A Christmas with and without you

A Christmas with and without You

*Dear Kaiza,
I will be home this Christmas but only for a
few hours. I have things I have to work out with my
family. Don't worry I will introduce you to them
soon. I have to go and practice.
All my love 4 you,
Kash *

Kaiza looked at the letter Kash left on the table.
He sighed. A thought ran through his mind, 'Did Kash
only think of him as just a quick lay?' He shook
his head and cleaned up it was only two weeks before
Christmas day.

Kaiza was busy cleaning his house when a knock was
heard at the door.

He went and opened the door with a smile to end all
smiles. The smile faded when he saw Kyosuke. Kaiza sighed
and shoulders slumped.

Kyosuke said, "Hey Kaiza. How are you and Kash?"

"I am fine and I think Kash is fine."

"You think. Where is he?"

"I don't really know. When I woke up, I was all
alone. Kash left me a note."

He handed Kyosuke the note. Kyosuke read the letter
and was getting mad at Kash for treating someone this way.
He sighed and put an arm around Kaiza.

Kaiza sighed and leaned into the embrace. He
remembered, "Kyosuke, are you coming to the Christmas
party?" The latter nodded. He continued, "I just hope
Kash will be home. I don't want this party to go to waste.
I spent all my time on this party. I need Kash to be here
for his special present."

Kyosuke nodded. He knew that Kaiza was going to propose
to Kash under a mistletoe. 'If Kash doesn't show I will kill
him for making Kaiza feel like a piece of shit.' was the
thought that went through his mind.

"Kyosuke, I hope Kash says yes."

"He will." he shook his head, "I had better go."

Kaiza nodded and walked him to the door. Once the door
was closed again, he got back to work on the house. His mind
wondered to Kash. He started to cry.

100 miles away:

Kash sneezed. His mother said, "Oh dear are you coming
down with a cold?" He shook his head.

He looked at his mother, "Mother, may I be excused from
the holiday exercise?"

"Why? Don't you want to see all the family friends?"

He shook his head, "It is not that. I just promised some
friends at school that I would be at their Christmas party.
Please, mother." She smiled and nodded. He smiled and bounced
out of the room. She chuckled. Her son was so responsible and
friendly and so spirited.

Kash scribbled a note to Kaiza with smiles.

Kaiza's house (The day before Christmas):

When the letter arrived, Kaiza opened it in a rush. He
noted that it was from his true love, Kash and it had several water
marks on it.

*Dear Kaiza,
I am going to be there for Christmas. I have
something to tell you. It is very important so be ready
Your dear friend,
KASH *

Kaiza looked at the letter. Kash signed it different. He
threw it to the ground. He ran to his and Kash's bedroom. Once
there he fell on the bed crying. He cried himself in to a fitful
slumber.

CHRISTMAS DAY:

Kaiza was in a bad mood when his friends showed up for
the party. He slapped Kararie for just saying hello to him.
Kyosuke bit his lip so not to upset the host more.

Kyosuke noticed the note on the table and walked
over. He picked it up and read it. As he finished reading
it, a knock came to the door.

Kaiza sighed, "I'm coming dammit." He opened the door
and saw Kash standing there. He walked away leaving the door
open.

Kash walked in and smiled at all his friends. His
eyes fell on Kaiza and smile went wider.

Kaiza seen this and started to cry. Kash walked up
to him. The minute his hand touched his lover's shoulder it was
shoved away.

Kaiza ran to his bedroom and slammed the door.

Kyosuke walked over to Kash and punched him. He was
so angry for the way Kash toyed with Kaiza and then dump him in
front of everybody.

Kash said, "Will someone please tell me what is going
on? Why is Kaiza upset and why did you punch me Kyosuke?"

Kyosuke shouted, "You bastard!! How could you do that
to him? He loves you. You just want to break his heart this
Christmas and humiliate him in front of everybody. I know what he
got you for Christmas. He was going to propose to you over there
under that mistletoe. You just came here to break him didn't you."

Kash said, "What the he..." Kyosuke's words settled
in his mind. /Kaiza was going to propose to him "Are you saying
we got each other the same gift?"

Kyosuke shrugged. / the same gift He handed Kash
the letter.

Kash sighed when he seen the heart was no longer
there it had been washed away. 'Kaiza must of thought that
I was going to break up with him.' He excused himself and
went to their bedroom.

Kaiza laid face down on the bed holding a teddy
bear Kash won for him. He heard the door open and close he
knew who it was.

Kash walked in and sighed, "Oh boy, did I ever
make a huge mistake. I wonder if I could ever make up for
it." He didn't get any reaction out of his love. He thought
hard and said, "Kaiza, I have a problem. I have no where to
live." He waited.

No response.

Kash sighed, "My family has disowned me. They
gave me a choice and I told them that my love was more
important than my music." He waited.

No response.

"I even told them that I plan on marrying a man."

Kaiza looked up and said, "Really?" Kash shook
his head.

"I just wanted to get you to listen to me. I had
no intention of breaking up with you. I had every intention
of proposing to you today in front of all our friends."

"You really want to marry me."

Kash nodded his head, "Isaito Kaiza, will you
please marry me?"

"I will marry you if you will marry me, Kash."

"I would be honored. I love you with all my heart."

Unknown to the hosts, their party guest had left
once Kash went into the bedroom.

Kash pulled Kaiza to his chest. He lifted
Kaiza's face and kissed him fully on the lips while their
tongues did the dance of pure love.
