Mikoto Uchiha was walking the street of Konoha with a bag in her hands with a blank look on her eyes

Ever since the death of her best friend Kushina and her husband Minato Namikaze along with the death of their child Mikoto was devastated after hearing what happened to them since the Nine Tale Fox attack konoha that night and she became very protective to her family ever since what happened to her friends

Mikoto thought she could protect her loved ones but she didn’t

Not after what happened that Night on her clan the Uchiha Massacre is what everyone called it

Her oldest son Itachi killed every Uchiha in her clan including her husband and her youngest son the latter arrived early at home from his academy Mikoto herself wasn’t there that night since she went to visit her friend’s grave

And by the time she arrived she saw the dead bodies of her fellow clansmen and hurriedly arrived at her home just in time to see her eldest son kill her youngest with her husband already dead
Her son immediately left and she was too horrified to follow him at the sight of her dead family

Ever since that night she was she was declared as the last and only Uchiha alive because of this she broked emotionally spiritually and mentally
Mikoto shut herself off from everyone including her friends and fellow clan leaders she was never the same again
Mikoto just stayed at her now hollow clan home with no Uchiha but herself all alone she hasn’t cried and talk to anyone her friends and the third hokage himself came to check up on her and tried talking to her to see how she’s doing but she didn’t respond to them just blocked them or looked at them emotionless

The massacre was nearly 1 year ago and with that time she began thinking long and hard after thinking she made up her decision

She have to made sure to not run into anyone including her friends she went to another section of konoha and went to a hardware store purchased an item that will do the job
What is left for her to live her best friend who was like a sister to her is dead her husband and son along with the Uchiha is dead and her eldest was nowhere to be seen since the massacre and her being the last Uchiha didn’t help either
Finally arrived at her clan complex she hurried inside and took off her shinobi sandals and walked barefoot inside her home

She went to a closet and found a stool and grabbed it and went somewhere
She went to the room where her husband and youngest were slaughtered and saw a small hook on the ceiling she put the stool down and rummage in the bag she carried until she grabbed a rope she purchased
She climbed on the stool and put the rope on the hook and began knotting the rope until she finally made a noose and put it around her head and then squeezed and tightened the rope around her neck to make sure it well tightened and sturdy enough
After that she put her arms to her sides and stand quietly on top of the stool noose around her neck
Mikoto stand there on the stool with the noose tightly around her neck looking at the photo to her left which has of her carrying an infant Sasuke and a young Itachi with her husband Fugaku smiling her husband only shows his emotion around her and their sons and Kushina and his best friend Minato
Looking at the photo let a tear rolled down from her eye and dropped on the floor making her think back the good times she had with her friends and family

Just how and where did it all go so wrong
Mikoto took a deep breath and just before she could kick the stool
*knock* *knock*
Mikoto startled heard the knock and mentally cursed she hurriedly took off the noose and quickly untied it off and took the rope and carried the stool
She hid the rope under her bed and then put the stool to the closet
“Mikoto its me Sarurobi I came to check up on you to see how your holding”
Mikoto went the door quietly opened it a bit and see the elderly hokage looking at her
”How are you doing Mikoto” the elderly man said
Mikoto said nothing and stared emotionless at him causing the elderly hokage to sigh since she was like this for nearly a year ago
”Mikoto everyone is worried for you not just me but your friends they haven’t seen you since … that night”
Mikoto said nothing again and just started at him
“Mikoto please you can’t live like this you’re not alone you have your friends who have your back and really wanna help you Mikoto” he said
Mikoto still said nothing just kept staring at the hokage
”*sigh* Just know me along with your friends are here for you alright have a good day” The old hokage said and went back to hokage tower
Mikoto just looked at the old man walking away until she closed the door and then went to get the stool and then to her room and grabbed the rope she hid under her bed

She looked at the items in her hand for a while until she decided she’ll do it tonight for now she’ll get some rest so nighttime comes up
With that she put the rope under her pillow and put the stool next to her and went to bed and fell asleep
It was already nighttime in Konoha and everyone are turning in for the night
At the Uchiha Clan complex night has fallen at the clan and waking up is Mikoto who looked at the window of her bedroom saw it nighttime
“its time” Mikoto muttered as got up and grabbed the rope underneath her bed and grabbed the stool next to her and went to the room where she was gonna hang herself until she was interrupted
Mikoto made it to the room and then put the stool down and then stood on top of it and began tying the rope and knotting it until she made into a noose and then put the noose on the hook and pulled hard on it to make sure it tight and sturdy
After making sure it tight she put the noose around her neck and tightened it to make sure it did the job Mikoto put her arms down and then stand on the stool the noose around her neck
Mikoto glanced at the photo to her left again the photo of her family and a year rolled down her face and then she smiled sadly and whispered “I’m coming”
With that she lift her barefoot and then kicked the stool underneath her she fell down a few inches and then the noose roughly tightened and strangled around her neck
"GHCK!!"
Mikoto gasped as she immediately grabbed onto the noose strangling around her neck kicking nothing as she struggles
"Ghglk! Glghck!" Mikoto gasped as she sticks out her tongue as she still kept kicking with her bare feet attempting to futility touch the ground
Mikoto kept gasping and gurgling with the noose strangling her throat cutting off her oxygen supply "Ghk!"
Mikoto twist and turns dangling in the air still kicking her legs
"Ghhlghlkk"
As Mikoto kept struggling against the noose her face she turned her eyes and see the picture of her family causing her to stop struggling against the noose as she put her arms down
"Ghhk! Gllk!" Her chest heaving because her airway was cut off as noose tightened around her neck "Gccckllgdfg"
However her strength started weakening with her legs kicked slowly "Ghhhhhk... Gllllllk..."
She can feel her life leaving her as her vision get darkened "Ghhhhllllllk... Glllllhhhhk...Gllhhk"
With one last thought before she finally dies "I'm coming family" "Ghglllhgk.,...ghgllgllhgk"
Her legs just stopped kicking and pointed downward as life starts leaving her body "Ghgllllllhk... Glghhhhhhhlk..."
Her hand twitch for a moment until it stop and finally her eyes were swallowed by darkness now "Ghglllhgk.,...Ghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..." she wheezed with her final breath and then stopped
With no sound in the room except the creak of noose makes with the corpse of Mikoto Uchiha dangling in air at calm and quiet night with her body stil be dangling until morning where they'll find her body
