Chapter One – The Beginning of Normal Day
High School DXD – Rise of Dragons is the first High School DXD story that I have ever written in Fanfiction. So please enjoy the story and do not ask me if I am going to follow the manga or anime because I rather work in the shadows or do my own ideas.

Outside of Kuoh Academy, a young man was reading his book with a peaceful mind. He has dark brown spiky hair down to his neck, and his eyes are light brown. He closes his eyes and felt a great amount of imagination as his eyes open to sees giant flames in front of him. His right-hand reaches out to touch the mighty flames as his thoughts were, "What the hell is this and why is not burning me for?" His eyes begin to open to reveals white pages with pure black letters as it was the book that he was reading, then his right-hand takes the book away from his sight. He gets up to sits down at the cliff of the soft grass hill and places his book down onto his right side of himself, in which his outfit was dark red undershirt and black jacket down to his waist. Dark blue long pants, then stop reading his book as his head turns to sees the most popular boy in Kuoh Academy. His height is 5'8, and his weight was 178 pounds as his lips form light smiles. To first notices, Kiba Yuuto was light blonde, and his eyes were dark blue with the same outfit as the young man. Kiba's height is 5'5, and his weight was 160 pounds.
"Hey Kiba, where are you off to?" A light brown short hair down to her neck with her eyes are light blue with her outfit was black school uniform shirt with a white undershirt. Her large B-cup breasts bounce inside her uniform and dark blue skirt down to her lower thighs. Her left arm has dark red KA means Kuoh Academy, which her height is 5'2 and her weight was 135 pounds. Two other girls, as their heights and weight were nearly the same weight, then their breasts were nearly touching C cup size. Their outfits were the same as their friend who was trying to ask Kiba to the arcade.
"I'm actually heading to my club because I have some club activities," Kiba answers the girls with a comfortable tone. His head turns to sees the young man with a light smile, but he could tell it was a friendly one, which his right-hand waves at him being friendly. "Well, I see you, ladies, later," Kiba told them with a soft tone as he goes to his club, which the young man begins to get up from his sitting position to get ready for the next class.
This young man's name is Issei Hyoudou, and he was seventeen-year-old; there was. One problem about Issei Hyoudou that he has no friends to speak of.
"Get back here! You pervert!" Issei hears the girl screaming as two young men were running away from the Kendo Club. His head shakes 'no' because they seem not to learn their lessons after being beaten up by them for the fourth time in the row. Those perverted duos were scared out of their lives because they got caught by watching Kendo Club changing into their uniforms.
Katase and Murayama led the Kendo Club team as Katase has short pink hair down to her neck. Her eyes were light pink of her hair, which her white kendo suit was holding her 38C cup size breasts size then she turns her head to sees Issei. She waves at him with a friendly smile because Issei was always nice to everyone at the campus, then heart begins to hope that she could meet someone as special as him.
Murayama stops in her tracks to see Katase waving at Issei as her appearance was light brown hair with hazel eyes. Their outfits were white tops, and long black kendo dresses down to her feet. Her breast size is 34C cup, which Murayama and Katase's breasts bounced slightly when she was trying to be focusing back on the task at hand.
Katase and Murayama were going back to chasing after the Perverted Duos as Katase wanted to talk with Issei. She was not going to tell anybody about this. Yet, she felt a strong connection with Issei.
"Checking Issei out again," Murayama tells her best friend with a teasing tone.
"No, I'm not," Katase responds to Murayama with her tone was serious.
Issei went to Kendo Club's building as he saw the small hole inside the wooden wall. The perverted duos used the peek hole as Kendo Club team members saw someone at the wooden wall. Yet, Katase speaks, "It is okay, girls. Besides, that's Issei Hyoudou who was building the wooden wall." Issei nods at the wooden wall and strokes his forehead to do the incredible work. He then leaves for Kendo Club team members to sees the peek hole was fixed so that nobody could look inside the changing room.
Issei went back to his classroom to finish the school day. He stops in his tracks to find a beautiful girl with long crimson hair and light blue eyes looking at him as her outfit was the same as the other girls. Her expression was soft for her to see it, and his right-hand waves at her been friendly and warm. She then shows a bright smile as her left-hand waves at Issei as a mysterious girl goes back into her clubroom as her breasts bounce slightly when she moves out of the window.
(Inside of Clubroom)
Another girl who has long black hair and her eyes were light purples with her outfit were the same as her best friend's uniform as she speaks, "It's your move, Rias." Rias went back to the chessboard as Rias notices the trap inside chess, yet Rias moves her pawn piece into the right movement.
"Checkmate, and who was that gentleman there, Akeno?" Asked Rias, her tone was soft.
"I believe his name is Issei Hyoudou, and I think he's a straight-A student. I heard that he was offered a scholarship through the state." Akeno tells Rias about Issei's past story then Rias gets up to their feet. Her hands took the black jacket off first to reveals a white button shirt down to her waist as Rias removes her dark blue skirt was next, and her other clothes were next. Her white shirt was taking off with her 36 D cup breasts bounces inside of her dark purple bra, holding them back. Rias removes her dark purple panties first to reveals her bubble-shaped butt; then, the next revealing part was her large 36 D cup breasts and light pink nipples. The girls stop in their tracks as they bow their heads to see the Student Council President and Counselors. One of the girls who were short black hair down to her neck with her outfit was the same as other girls as the Vice President of Student Council speaks, "Miss Sona, is everything alright?' Her tone was soft because Sona turned her attention to Issei as she felt the small pulse of energy was coming from him. Sona's height is 5'3 and weight were 112 pounds as her breasts size is 34 B cup.
"Yes, but I felt a strong presence from that mysterious boy," Sona responds to the councilors as her thoughts brought many ideas of asking Issei Hyoudou if he was interested in joining the Student Body Council team.
Sona and the rest of her team went to the Student Council's Office. Issei enters his last period for today as his head looks down at the wooden desk. His memories brought back how he needs to choose what he wants to make for dinner tonight as his head turns to looks at the bright blue skies with white clouds, which "Part of me… I have wished for little excitement inside of my life." His thoughts spoke into his mind with a soft voice; however, his wish would come true sooner than Issei believes it is.
(At City of Kyoto)
A beautiful girl with long black hair down to her hips with her eyes were light crimson. Her expression becomes serious because she knew that Fallen Angels' leaders' request was a firm request or objective to get from them. Raynare begins to wonder what the great Leader of the Fallen Angels needs from her. She hears the rest of the mission as the voice continues to speak, "I want you to go and find the Red Dragon Emperor. I want you to see if he's a friend or someone to worry about." Raynare nods her head because she knew this mission would be interesting to find the Red Dragon Emperor to find. She needed to find out if he was friendly or a foe towards the Fallen Angels.
The time begins to start again as everybody was walking as normal. Raynare was gone from the sight of the front for Kyoto's Café.
(Center of Kuoh)
Issei walks through the front gates of Kuoh Academy as he was making his way back to his home. Yet, his thoughts brought many ideas of how his parents were doing. For anybody who wants to know what Issei's parents are up, they went to America because they are a multi-billion-dollar company worldwide as Issei stays in Kuoh.
His right-hand pulls his iPhone out to reveals the messages from his parent’s messages on how he was doing in school, which his response as he was doing great. However, he did not want to tell his parents about not making any friends now. His head turns to see the bright sun descends into the western side of town to show it was time to go into its slumber.
Issei places his iPhone back into his pockets as he was walking across the steel bridge. A beautiful girl with long raven hair as her outfit was black school's uniform with a white undershirt and long black skirt down to her lower thighs with her eyes are light red. She found herself been nervous around this person.
"May I help you?" Asked Issei, his tone was friendly and soft towards the girl. His tone could make Issei a gentle person as Raynare felt a great pulse of friendship, warmness, and comfort around Issei's presence.
"Um… Are you Issei Hyoudou?" Raynare gives the response of her tone was the same as Issei's soft voice then his head nods towards the mysterious girl then she continues to speak, "Would you… Would you like to hang out with me this Saturday!" His eyes show surprise about Raynare's request to hang out with him as his head turns away from her. His sight was focused on the dark green bushes or behind Raynare to make sure this was not a scam or joke with him.
Issei could tell this girl shows her excitement and nervousness inside of her tone as "Very well I will hang out with you, Miss." Issei responds back to Raynare with a smooth tone. Her cheeks turn deep red because it seems that her mind was racing through many ideas about what Issei and herself could do together on Saturday. Yet, she could tell Issei was not those type of people for naughty requests from her.
"Oh, my name is Yuuma Amano." Raynare gives a false name because she did not want to get Issei into the mystical realms surrounding them for now until he was ready to handle it. His right-hand waves at her, which she was leaving the bridge with Issei shows a light smile because it seems that he gets to hang out with someone.
Issei continues his way back to his home with little excitement inside of his heart and mind because it seems that he made a new friend. Unknown to him was someone was watching him from the bridge as this person has short white hair down to her neck and her eyes were golden as her height was 5'2 and her weight is 122 pounds. Her outfit was a white button. Her black jacket was open and black skirt down to her lower thighs. If she happens to bend down, everyone will see her amazing round butt as her breasts were 36A cup size would bounce slightly when she moved.
Her sight was looking at Issei as she could feel the warmness around Issei. Hence, the girl walks towards Kuoh Academy as she tells her master about what she found out about Issei Hyoudou. The girl enters the Kuoh Academy's front gates. She went to the old school's building to report to Rias, who was her master. The girl opened the old school's building's front door; then she went to the clubroom. She first notices Rias was sitting down behind the wooden desk, light brown; Akeno and Kiba sit down on a light red couch at the Occult Research Club center.
(In Occult Research Club)
"Issei Hyoudou has encountered a Fallen Angel," Koneko responds to Rias with a comfortable tone as she sits down on the couch. She looks down at the wooden table of wondering how to protect Issei from the enemies' hand because it seems they are making their move to get Red Dragon Emperor.
"You have done a great job, Koneko. Now it's up to him on what kind of side he wants to be on." Rias shows a pawn piece been light crimson, and her tone was a concern for her hopes found new excitement and interest for Issei to join them. Rias' right-hand picks the white pawn piece up into her hand as her thoughts brought many ideas of how Issei would feel to become a Devil and join her side.
Occult Research Club's wooden door opens to reveals that Sona has serious expression because it seems that she had her eyes on Issei. Then Rias speaks, "Hello Sona and what do I owe this pleasing visit," Her tone was friendly and soft. Sona went over to her best friend with Akeno, Koneko, and Kiba left the clubroom to allow the President of Occult Research and Student Council to discuss.
"I can tell you are interested in trying to get Issei Hyoudou on your team correct?" Asked Sona.
"Yes, I am, but I can tell you have interest in him too, Sona." Rias responds back to Sona, which her tone was firm.
Rias gets up from her wooden desk with her breasts bounces slightly as she went over to sits down on the dark red couch with Sona sits down the opposite of Rias. "I don't believe Issei understands what he truly is besides, he has not even activated his powers." Sona told Rias comfortable, yet her tone was serious for Rias to agree with her best friend. Rias felt a surge of energy from Issei. Yet, they believe that Issei does not know how to control his powers or express the powers inside his body.
"Let us make him to decide what kind of life he wants to live." Rias told Sona with a positive tone as she nods at her best friend because it seems both Rias and Sona could tell that Issei would make the right decision to fight with the right side.
(Meanwhile)
"I made contact with Red Dragon Emperor and he seems like very gentle person with an incredible personality," Raynare spoke through the light purple magical circle with a soft tone as she was sitting at the edge of the rooftop building as her right leg drops down. The readers got a good look at Raynare's light purple panties inside of her skirt. It disappears when her left leg goes on top of her right leg. The Leader of Fallen Angel could not get the news that Red Dragon Emperor was a gentle person. In the past, whoever got the Dragon inside their spirits, mind, or bodies, the person would turn into a massive, powerful enemy for the Three Factions. Or try to make their own world with their own powers. However, those people have lost their connections to the real world. They slowly become mad with power, which results in madness or deep consequences for the person's mind and spirit.
"Please keep your eyes on him because I believe the others will try their best to get hold of him." Leader of Fallen Angel speaks back to Raynare with a commanding tone.
"I will do my best to keep my eyes on him," Raynare told the Leader of Fallen Angel with her tone was firm and understanding, which she gets up to stands onto her feet. She did not understand why her heart was thrusting inside her chest. Her hair then covered her eyes. Her face felt warm and turning red because Raynare was slowly growing feelings for Red Dragon Emperor.
Raynare found herself in excitement, yet the happiness inside of her heart could barely hold itself inside of her body. She felt someone's presence behind her, and her attention turns to sees it was one of the Fallen Angels. Her appearance is long blonde hair down to her shoulders. Her eyes are mystical blue with her outfit is black dress down to her lower thighs then her undershirt was white shirt as the black bow middle of her waist. She had 34 A cup size breasts, and underneath her skirt would be revealing her amazing round butt inside her black panties.
"Mittelt, what are you doing here?" Raynare asked about her best friend with a soft tone as Mittelt giggles because it has been a while since she has seen Raynare. She rushes over to hugs Mittelt warmly and comfortably as her lips form a nice smile. Mittelt was going to reveal what she was doing here because it seems that she was sent here to see if Raynare was alright with the job that she has handled.
"So, I have heard that you found the Red Dragon Emperor?" Mittelt tells Raynare with smooth but excitement inside of her voice.
Raynare releases Mittelt from the warm embracement as she shows a bright smile. Raynare could see Mittelt was little interested in meeting the Red Dragon Emperor as Raynare speaks, "Yes I have, and I asked him out on da- to hang out with me." Mittelt catches the words "date," yet she teases Raynare later down the road. Then Raynare continues, "I just want to see what type of person he is." Her tone was determined because Issei was an incredible and nice person for her to meet.
(At Hyoudou's Residences)
Issei makes some dinner which was homemade pizza been pepperoni with his jacket was lying down on the couch. He talked with his parents on video chat on his laptop, which "Of course besides, I'm doing amazing right now." Issei responds back to his parents with a comfortable tone, then slides the pizza inside of the warm oven then; his memories brought Yuuma's request to hang out with him this Saturday then he continues, "Mom and Dad, I have something. To tell you folks." His voice shifts into the firm as Issei's parents stops working on the deals they were recognizing and figuring out.
"What is it, Issei?" Issei's mother says that her tone was comfortable and worried about hoping her son was already home alone. He does not have anybody special to visit him or any friends to speak of.
"A girl asked me to hang out with her," Issei told his parents the news with a welcoming tone. He hopes they would understand as Issei first sees his mother was crying because she was happy to hear that Issei finally has someone to hang out with or try to make new friends.
Issei looks down at the kitchen's wooden floor. His expression shows little sadness because his childhood was not the nicest one to have it. After all, Issei only has parents. Yet, they always tried to cheer him up. Telling tell him that the day is always filled with mysterious paths in front of us. But the person should always try to move on from it.
"Issei, my son… Never try to be sad because you should always remember to smile because someone else may not have the same choices that you have." Issei's father told Issei with a confident and inspirational tone.
Issei nods at his parents with a warm smile as his parents say their goodbyes for now. Issei closes the video chat, which his lips form a warm and confident smile to show Yuuma a good time on their hang-out day. He pulls the pizza out of the oven. He places it onto the warm pieces. Issei enjoys it as his lips show a warm smile to enjoy something cooked and delicious. His sight catches the magazine for Science Museum was ready for people to see it. His mind found it interesting to take Yuuma there because she was the type of girl who enjoys learning about the world's mystical places.

The time was 12:00 PM; Issei was wearing a black jacket down to his waist, a dark red shirt, and midnight blue pants down to his feet with his shoes were black nick. His mind was racing with many thoughts because this would be his first time hanging out with a girl, and his right-hand took his iPhone out to see the time was the right time.
"Issei." Issei hears his first name and looks up to sees Yuuma. He could feel his heartbeat been deep; then his eyes first notice her outfit was incredible. Her outfit of choice was a light purple shirt down to her waist. Her skirt was dark blue down to her lower thighs, and dark purple shoes up to her knees as her shirt revealed fifty percent of her cleavage for Issei to see them. His head turns away from the sight of her breasts near shows inside her shirt, and Yuuma's cheeks turn bright red because it seems Issei was nervous around her. "Do you dislike my outfit?" Yuuma's question with her tone was comfortable to Issei.
"No… You look amazing in that outfit, Yuuma." Issei responds back to Yuuma with a warm tone.
Issei and Yuuma found one another as Mittelt was watching them from the top of the rooftop. She felt her heart would jump out of her chest because Issei seems like a gentle person. He seems like he did not want to hurt anybody at all.
"So, are you ready to go, Yuuma?" Issei asks Yuuma with a gentle voice. She nods her head as they went to the first stop on their hang-out, been Science Museum, which Yuuma could not believe her mind or sight because she never been to one before.
Issei puts a quarter at the edge of the massive sphere as Yuuma watches the coin turn to a speedy coin trying to reach the middle. The next was the Science Theater, as Issei and Yuuma felt one another inside a galaxy filled with bright stars and moons. Yuuma's right-hand took Issei's hand as his mind was racing through thousand ideas about how Yuuma felt coming here for the first time. The final stop was watching the one light disappears into many mirrors. Still, it reveals different lights as Yuuma was amazed by the sight of the new lights. The couple got out of the Science Museum which her response was, "That was incredible, and I did not know the lights could shift into different forms or colors." Her voice was amazement and gentle for the Science Museum lights as Issei and Yuuma went to the next stop was Frozen Mountain, an ice cream store.
Issei and Yuuma sit down at the seats as they ate different ice cream types. Mittelt wished that it were her with Issei because it seems that Issei was an incredible person to hang out with.
The final stop was the beautiful park as Issei and Yuuma were walking together. She was amazed by today's activities with Issei. Then he speaks, "Today was most fun day I ever had, and I have to say thank you for hanging out with me, Yuuma." Yuuma could not believe his kind words made her mind and heart melt into something new as new feelings begin to develop for Issei.
"Yuuma… Get down!" Issei told Yuuma as he felt a cold sensation as his hands push her out of the way, which it was too late for him to make a move out of the way. A dark red lightning spear went through Issei's chest area as his breathing slows down as he felt his own blood dripping from his wound.
"Issei! No!" Yuuma screams as she lays Issei down with her eyes felt tearful because it seems this strike was not from Devil but from one of her own kind.
Who shot Issei Hyoudou, and why were they trying to kill him?
