Warnings- Spoilers to what happens to Katori, lemon, and look at the pairing.
Summary: Sometimes it scared him how much his lover looked like him when he was breaking on the inside. And he would do anything to prevent that from happening; just because he was damaged goods didn‘t mean Kamui should suffer the same.

Amber eyes closed tightly as Kamui cried out as he grasped the ebony hair before him. Breaths came out in harsh pants as the teen’s head rolled back, eyes rolling up.
“Mmm,” Kamui whimpered as he grasped the blanket on his bed. “Feels good…”
Pulling away Subaru smiled as he looked up at the boy above him. His hand pumping lightly as he stared at Kamui. He much preferred to see the boy like this instead of how he had been before. This look fit him better, better then the look of hurt and anguish, his eyes dead to the world.
Kamui had had another run in with Fuuma. Apparently this confrontation had been worse then other times, leaving Kamui floating in a sea of horrible nightmares that kept him screaming out for Fuuma to stop. Once even shrieking, his hand flying out only to catch Subaru in the mouth as the Onmyouji tried to calm the poor boy. And when the amber eyes opened wide, it hurt Subaru- tore at his heart- as he tried to think of a way to help the boy feel better.
It had started innocent enough as Subaru curled up next to the hyperventilating boy, trying to sooth him with gentle touches. Yet the touches fell short, as Kamui cried into Subaru’s shoulder, his body going into near convulsions as he tried to keep from crying out too loud. Breaths rasped as he squeezed his eyes shut trying to shut out the hurt that he felt.
At a lost Subaru slowly held him tight, kissing away the tears. And before he knew it one thing lead to another leaving him on the floor, between Kamui’s legs finally getting to see that broken look in the boy’s eyes dissolve.
Sometimes it scared him how much his lover looked like him when he was breaking on the inside. And he would do anything to prevent that from happening; just because he was damaged goods didn‘t mean Kamui should suffer the same.
Even if it meant dying for him. If he could, Subaru would gladly take all of his boyfriend’s pain and suffering and hold it on his own. Yet he knew it was impossible. All he could do was try to ease the pain as much as he could and hope that eventually Kamui would feel better. He would do anything to help ease the hurt in the boy’s heart.
Kamui moaned deeply as he spread his legs out a little further, toes curling on the soft carpet. A thin sheen of sweat covered the boy’s body as he lifted up his hips.
“Ahh,” the teen moaned deeply as his head lulled to the side. “M-m-more…Need more.”
“Don‘t worry,” the Onmyouji whispered, his breath curling around the hardened erection as he leaned closer. “I know exactly what you need. I just want one thing. Cry my name when you come. Let me hear that.”
Kamui flushed brilliantly at that request, his cheeks becoming a bright red as he shook his head half-heartedly.
Leaning forward Subaru once again taking as he took the hardened erection into his mouth. Sucking lightly he bobbed his head, tongue swirling around the tip. Swallowing he wrapped his arms around his lover’s waist pulling the boy close to him.
Kamui cried out, a hand flying to his mouth as he bit down trying to keep his voice down. The last thing he needed was to wake the entire house.
Chewing on his lip Kamui pulled his hand away grasping the blanket tightly as he thrusted into Subaru’s mouth. The moist, warm cavern driving the boy over the edge every second. His heart pounded heavily as he tried to keep focused on the bobbing head between his legs. He’d already given up on listening to his lover, his pulse pounding too loudly in his ears for that.
Subaru glanced up, his soft blue eyes staring into the amber above. Black hair veiled his eyes as he pulled away, his hand pumping the erection again. “Come for me,” he whispered huskily. “Come Kamui!”
Moaning Kamui arched his back his toes curling into the carpet below. “Mmm. Ah…ah…S-Subaru,” Kamui cried out in a breathy moan as he came into Subaru’s hand.
Smiling the Onmyouji sat back on his heels, as he wiped his hand on the blanket. Slowly he stood up, kneeling on the bed next to Kamui. Grabbing his lover’s face, Subaru pulled him over for a soft kiss, his tongue tracing Kamui’s lips. Pulling away he smiled again as he watched the amber eyes slowly clear from the lust filled haze, slowly gaining their normal, happy glow.
Amber eyes glinting brightly as he leaned forward, close to Subaru, a smile tugging on his lips. Fingers combed through the ebony hair pushing back the soft strands to look into the beautiful eyes before him. Finally for the first time the entire day he was able to see clearly the face beside him.
Leaning forward he held the soft face in his hands, his lips pressing against Subaru’s in a chaste kiss before pulling away. Subaru smiled as he hugged Kamui close to his body. Gently he pulled the boy down, on top of him, arms holding him tight. Ear pressed to the older boy’s chest Kamui listened to his lover’s heart beat.
Sleep flooded the younger boy’s veins as he felt himself slowly slide into unconsciousness. And this time instead of the pain of seeing Fuuma, Kamui felt his mind float over to the boy lying under him. The same one that held him close, running his fingers along his spine as he drew soft designs along the soft skin.
As he drifted asleep Kamui felt the corners of his mouth tug upwards, his mind focusing on the fingers on his back. And the arms that hugged him just a little tighter.
