff that was slowly piling up on the edges of the ramshackle house, Kurogane carefully sat on the floor. As soon as he butt touched the crude wooden floors the ninja had his boots off shaking out the snow that had accumulated in there.

Tossing he boots to the side he carefully glanced at his ankle, wincing as icy fingers touched the warmed flesh.

“At least one part of me is warm.” Kurogane muttered as he tried to ignore the deep red color it was turning.

Sighing he wrapped the blanket around him, ready to wait out the impending blizzard alone curled under a thin quilt. Already he could feel his eye lids becoming heavy as the harsh wind lulled him to sleep.

x-x-x-

Feet crunched on the fallen snow as a tall figure carefully walked down the lone street. Dark eyes glanced inside each building, though the figure never strayed from the middle of the street. Arms were crossed loosely across his chest, black cloak bellowing in the frigid air. Black strands fell into a pale face, blinding the boy as he shook them out of his vision.

Reaching the last house around the figure paused, a thin eyebrow raising slightly. He had not expected to see him so soon- if ever. Or maybe the correct way of saying it was- he did not want to see this person ever again. Since being near him meant trouble could follow…Trouble for his brother at least, he could easily ignore the threat. Though he had a feeling Subaru could not.

Sighing he looked behind him. The sky was looking disastrous. And while he could stand cold temperatures better then most, this could be stretching the limit of what his body could stand.

So there were really only two options. One, go into the small house and hope that he would not get kicked out (or killed). Or two keep on traveling and hope that his fate (and powers) were on his side and he would somehow survive this insane cold.

Another glance back caused the second option to be tossed out. He could not make it to somewhere else in time. He could try, but the odds were against him .

Though there was a third option of grabbing a different building. But this dinky little thing was the warmest shelter this pathetic town had.

Sighing he turned towards the small house. Might as well get the shelter he could. Besides if worse came to worse he could always fight the other man. And most likely win.

Striding carefully, watching for ice under the snow, the tall figure strode up to the door. Long fingers grasped the door handle turning it quickly. Barely opening the door he slipped in silently, shutting the door quickly behind him in an effort to keep the cold air out.

There lying in a ball on the middle of the dry, wooden floor under a tattered quilt was Kurogane. Blinking beadily he glanced up, sleep clogging his vision. The blanket slowly fell from his body as he sat up. Eyes became clearer as he sat up, his mind clearing the sleep haze he had been in.

Suddenly recognition filled his face as he stared at the other man at the door.

“You!” He cried out, pointing a finger at the other man.

Quickly he jumped up, suppressing a wince as his ankle cried out in protest. “What are you doing here?” His mind scrambled for the name…There had been two, Subaru and… “Kamui!”

Looking around the small room Kurogane felt a little more at ease knowing that it was just the two of them. He would have really hated to have anyone else in the room at this point. Especially since he was injured, half frozen and weaponless.

“I was surprised too,” Kamui smiled as he looked around the bare room. It was worse then what he had expected. At least he had hoped for a fireplace or stove somewhere. “I did not expect to see you when I walked in here.”

Slowly Kurogane sat back down, drawing the blanket over his shoulders. His ankle couldn’t take anymore abuse. And he decided that Kamui really did not mean any harm. Or not yet at least. He was still keeping that idea in the back of his mind, waiting to see what happened as time went on.

“So,” Kurogane searched his mind for something to talk about, “did you just randomly fall into this town?”

“No,” Kamui took a step away from the door, towards the slightly warmer center of the room. He smirked slightly as he watched Kurogane shift to the side slightly, letting the vampire sit close to him. “Subaru had decided that he wanted to explore the forest. Except…” He paused, eyes glancing outside for a second before continuing, “we got separated. And then the snow started.”

“Shouldn‘t you be out there looking for him?”

A shake of the head was the answer as Kamui pulled his black cloak around him a little tighter. “Subaru loves the outdoors. He probably found shelter long ago.” A humorless laugh broke from the boy’s lips as he looked back at the ninja sitting next to him. “Knowing his luck. He probably found somewhere next to the hot springs and a full buffet.”

“That type huh.” Kurogane thought back to Fai and his unbelievable luck at times.

Wrapping his arms around his knees, Kamui tried to not think about the blanket that was just a couple feet from him. Instead he laid his head on knees, eyes closing slightly as he listened to the wind howl outside.

The feel of a light weight being placed on his shoulders, made Kamui jump back to the present. Blinking he glanced over at his right shoulder, an eyebrow raising slightly as he stared at the tattered blanket draped over his shoulder.

A shuffle of fabric made the boy look back at the ninja, who had slid up closer, to where their shoulders were almost touching, the other end of the blanket draped over his shoulder.

Kamui’s eyebrow slowly lowered as the boy smiled, his chin resting on his arm. “Feeling safe near vampires now? How is your friend doing?”

Kurogane humph’ed at Kamui before shaking his head slightly. “Ok I guess. He‘s still mad so I guess good.” The ninja shrugged as he carefully pulled his injured ankle to his side. “And it‘s not as much that I trust you, as no point in watching you freeze. Though I didn‘t know vampires could freeze.”

“Vampires are not immortal,” Kamui stated quoting what Yuuko had told them back in Tokyo, “it‘s just part of the legends.” Smiling a fang glinted in the faltering sun light. “We can stand cold better then normal humans. Though there is a limit.”

“I never thought I would have seen temperatures too cold for a vampire.”

Smiling Kamui stared down at the wooden floor, noticing for the first time that Kurogane was barefooted. Blinking he stared, wondering silently why he was. At least until he saw the reddened ankle. The vampire held back a wince, that looked painful. How the ninja was able to keep from complaining was beyond him.

Slowly he reached out, his chilled hands touching the warmed flesh. Kurogane watched wearily, ready to kick the boy away if need be. Somehow he found it hard to still completely trust him to touch him, especially such a sore place.

A question suddenly nagged at him, his body wanting to ask, yet his mind wondering if it was the best course of action.

Kamui carefully brought the injured ankle forward, fingers gently rubbing in soothing circles.

The boy’s fingers were heavenly, Kurogane decided as he bit on his tongue. The pain was already becoming less intense- though whether it was the boy’s touch or the coldness of his fingers- Kurogane couldn’t decide.

Finally he decided he had to just ask the question, it was just burning too harshly to not ask. “So have you eaten lately?” A flash of questioning eyes made Kurogane clear up his question. “Just wondering since I‘ve seen hungry vampires before. And they can get moody.”

Chuckling erupted from Kamui’s lips as he leaned forward. The blanket slipped from his shoulders as he grabbed Kurogane’s shoulders. Fangs glinting lightly in the sun light. “Is that an invitation?” Kamui whispered as he leaned towards Kurogane’s neck.

A hand resting against Kamui’s neck stopped the vampire’s approach. Laughing he leaned back, pulling the blanket back over his shoulder. “No I‘m not hungry.” Looking out from the corner of his eye Kamui smirked. “Though I can always eat. Even when I‘m not hungry.”

“Yeah maybe I want my blanket back then.” Kurogane reached in front of Kamui to grab the fabric.

A hand quickly flew up grasping his wrist. “Now that wouldn‘t be nice now would it.” Kamui whispered, his eyes glinting slightly.

Quickly he flipped Kurogane onto the wooden floor, taking some of the blanket with him. The tattered fabric fluttered around the two of them, covering them from the cold.

Kurogane glared up at the vampire above him from his place on the floor. His wrists held down by Kamui. Smirking the vampire sat on the ninja’s stomach, as he stared down at the shocked man on the floor.

Growling lightly at the dark haired boy above him Kurogane muttered, “let me up.”

“Now if I do will you try to take my blanket?”

An eyebrow raised slightly at that, “Yours?”

“Fine ours.” Kamui sighed before leaning closer to the frustrated ninja. “Besides what if I don’t want to.” Licking his lips Kamui leaned down to kiss the surprised ninja.

Fingers flexed as Kurogane tried to pull his wrists away from the harsh grip. His eyes wide as he stared at the other one kissing him. He had no idea what had brought this on! Nothing had led towards it, yet here was Kamui kissing him.

Pulling away the vampire sighed at the lack of response he was getting. “Never kissed a man before?” He probed trying to get the right reason.

Kurogane‘s eyes narrow dangerously.

“Hmm no I bet you and Fai have kissed before.” A thin eyebrow raised slightly. “Wondering why this is happening.”

Kurogane remained silent on the wooden floor.

Smiling Kamui nodded slightly. “Tell you what.” Leaning back he let go of the other’s wrists, letting Kurogane pull his hands down slightly. “Sometimes it is easier to pass the time by finding fun activities to waste the time with.” Kamui smirked slightly. “This would be the perfect time. After all,” Kamui looked behind him out the window. Outside the snow was still falling as hard as before. “We have no where to go for a little while. Unless you don‘t like one time stands.” An eyebrow raised at that.

Kurogane paused for a second, think it over quickly. “No,” he thought hard, talking slowly. He really didn’t have anything against them. Yet this seemed different. Too weird. But still it did have its advantages…

Bending back down, Kamui captured the other man’s head with his hands. His lips pressing softly against Kurogane’s. This time Kurogane slowly responding. Hands tangling in Kamui’s short hair as nails scratched against his scalp.

Smirking against Kurogane’s lips Kamui slid his hands down the man’s body. Carefully bunched up the tight black shirt. Breaking away he pulled off the shirt before tossing it behind them. Hands slid around the other man’s chiseled chest, fingers curling around each muscle.

Gasping at the questing fingers Kurogane grabbed at the white shirt, fingers fumbling with the buttons as he tried to tear the fabric away. Undoing the last one he reached up, unfastening the cloak before tossing the annoying fabric away.

Kamui sat up with a smile on his face. Shrugging out of the white shirt Kamui slowly let the fabric slide down his pale body. His head lowering as a small smile crossed his face. Tugging lightly he tossed the shirt off to the side.

Red eyes widened as he watched the boy above him. Fingers slowly running down the boy’s ribs, carefully tracing each one of them. A hand wrapped around the thin body, pulling the vampire above him close. Leaning up he pressed his lips against Kamui’s in a deep kiss, his tongue tracing the boy’s lower lip begging for entrance. Gasping Kamui gratefully allowed him, his hands tangling Kurogane’s hair. Gently he tugged at the dark strands before pulling away to catch his breath. Smiling he bent back down, unable to stay away for too long.

Kurogane moaned lightly, his fingers running down the boy’s spine. Dragging down until he reached the boy’s waistline. Hands sliding around the thin waist, Kurogane tugged at the button of Kamui’s pants.

Pulling away Kamui slapped at the ninja’s hands, quickly undoing his pants. Shifting slightly he tugged off the black pants, pushing them aside along with his shoes.

Without pausing he tugged at Kurogane’s pants tossing them aside quickly.

The blanket laid off to the side forgotten about for now.

Crawling atop the ninja, Kamui kissed Kurogane lightly on the lips. His lips ghosting the ninja’s. Slowly he trailed kisses down the ninja’s neck. Reaching his pulse point Kurogane pressed harder. Sucking lightly he scratched at the man’s shoulders. Nails raking down the muscular arms. Fangs brushed against the man’s soft flesh, causing Kurogane to shudder in delight.

“Something tells me you enjoy this,” Kamui whispered against the man’s neck. Warm breath wafted over the pale skin.

“Mmm, shut up.” Kurogane muttered, his eyes slowly closing.

Red streaks were slowly following Kamui’s nails as he drug them down Kurogane’s chest. Pausing for a second as he reached the ninja’s dusky nipples. Fingers slowly enclosed around them, rubbing lightly. The man under him arched as he cried out. Fingers dug at the wooden floor as his head fell to the side.

Twisting them a little harsher, Kamui watched as the other man whimpered. Nails scratched over the hardened nubs lightly, teasing them before moving away.

Kamui slowly kissed a trail down the muscular chest, carefully avoiding some of the fading scratches. Lips and fangs ghosted the soft skin as they trailed down. Reaching the man’s navel Kamui glanced up, dark hair veiling his eyes. Bending down, he drug his tongue around the man’s navel, eyes watching the other’s reaction.

Gasping Kurogane moaned, his eyes closing gently as he scratched at the vampire’s back. Fingers sliding along the boy’s skin before tangling in the dark strands.

Sliding lower Kamui grasped the hardening erection pumping it lightly in his hand, careful of his sharp nails. Bending down he licked at the tip before taking more in. Slowly he slid his mouth down until he reached the base, dark curls tickling his nose. Swallowing he pulled back only to drop his head again as he reached the top. Fingers tightened their grip on the dark strands as Kurogane cried out, his hips pushing up.

Pulling away Kamui pumped his hand, smiling as he watched the ninja’s head thrash around. Carefully he licked at the underside, his tongue slowly traveling up, exploring with teasingly light touches. Enough to make the other man go crazy.

Lightly he planted a kiss on the tip, as he took the hardened erection back into his mouth sucking harshly. Quickly he bobbed his head, careful of his fangs, sucking as he pulled back up. Fingers danced lightly on the man’s thighs before pulling away.

Leaning back up Kamui let his fingers splay out over the ninja’s flat stomach, his eyes watching the other’s face. Kurogane’s cheeks were flushed as a light sheen covered his skin. Swollen lips were parted as he panted for air, his eyes covered in a lust filled haze.

Slowly leaning over the sculpted abs Kamui drew out an intricate design, his tongue sliding around the smooth skin. Pulling away he crawled back up, kissing Kurogane gently on the nose.

Kurogane moaned as he wrapped his leg around the thin waist, his sore ankle forgotten for the moment. Whimpering he thrusted his hips up, moaning deeply as he rubbed up against Kamui’s erection. Kamui gasped as his head fell forward, his hips grounding down harshly.

Slowly he pressed his body close to Kurogane’s two fingers pressing against the ninja’s lips. Licking the digits, Kurogane slowly sucked on the fingers, his eyes open to small slits. Kamui gasped as he felt the other man’s tongue slide along his fingers. Slowly he bobbed his head, wrapping his legs around Kamui’s waist a little tighter.

Pulling his fingers away, and sadly his own body, Kamui pushed up the ninja’s legs resting them on his shoulders. Leaning forward he smirked pushing a finger to the ninja’s entrance. “Ready,” he smirked a finger tracing the tight opening.

Suddenly the red eyes sprung open, defiance written all over his face. Snapping up, Kurogane grabbed the vampire’s shoulders flipping the two of them around. Smirking he looked down at the dark haired boy under him.

“I never bottom. What makes you think I would now.” Kurogane whispered as he leaned down to attack the porcelain skin under him.

Kamui gasped as his head fell to the side, nails digging into the ninja’s arms. Wrapping a leg around Kurogane’s waist he smiled as he pushed away, tossing Kurogane onto the wooden floor again.

“Ooof,” the air whooshed out of the ninja as he laid on the floor glancing up at the wooden ceiling. Blinking he looked beside him, at the smirking vampire that slowly rose.

“Maybe not normally. But today you are.” Straddling the ninja Kamui grasped the ninja’s arms in one of his hands restraining them above his head. “Now behave or I might have to tie you down.”

Though he didn’t have fangs, the look on Kurogane’s face was scary enough to suffice…Or it would have if he had been with anyone except for Kamui.

The smirk didn’t falter from his face as Kamui pushed two fingers into the ninja’s opening. Slowly he pushed them in, stretching him. Kurogane gasped as his back arched. Fingers probed deep within searching for that special spot…

A broken cry from Kurogane signaled when Kamui had found it. Smirking Kamui pulled back, only to shove his fingers back, slamming them onto the special spot. Kurogane gasped as he twisted his hands bunching up in Kamui’s grasp. Pulling he tried to free himself, only to find it useless.

“D-don‘t tease.” Kurogane gasped. His eyes closing. Again he tried to pull his hands free just to find them restrained. He was really beginning to hate the strength that came with Kamui, and silently hoped that Fai would never decide to fight for dominance. Kurogane knew he would certainly loose.

The smirk flickered for a second, before melting into a soft grin. Pulling his fingers away, the boy pushed the ninja’s legs up, placing them on his shoulders. Carefully he entered the ninja, pushing in until he was fully within.

Kurogane gasped as he arched his back, wanting more! Thrusting his hips the ninja whimpered for more contact. Carefully Kamui shifted his weight, so that he was able to lie closer to the other man’s body while keeping his hands restrained. Fingers dug into the other man’s wrists, nails leaving small red marks. Kurogane moaned as he felt the nails pierce his skin. No doubt there would be marks later- though he could care less right now.

He didn’t even care that right outside was a blizzard going on, the snow slowly piling up just outside the house.

Kamui pulled out slowly, keeping mindful of just the strength difference. Slowly, teasingly he pulled out until just the tip was inside. Then in the same slow speed he pushed back in, his eyes glinting as he watched the other man’s body arch.

“Damn it.” Kurogane muttered as his head fell to the side, “Faster!”

“Now I don‘t think you want to order the one on top around. Do you?” His dark eyes glinted as he stared into the red eyes under him.

Growling in frustration Kurogane arched his back as he pushed up his hips trying to get contact.

The all too common smirk was back, as Kamui grabbed at Kurogane’s shoulder rolling the two over. Wood slammed into Kamui’s back as he pulled Kurogane onto his lap, hands still caught in the vampire’s tight grip. Carefully he grabbed at the outstretched hands, pulling them behind the ninja’s body.

Kurogane glared at the body under him as he felt his hands being pulled behind him, held firmly against his back.

“What are you doing?” Kurogane asked, his eyes darkening every second.

“Oh scary look.” Kamui whispered, lowering his head. “Too bad it doesn‘t work for me.”

Growling in frustration Kurogane thrusted his hips, wanting more contact. Raising his legs, Kamui thrusted his hips, watching as the ninja’s eyes rolled back.

Raising slowly Kurogane gasped as he fell back on the vampire’s erection. Moaning his head fell back, hands curling as he pulled at the vampire’s grasp. Yet it was unmovable.

Instead he gave up, deciding to worry about that later. Raising back up he moaned as he lowered himself. Riding the vampire, Kurogane cried out in pleasure.

Kamui moaned as he pushed against the floor, before slamming his hips up, matching Kurogane with each thrust. It had been years since he had felt such a nice tight body like this. Gasping he reached up, his free hand squeezing Kurogane’s thigh.

Fingers slowly trailed up the ninja’s leg, dancing lightly until they reached his neglected erection. Grasping tightly he pumped, matching Kurogane’s rhythm.

That was the last straw for the ninja, as he felt his body tightening. Arching his back Kurogane groaned deeply as he came, his seed covering Kamui’s hand. Kamui gasped as he felt Kurogane tighten around his erection.

Quickly again he flipped the ninja back on the floor pulling the other man’s legs back over his shoulders. Bending down he quickly thrusted into the other man, he could feel his end nearing quickly as he pushed into the tight passage.

Kurogane whimpered with each thrust, his body slowly coming back down from the pleasure induced high. Kamui moaned as he pushed in, his body twitching as he came. Fingers dug into the soft skin, blood welling up as he collapsed on top of the other man.

Carefully Kamui pulled out, sliding Kurogane’s legs off of his shoulders before lying next to the other man, an arm falling over his eyes as he tried to catch his breath. Kurogane smirked as he looked over at the boy, lying next to him. Suddenly landing here really didn’t seem that bad.

Reaching over Kurogane grabbed the tattered blanket, the cold air suddenly whooshing in the house, reminding him just why he had grabbed the shelter. Slowly he drug it over his body, shivering at the light touch, before pulling it over Kamui.

Smiling the vampire rolled over onto his side, laying a hand on the other’s chest. Raising up on an elbow Kamui leaned down, kissing Kurogane slowly, his hand slowly sliding up to the ninja’s face as he traced the features. Pulling away he reached out grabbing the scattered clothes.

“You might want to get dressed,” Kamui said as he tossed the scattered clothes near by.

Kurogane smirked as he stared at the naked boy walking around. “Hmm maybe not. I like the view.” Raising an eyebrow the ninja watched as Kamui looked over his shoulder, giving his tight butt a quick shake before gathering up the rest of the clothes.

“Perhaps,” Kamui answered as he sat down next to the ninja, pulling the blanket back over him, “but if you end up dying I‘m sure Fai would come after me. At least before he ended up dying.”

Kurogane refused to answer, not wanting to think of such things- especially with the path that they were on. Death could be a possibility. Instead he quickly dressed, deciding to push such thoughts from his mind.

Kamui was already dressed as Kurogane tugged on his shirt, sitting with his knees tucked under his chin. Wide eyes watched the other man move as he pulled down the shirt. Smiling he turned slightly, hands pushing Kurogane down.

Wide eyed the ninja stared at the vampire above him. Seriously they weren’t going to go for another round, were they?!

Smiling Kamui leaned down kissing Kurogane lightly before lying his head on the other man’s chest. Sighing he tugged up the blanket, eyes focused on the window outside.

“How long do you think the snow will last?” Kurogane wondered as he wrapped a hand around the dark haired boy. Kamui shrugged as he felt his eye lids become heavier. Sighing he fell into a peaceful sleep, warmed between the blanket and the warm body under him.

Kurogane watched as Kamui fell asleep, his fingers lightly stroking the thin arm, tracing the natural wrinkles in the cloth. Silently he watched the snow fall, wondering where the rest of his gang was. Hopefully the snow would stop soon and he could go out and look for them.

Blinking Kurogane sat up, gasping lightly as he looked around the room. Was it all just a dream, he wondered before his eyes fell on the vampire standing beside the window.

Turning Kamui nodded his head towards the window. “It stopped snowing.” Turning back out he shivered lightly, looking at the deep snow. Even inside the comfortable house, he could feel the cold seep into his bones, just by looking out. Yet he wanted to find Subaru. To make sure his brother was safe.

Stepping away from the window, Kamui took one last sweeping glance around the small room, making sure he wasn’t forgetting anything.

Kurogane stood up carefully, his body protesting each movement. Every cut on his body crying out, reminding the ninja just what he had done. Smiling he moved towards the window, mindful of his ankle that was slowly feeling better. Or perhaps all the other pains of his body together caused the ninja to feel his ankle less.

Looking towards Kamui he shrugged. “Wanna go out and try to find who we‘re missing?”

Kamui looked back at the other man shrugging likewise. “Why not.” Turning he headed for the door, leaving Kurogane to stare at his retreating back.

“Humph,” the ninja sighed as he crossed his arms over his body, suddenly remember why he needed to find Sakura quickly. The cold air already attacking his flesh, leaving goose bumps behind.

Snow crunched under the two sets of feet, as the two mismatched men walked around eyes alert for any movement. Kamui had fallen silent as he walked along, back straight and eyes forward. Kurogane however held his chest tightly trying to keep his warmth in as he walked along. He kept his teeth clenched tightly trying to keep them from clattering.

“Hyu!”

Kurogane paused in mid step, eyes wide as he recognized that ridiculous attempt of a whistle. A smile tugged at the corners of his mouth as he turned to the right, eyes scouring the tree lined forest for his traveling companions.

Kamui had paused too, as he glanced around trying to locate the source.

Stepping out from the trees Fai waved his hand at the two. Sakura smiled as she ran forward, stumbling on the long cloak, yet the smile on her face never broke. Syaoran broke free from the trees next, a smile on his face as he pointed his finger forward holding Mokona up.

Urg…Kurogane thought as he stared at the white creature.

Crying Mokona quickly jumped onto the ground, running as fast as his little legs would allow as he tried to make it over to Kurogane. Jumping he used long strides to make his trip faster, landing right in the middle of the ninja’s cocooned hands.

“I‘m sorry!” He babbled while crying, tears freezing to his fur.

“Yeah yeah stop crying before you become an icicle. Ok. I‘m fine.” Teeth clattered as he spoke, the cold really getting to him now. Part of him wanted to run back to the house and grab the blanket. Screw his dignity of holding a tattered blanket around him. He just wanted…needed the warmth.

Suddenly a warm jacket fell on his shoulders, distracting the ninja from his thoughts. Blinking he looked at his shoulders and stared at the white fabric that hung from him. Glancing behind him he saw Fai from the corner of his eye.

“You look cold.” Fai stated before turning away.

Apparently not everything was forgiven still, Kurogane thought as he snuck a glance over at Kamui.

“Thanks,” he muttered pulling the ends closer together. Sighing he practically melted in the warmth.

“I’m so sorry,” Sakura spoke up next as she hugged the dark cloth around her body. Sniffling she looked up as a sneeze escaped, reminding Kurogane of how sick Sakura was- this cold weather had to be making it worse for her. “It‘s because of me that you didn‘t have anything warm.”

“It‘s fine,” Kurogane muttered as he smiled. “You need the warmth more then me.”

Sakura smiled as she nodded slightly. “Oh Mokona says there‘s no feathers here.”

An eyebrow twitched as he glanced down at the white creature in his arms. Fighting the urge to throw Mokona into a tree or drop kick him into the next dimension Kurogane stared trying to not let his emotions betray the calm face. Still the thought of tossing the white thing into the nearest freezing lake was almost so tempting he could taste it…Or maybe tie him up to a tree for the next blizzard…Or maybe…

“Oh also,” Fai’s calm voice broke Kurogane’s thoughts of how to get revenge for being dropped here for nothing. A blue eye glanced over at Kamui, who had stood silently watching the others gather around. “You won‘t believe who we found while looking for our lost sheep.” A long finger pointed towards the trees where a dark figure broke through.

Kamui broke out in a smile as he ran for his brother. Arms stretched out as he hugged the other vampire tightly. Subaru smiled as he hugged tightly back.

Pulling away Subaru glanced at his brother, before hanging his head slightly. “I‘m sorry it‘s my fault for wanting to out exploring. If I hadn‘t…”

A finger silenced the boy’s hurried apology. “It doesn‘t matter I found you again.” Kamui whispered smiling lightly.

Subaru smiled back too, before tossing his arms around for another hug.

Mokona broke the silence as he bounced out of the ninja’s arms (sadly for Kurogane before he could have his revenge- he had just thought of the perfect thing too!) and announced that it was time for them to move on again!

Smiling Fai pushed the two younger kids closer to Kurogane, muttering about how they better hurry before they had an icicle in their group, eyes glancing over at Kurogane who was shivering lightly.

Breaking apart Kamui nodded, as he watched Mokona prepare for the next jump. His eyes resting on Kurogane for a second longer then the others, yet not speaking still. Subaru smiled as he waved good-bye to the group, a small smile on his face.

With a flash of light the group disappeared, Kurogane hoping silently that the next place they were dropped off at was warmer. Because the revenge was still on his mind.

Wow that was longer then what I had first thought it would be. Anyways I hoped it was ok…The ending was a little rushed, mainly cuz I didn’t want it go past 13 pages. Heh….
