Darkness

A/N: Alright, I’m hoping people are reading this before they are reading my story. Something you have to understand. If you haven’t seen the new ep of Kuroshitsuji II, then this might not make any sense. So I suggest seeing the whole ep all the way though. Then it might make more sense. Anyway, read and enjoy ^-^

Darkness.

That’s all he could see around him in the world he now lived in. This was his prison, his eternal resting place. For Ciel Phantomhive there would be no heaven, there would be no hell. Just forever darkness. Forever darkness and his own thoughts.

He closed his storm colored eyes, knowing there would be no difference as he began to remember and think about his life.

His mother.

His father.

If he thought and imagined it hard enough, he could still remember the warmth of his mother’s smile. The feeling he always had when his father tossed him in the air. Their laughter, their hugs, but most of all, the weight of their deaths in the fire. He never cried after that. Never shed a tear after the knowledge of their deaths. Even now in this endless darkness he didn’t grieve for their deaths. To him it was pointless. Why cry over someone who had passed? Tears would do nothing to bring them back. Nothing would. Not even revenge. Yet deep inside while he summoned the devil from his hell, he knew he was going to avenge them. Even though he would never say it out loud. Ciel always felt that if he killed those who had took everything away from him; he would feel some sort of accomplishment.

He never had that satisfied feeling.

Just emptiness.

He chuckled as Liz entered his mind. If everyone was like his dear fiancée, then the world would have been a frilly happy place. Ciel honestly believed this. Such a pure hearted girl who would one day be a beautiful woman. But he never wished to marry her. He never wanted to taint her in his dark world. She was a light that should never be tainted by him and his world. Never once did he have feelings for the girl. But he never loved her. Even when everything was right he never felt for her. No… his feelings were for someone else.

“Sebastian…”

He could hear his voice echo in the vast of this world. A small chuckle escaped his lips as his thoughts shifted to the dark haired demon. The man who he knew from the start would steal his soul. Yet Ciel never anticipated Sebastian to steal his heart as well. He could still feel the touch of Sebastian’s finger’s as his back arched under cold fingers. His gasps as the demon would do things that no one else had done to him. What was worse was that Sebastian had ruined him for anyone else. And he tired. Oh how he had tried to go to others.

God how embarrassed he was when he could never get it up with Lau. Even with the man’s incense drugs.

“Sebastian…” He muttered again into the darkness.

Ciel regretted nothing in his life. If he had a chance, he would do it again. The only thing he wished was to have that demon touch him again. To hold him and tell him he loved him. To whisper words in his ear that no one else would whisper. To see those blood red eyes and that smirk that drove him wild with both anger and desire.

“-chan”

He opened his eyes to the darkness, thinking he might have been mistaken. Looking around something caught his eyes and quickly he looked at it, not sure if in the darkness he had finally cracked. But it was there.

Light.

Slowly he walked towards it as he heard that voice calling to him.

“Bocchan…”

Slowly he felt his eyes start to open; bright light blinding his eyes that once saw nothing but darkness.

Red eyes watched him as a familiar smirk reached lips he knew.

“Good morning Bocchan.” Sebastian said as he still held Ciel’s hand, his blue family ring sitting there upon his thumb.

Ciel looked at Sebastian, confused, bewildered. But only one thing slipped past his lips.

“Sebastian…”
