Misty's Bet
Misty’s Bet. A Pokemon Lemon.
By Persona
Disclaimer: I do not own Pokemon, Game Freak and Nintendo do. I am writing this just for fun and not for profit, so please don't sue me.
Lemon warning: This story is a lemon. It is not intended for kids to read it, so if you are under 18, stop reading right now. You have been warned.
Note: I haven't seen the latest seasons of Pokemon, so the story will be of the usual Ash, Misty and Brock group.
Note 2: I usually write fanfics with the original Japanese names. But this is my first Pokemon lemon fanfic, and since the English version names are more popular over here, I decided to name the characters with their English version names instead of Kasumi (Misty), Satoshi (Ash), etc…
And now, on with the story.
=============================
Prologue:
The sky was clear, the sun was shining, the Pidgys were singing, and the many trees in the forest spread their shadow on the ground, giving a nice environment of not too hot and not too cold.
All in all, it was a nice peaceful day. Well, except for one minor detail.
"Are not!"
"Are too!"
Two pokemon trainers known as Ash and Misty happened to be in that forest, and they were having one of their usual arguments.
Brock had left earlier that morning to go gather some wood to cook, since it was his turn to do it. This had left Ash and Misty alone next to the quiet river where they had set up their camp the night before.
However, a lone Seaking had swam by, and immediately both of them had tired to catch it.
Ash allowed Misty to go first, but her Staryu was not able to weaken the Seaking. However, after Ash used Pikachu, he was able to catch the Seaking into one of his empty Pokeballs, adding Seaking to his collection of Pokemon.
Misty, like it usually happened at this events, started to argue with Ash that he was able to capture that Seaking by luck, and Ash responded that he was able to do it because he was more skilled than her.
They have been saying 'Are not!' 'Are too!' for the last fifteen minutes.
While Pikachu and Togepi had been watching them from the sides, as if they were watching a movie on TV.
Finally, Misy broke the loop. "Besides, if I hadn't used Staryu on it first, then you wouldn't have been able to capture it. I softened it for you!"
"I don't think so! Staryu didn't do anything to Seaking, except making him angry and more difficult to capture. If anything, the only thing you did was make things harder for me!" replied Ash.
It was kind of funny that after years of having traveled together, Ash and Misty still got under each other's nerves like this.
"How dare you say that about my Staryu! I have trained it perfectly! I would put up my Staryu against any of your Pokemon, any time, anywhere!" said Misty angrily.
"Oh, is that a challenge?" replied Ash.
"What, do I have to draw you a picture? Of course it's a challenge." replied Misty.
"Okay then, I accept! Let's do it!" answered Ash.
Misty smiled in a superior manner, she knew Ash would accept. He NEVER turned down a challenge.
While this wasn't the first time that Misty had a Pokemon Duel with Ash, this time was a little different. She really had wanted that beautiful Seaking, it was a fine specimen of water Pokemon, which she loved. But Ash was able to capture it before her, like he had done with Totodile so long ago, like he had done so many times after that.
No, this time she wanted to make him regret it. And she knew just how to do that.
Not loosing another second, Misty started her plan. "Wait a minute Ash. We're still far away from any City or any Pokemon Center for that matter."
"Yes, so?" asked Ash.
"Well, maybe one of us might not put his heart into the battle. If we tire down our Pokemon in this duel, they would be too tired to fight any wild Pokemon later, and therefore we won't be able to capture any new Pokemon." explained Misty, her tone completely implying that she thought that Ash might do that.
"I would NEVER do that in a fight! I'm going to give it my best, and I expect you to give it your best too!" said Ash.
"I know, and I will give it my best." replied Misty, then she smiled knowingly and looked at him, "However, I want a guarantee that both of us will fight at 100%"
Ash though for a second, then nodded, "Alright? What do you suggest?"
"How about a little bet?" suggested Misty.
"We agreed that we wouldn't involve our Pokemon in this things anymore." said Ash.
Misty nodded, she knew that they had had an agreement that they would never put one of their Pokemon at stakes as the prize of a duel ever since what happened with Togepi, and much later with Totodile.
That wasn't her plan, she had something entirely different in mind.
"I know Ash. That is not what I meant." replied Misty.
"In case that I win…" she looked at Ash with her superior smile again, "…I want your Medal Collection!"
Ash gasped, and so did his Pikachu when they heard Misty's words. "Wha… what did you say, Misty?" asked Ash, not sure if he heard it correctly.
"I said that, if I win, I want your Medal Collection." she repeated, "Each and every single Medal that you have gotten from every Pokemon Gym that you have beaten from every league you have competed in. If I win, you will have to give them to me."
Misty smiled in triumph. She knew perfectly well that, right after his Pokemon, the most important thing to Ash were his many medals. He had worked really hard to get them from every gym they visited over their travels. They allowed him to compete in the different leagues all over the world. To loose them would mean to throw away years of hard work. To start all over again from scratch.
Misty had asked for Ash's Medals because she knew all this. And so she was sure that Ash would never agree to it. She would win by default, because Ash would turn down to duel. And she would be able to rub the fact that he had turned down a duel from her in his face all the time.
However, Ash's answer wasn't what Misty expected.
"Okay. I'll do it." said Ash.
Misty was surprised, she was completely shocked. Was she hearing right? Did he accept? "Huh? What did you say Ash?"
"I said I'll do it. If you beat me, I'll give you all of my Medals, each and every one of them, from every gym, from every league." replied Ash.
Well, Misty certainly didn't expect that! Well, all the better then! She would beat him, take his medals, and rub them all over his face! That would teach him who the better Pokemon trainer was!
Misty was pulled away from her thoughts by Ash, "However, I want something from you that is of equal value."
Misty nodded, it was only fair. "Okay Ash, what do you want from me if you win?"
Misty saw Ash thinking of something. She wasn't very worried. The most important things to her were Togepi and the rest of her Pokemon. What could Ash ask her that would hurt her as much as it would hurt him to loose his Medals?
Misty saw how Ash finally stopped thinking as he got an idea.
"I got it!" exclaimed Ash.
"Okay, what is it going to be?" asked Misty.
"If I win, I want you to promise that you'll…" Ash pointed a finger at Misty, "… that you'll start dressing more like a girl from now on, and for the rest of your life!"
Misty blushed. She knew that she was kind of a tomboy, from the way she acted and from the way she dressed.
She certainly didn't expect Ash to say THAT, but she had to admit that doing that would be as humiliating and painful to her as it would be to Ash to give up his Medals.
Suddenly Misty realized that she had fallen into her own trap. Ash had accepted the terms for the duel given by her, and now it was up to her to accept his terms.
If she turned down the duel, Ash would win by default, and it would be even more humiliating for her since she was the one that challenged him. Ash would never let her forget it!
Well, it didn't matter how humiliating Ash's conditions were! She was NOT going to loose this duel! She would win Ash's Medals, and she would teach him a lesson!
So, Misty nodded her head, "Okay fine. I agree. If I win I'll get your Medals, and if you win I promise to dress like any other girl would from now on."
"It's agreed then." Ash walked over to Misty, and they shook hands in a 'it's a deal' manner.
Both of them then got their Pokemon ready, and got prepared for their duel.
Misty released one of her Pokeballs, "Staryu go!"
Ash did the same with one of his Pokeballs, "Tauros, I choose you!"
Both Pokemon advanced towards each other, ready to fight.
*****************************
The duel had been incredible. Both trainers had fought it like if it was the final duel of the World Pokemon Dueling Tournament.
Finally, after many battles, Ash and Misty were down to their last Pokemon. Pikachu for Ash, and Poliwhirl for Misty.
"Poliwhirl, use bubble attack!" ordered Misty to her Pokemon.
"Pikachu! Counter it with a lighting bolt!" said Ash.
"Poliwhirl!" said the water pokemon.
"Pi-Ka-Chuuuu!" yelled the electric pokemon.
Both Pokemon launched their attacks at the same time. They impacted against each other in mid air, and neutralized each other, in an explosion of steam and electricity that raised some dust.
"Now it's the time! Poliwhirl, use your water gun, now!" said Misty.
"Don't let it hit you Pikachu! Use quick attack!" ordered Ash to his Pokemon.
Pikachu quickly ran towards Poliwhirl, as the water Pokemon did its best on hitting the yellow Pokemon with the water gun attack.
However, speed was Pikachu's greatest skill, and was able to dodge every attack, until he managed to be face to face with Poliwhirl.
"Pikachu, use Thunder to finish it, now!" said Ash to Pikachu.
"Poliwhirl, no!" cried out Misty, she had to think of a way of countering that, and fast! But she couldn’t think of anything!
"Pi-Ka-CHUUUUUUUU!!!!!!"
It was too late, the strong electric attack hit Poliwhirl full force. The poor water Pokemon was able to stand for a few seconds, then it fainted.
Ash jumped up, his arms held up in victory, "Yeah! We won Pikachu! We can keep our medals!" Pikachu ran over to Ash, and jumped towards his chest. Ash cached the yellow electric rodent with his arms, like he did when they won a duel as important as this one.
Misty knelt down next to her Poliwhirl, "Don't worry Poliwhirl, we gave it our best shot, and that's what counts." said the girl as she placed Poliwhirl back inside its Pokeball.
Misty could hear Ash's steps as he walked towards her. Here it came, now he was going to rub in his victory over me, she thought.
Misty looked up, and saw Ash smiling down to her, offering his had to her. "Good duel Misty. I had to use all my Pokemon, it was really hard to beat you."
Misty blinked a few times, and accepted Ash's hand to help her stand up again. "Thanks… Thanks Ash. You did well too." she was able to reply.
"So, humm… you ready to pay up?" asked Ash, he seemed a little embarrased, but hid it very well.
Misty suddenly blushed bright red. The duel had been so intense that she had completely forgot about the bet she made with Ash!
She had promised to stop wearing her tomboyish clothes for the rest of her life, and start wearing more feminine clothes, like dresses, and blouses, and skirts and all that! What was she thinking when she agreed to that stupid bet!
Misty slapped herself mentally. You know what you were thinking! She told herself. You wanted to teach Ash a lesson on not being too proud, well, it seems like he ended up teaching a lesson to you!
Was she going to do it? Would she have forced Ash to give up his hard earned Medals to her if she had won the duel?
Of course she would have! In fact, she wouldn't have had to ask him for them, Ash would have given them up willingly! Ash was a very honorable person.
And so was she. She had made a promise, a stupid promise that she should have thought more thoroughly, but a promise nonetheless. She would go through with this.
"Wait here Ash," Misty walked over to her backpack, opened it and pulled out all of her different clothing. Some were shorts like the ones she wore all the time, but there were also a few short skirts and blouses there too. Misty started to separate the clothing that was 'tomboyish' and the ones that were more 'lady-like'. After she was sure that she had collected all her clothes, she walked back over to Ash.
"Here they are Ash. All my clothes." said Misty, blushing madly. "What do you want to do with this pile?" asked Misty as she pointed at the pile of shorts, suspenders and other tomboyish clothing that she had.
This time Ash's blush was easily seen on his face. "Hum, Misty, you don't have to give them to me. You just have to stop wearing them." said Ash.
Misty blushed even more, if that was possible. He was right! This was so embarrassing! But she couldn't keep her usual clothes, it would be too tempting to just wear them again. And she couldn't just leave them here either.
Suddenly, Misty got an idea.
"Ash, could you take out your Cyndaquill for a minute?" asked Misty.
Ash saw how Misty placed the pile of clothes on the floor, and understood what Misty wanted. Ash grabbed Cyndaquill's pokeball (one of the few Pokemon that Ash hadn't used in his duel against Misty, since it was a fire Pokemon, too weak for Misty's water Pokemon). "Cydaquill, I choose you!"
"Cynda!" the small fire Pokemon appeared on the ground. Its back ignited in fire almost immediately.
"Should I burn them Misty?" asked Ash politely.
Misty blushed and nodded her head yes.
"Cyndaquill, use your flamethrower to burn that pile of clothing." Ash ordered to his Pokemon.
"Cynda-QUILLL!!!" Cyndaquill opened its mouth and out came the fire attack. The pile of clothes soon caught fire and started to burn.
"Cyndaquill, return!" Ash used his pokeball to return Cyndaquill to it.
"Okay, there's just one thing left." said Misty, and then walked behind some trees and bushes carrying the clothes she had left to have some privacy. She had burned all her tomboyish clothes, except the one she was wearing.
Once sure that she had complete privacy, Misty unhooked her red suspenders and took off her blue jean-shorts, her shirt followed soon afterwards. She soon was left wearing only her panties. Misty didn't wear a bra for one reason, she didn't really need them since her breasts were still developing. However, her sisters had told Misty that a lady should wear a bra as she started to develop, and had bought her a training bra after Misty had her first period many years ago. Misty still had it, she just never wore it.
Well, that would change now. She had to keep her side of the bet. Misty quickly put on the plain cotton training bra on her still developing breasts. Misty then turned to look at the clothes she had left. She really didn't know what to wear, she didn't care about developing her fashion sense before. But she did now.
Misty finally decided on a white button-up blouse with short puffy sleeves. The blouse's collar had a small silk rosette on it. She also picked a short pink skirt that reached till a few inches above her knees. Her shorts revealed much more skin than this skirt, but Misty couldn't help but feel more exposed with the skirt than with her shorts.
Misty finished changing by taking off her red tennis shoes, and putting on the only other pair of shoes that she had, a pair of white shoes with short heels.
For the final touch, Misty undid the short ponytail that she wore all the time, letting her orange hair cascade down to her shoulders.
Misty gathered the rest of her clothes and placed them back in her backpack. All except for the shorts, shirt, suspenders and tennis shoes.
Misty walked back to where her clothes were burning, she stopped in front of the burning pile, looked down at the blue shorts and yellow shirt she held in her hand, then down at the fire.
This was it, if she tossed her last clothes into the fire, there was no going back.
Doing it quickly, before she changed her mind, Misty tossed her last tomboyish getup into the fire. The shorts, shirt, suspenders and tennis shoes caught fire quickly, just like the rest have had.
"Well, there you go. I have kept my promise." said Misty to Ash, blushing furiously but looking away so Ash wouldn't notice. She felt so… so strange by wearing this clothes in front of Ash.
"Yes Misty, I knew you would." Misty heard Ash's reply.
Misty was kind of surprised at Ash's attitude at the whole situation. She was expecting him to say something, to make fun of her situation, but he didn't.
"Hey guys, I'm back!"
Misty and Ash looked up and to a side when their heard Brock's voice, as he came back to their little camp.
Brock was holding a bag in each hand. One filled with firewood on his right hand, and one filled with some wild fruits and vegetables on his left hand.
"Hi Brock." greeted Ash, as he walked over to Brock to help him by taking one of the bags. "I see you had very good luck." he added as he pointed at the bag that Brock was still carrying, the fruits and vegetables bag.
"Yes," replied Brock, "with all this and the leftover meat we have I'll be able to make some nice stew."
Then Brock noticed the small fire in the middle of the camp. "Huh, I see that you were able to start a fire without me. What did you burn?" he asked.
Misty's eyes opened wide. Oh no! She couldn't say just what had happened! She had to think of something, fast! "Well, we… hum, we…" Misty stammered nervously. She couldn't think of anything, as she grew more nervous by the second.
"The wind carried some old newspaper over here. We thought that it would be useful to start up the fire more easily." said Ash.
Misty was surprised. She didn't expected Ash to keep quiet about what had happened. But he did, and boy was she grateful for it.
"Oh, okay." replied Brock, he then noticed the way Misty was dressed and was surprised. "Misty?"
Misty blushed. Ash had kept her secret, but she still had to explain why she was dressed the way she was. "Hum, yes Brock. I, I just though that I needed a change of image. That's all."
Brock blinked a few times. Having Misty change so much, so fast, was really surprising. But if Misty wanted to, then he was nobody to argue. He turned to look at Ash, "Why don't you use the fire on the firewood, while I'll prepare everything to start cooking."
"Sure, no problem." replied Ash, and started to place the logs over the small fire. The wood soon cached up fire, and the fire increased in size.
A few hours later, the three of them started to travel once again.
Little did Misty know that this little bet was the beginning of a series of very humiliating events for her.
=============================
End of the Prologue.
=============================
CHAPTER 1:
It has been five days since Misty had lost the duel with Ash, loosing the bet in the process.
During that time they had reached a small town. It didn't have a Pokemon Gym so Ash hadn't been able to get a new Medal, but there was a Pokemon Center where they could go to heal up their Pokemon (and for Brock to drool over the local Nurse Joy).
Misty also took the chance to do a little shopping. She bought a few new shirts and skirts for her, to replace the clothes that she had burned after loosing the bet. She also bough a few more training bras, since she had only one till then, and a new pair of sandals to wear instead of her shoes, since they weren't very good to travel.
Misty had soon a new wardrobe of new 'girly' clothes to replace all her old 'tomboyish' clothes.
However, Misty was determined to regain her right to wear whatever she wanted to.
Right now they were on the road again. Misty had waited till it were Brock's time to find firewood and food again (the three of them took turn after leaving a town or a city. The first day went Ash, the second Misty, then Brock, then Ash again, and so on), when she and Ash were alone again, Misty talked to Ash.
That day, Misty was wearing a sleeveless shirt with a medium sized cleavage and a nice pink heart stamped at the front, and a white short skirt with little roses all over it. She was also wearing her white sandals.
"Hum, Ash." said Misty.
"Yes Misty?" inquired Ash.
"I want to challenge you to a duel again." answered Misty.
Ash nodded, "Okay."
"But I want to have another bet. If I win, then I can start wearing whatever I want to wear again." said Misty.
Ash nodded, "Okay, fine. If you win you can wear what you want again, and if I win…" Ash though for a minute.
Misty knew that Ash was trying to find something that would be of equal value for her to give if she lost the bet again. She decided that she would accept whatever Ash's terms were. She would accept regardless of how humiliating his terms were, she just could not loose again. No matter what.
Finally Ash looked up, "I got it! If I win, then you have to promise that you'll stop wearing panties forever. It would be a double or nothing."
Misty blushed. She certainly didn't expect THAT, but she had to admit that doing that would be as humiliating and painful to her as it would be to Ash to give up his Medals, which had been the stakes of the original bet. To stop wearing panties would be like a double or nothing stakes of her old bet.
Misty had no choice, and she didn't care. She HAD to win this duel, no matter what.
Steeling her resolve, Misty nodded in determination. "Okay, I agree. If I win I can wear what I want again, and if I loose, then I promise to stop wearing panties, forever."
Like last time, Ash and Misty shook their hands to seal their agreement on their coming duel. Then they stepped a few feet away from each other and got each other's Pokemon ready for a battle that promised to be as much, or even more intense than the last one.
*****************************
About half an hour later, the duel was over. And Ash had won once again.
Misty had been close, very close, but Ash had pulled an amazing come-from-behind victory at the last minute, and was able to win the last battle, and the duel along with it.
Misty fell on her knees. She couldn't believe it! How did he do it! He was down to his last pokémon and she had three left. Still he had been able to beat all of her pokémon before she beat the last one he had! It was the best duel she had ever done in her life, and still she had lost! And now she had to… she had to…
Misty covered her face with her hands, and started to cry. Why had she done it, why couldn't she see that Ash was just a lot better than she was. She had wanted to teach him a lesson, a lesson that he didn't need nor deserved. And now, she was paying for it.
Misty heard Ash walking towards her, she wiped her tears as quickly as she could and looked up.
Ash wasn't mocking her, but was very respectful to her instead. He offered a hand to stand up like last time. "Good duel Misty, that was amazing. I was sure that you would win at the end, it took me a lot of effort to beat you."
Somehow, Ash's words seemed to make Misty feel better. At least it had been hard for him too.
However, Misty knew that she had to keep her side of the bargain… again. This time, she was not going to wait for Ash to mention it, it was embarrassing as it was.
"Wait here Ash." Said Misty, and she walked back to hide behind some trees.
A minute later, Misty walked back from behind the tree, holding a pair of orange panties in her hand, and blushing madly.
She threw the pair of panties on the ground, and opened her backpack. She started digging around her stuff to find her panties. She knew that she could keep them, but also knew that if she did, the temptation to wear them would be too great, and she wanted to keep her side of the bet.
Soon, a pile made up of Misty's panties was on the ground. Some were pink, others blue, others had little Staryu pictures all over them, others had Goldeen pictures, and others were just plain white.
When Misty was sure that she had no panties left, she turned to Ash. "Please, use Cyndaquill again."
Ash nodded, "Cyndaquill I choose you!"
The small fire pokémon came out of its pokeball.
"Cyndaquill, burn that pile of clothes." Ordered Ash.
"Cynda-QUILLLLLL!" Cynadquil used one of its fire attacks, and the pile of panties ignited right away.
Misty watched how all of her panties burned. She couldn't believe that this was happening, but it was.
She had to find a way to fix it. Some way to get back everything she lost.
She just had to.

End of the Prologue.
=============================
