Disclaimer: I do not own Saiyuki, I do not make any money by posting this, and unfortunately, I don't own the characters in this story minus the OC. All I own is the concept to this work of fiction |
This is just an intro, really, but I promise almost every other chapter will contain putting Gojyo in lots of sexual situations, because who here doesn't love to think of all the things we could do to him in bed ;) ok enough of that.
I don't own Saiyuki or any of its characters and I do not make any money by writing or posting this. That being said, I really wish I owned Gojyo so we could reenact this entire story.
Enjoy
PRESENT DAY
Another long day of travel and the guys were more than ready to find a place to settle in for the evening. Goku had been complaining for the last three hours that he was hungry while Gojyo found it necessary to list off every item of food he could possibly think of to torment him. Sanzo had decided he'd had enough of hearing the two bicker in the back seat, but despite his many warnings the two hadn't let up and he finally begged Hakkai to stop for the night.
Once they'd found rooms, Sanzo had escaped the other three to his room where he could sit alone and drink his headache away. This was fine by them because Goku was looking forward to stuffing his face without ridicule while the other two went out to see the nightlife of the small town. Hakkai had sat off to the side, occasionally sharing a remark or two while Gojyo gambled in a game of cards, knowing full-well he would win every hand. At some point, Hakkai either became bored or had decided didn't want to drink anymore, because he'd left the bar they were in.
Gojyo had finally chased off everybody who would've been willing to play cards with him by either having beaten them or they'd grown tired of all of his sarcastic remarks, and now he was just bored. He sat at the bar, only half-drunk, twirling an empty shot-glass around and quickly annoying the barmaid.
“If you want me to get you another one just ask!” she snatched the shot-glass up and gave him a dirty look.
He just rolled his eyes and scanned the room for any pretty women, and when he didn't see any he lowered his standards to looking for just any women at all. Once another shot was placed in front of him he downed it quickly and walked up to a woman who was sitting by herself at the bar. She had just sat down, so he slid in next to her, giving her his best come-hither smile. She didn't seem at all amused.
“So, why don't I buy you a drink and we can get to know one another?” well, his game was off tonight, but more often than not, his best lines didn't seem to work, so what did it really matter?
The woman just gave an irritated and slightly disgusted look and walked away, opting to sit down at a table at the opposite end of the room. No matter, he still had plenty of other options and could actually put some effort into the pick-up lines.
Unfortunately, he ran out of women before he ran out of lines and realized tonight just wasn't his night, but it didn't really matter. He was used to it. Calling it quits for the night, he paid off the little tab he had going and walked into the bathroom. He noticed the first woman he'd tried talking to was hanging all over some man who looked like he came from money, was well put together, and that slight pang of jealousy that would occasionally move through him hit.
For a few moments he distracted himself with the scribbles on the wall near the urinals and stalls, trying to decipher some of the nonsense people had written there, and almost forgot he was a bit irritated, maybe even feeling hurt. He remembered quickly though, when he looked into the mirror above the sink. That's right. There was always something that was wrong with him, whether it be his rough around the edges appearance, not enough demon in him for the ladies of demon variety to bother with him, too much demon in him should any human females find out, and always something to be nit-picked at. It made him feel resentful and frustrated in more ways than one.
Despite his ability to come back with jokes and his standard grin, sometimes being him just simply sucked. Trying to ignore the women who had turned him down, he left the bar and lit up a cigarette once he was out the door. He leaned against the building and looked up at the night sky, wondering how long they'd be in town and hoping it wasn't for long. The women in this town just sucked, and not in the fun ways he'd have wanted them to. Finally deciding he'd had enough of the scenery, he turned towards the direction of the inn they were staying at and began to walk off. He'd passed a few of the buildings along the way and hadn't paid any of the people standing outside of them any attention until he heard a familiar voice from behind him.
“Strike out again, Rockstar?” the woman who had spoken approached him as he stopped dead in his tracks.
A sly smile crossed his face and was very apparent as he turned to face her, “what makes you so sure I wasn't just saving tonight's fun for you?”
Once she was so close to him he could see her blue eyes even with just the moonlight, the familiar girl grabbed the cigarette right out of Gojyo's hand and took a drag, a smile present on her face. She looked him up and down and raised her eyebrow a bit.
“Playing it smooth tonight, are we? You look different. Your hair is a little longer.”
He gave a little laugh, “yeah, guess it is. It's been a while.”
“Too long,” she clarified, taking another drag off of his cigarette before handing it back to him “I almost didn't even recognize you. That would've been a damn shame, for the both of us.”
Without much need for formalities, she took him by the hand and began leading him in a direction he knew would take them to the room she was staying in. A slight breeze passed by them and as her hair blew away from her face he could see the smile she was wearing along with a look he was very familiar with by now.
