Episode 3:
The Sorrowful Cupid, Victor Blue

Otohori Academy.

17 year old Seiya walked through the abstract school where walls moved and all wasn\'t what it appeared to be, on his way to morning classes. Seiya is 5ft and 8in tall with an lean yet slightly muscular body. He has short whispy looking blue hair that\'s long on top and buz cut short around the neck while his bangs hang just over his dark brown eyes. Wearing the school uniform, he feels out of place in this strange enviroment yet where else could he go?

His life appeared to be one big downward spiral when he turned sixteen. Starting with his father\'s alcohol abuse and continuing with the death of his grandmother, disaperance of his younger sister Geniveve, his mother\'s going off to sleep with another man and finally the chaotic and lengthy divorice of his parents. The last time he can remember seeing them together was one day when someone was driving them to the court house for the first day...after that it was a blank...

Seiya\'s head began to ache as the memory came back to haunt him once more. He found this to be an common nusance ever since he found himself at this school. For not only does he not remember the outcof tof that car ride, he doesn\'t remember how he got there either. All his knows is that he woke up in his dorm with his cousin Miki by his bed, and he explained to Seiya that his aunt and uncle had enrolled him in the school...

But Seiya couldn\'t help but feel that his cousin wasn\'t telling him something...

That feeling burned in his heart as the feeling of being watched crept along his skin like old cobwebs. He glanced around but everyone was imersed in their own ts ans and none were looking at him directly. Seyia frowned and tried to shrug off the feeling. At the same time Angel Pink, May and Eros were looking down at him from an nearby roof. All three watched him as they were dressed in school uniforms...except Angel\'s was pink and white, peppermint pink. A not so much better improvement over the green color that May was wearing.

\"Tell me again why we\'re wearing these?\" May asked, picking at her uniform with a wrinkled nose.
\"Because the realm has altered itself to adjust to us. When we entered this realm, we not only gained the needed cloths, people\'s memories and certin papers were adjusted to make it appear as if we have been here all along...except...\" Eros explained, adding the last word in deep thought.

\"Except?\" Angel asked with an raised eyebrow.
\"This only works for Cupids such as you Angel, certin royalty such as me and chossen dimensial guardians...your sister here is none of the above,\" Eraid,aid, gesturing to May.

\"So the realm has adjusted itself to me...but it shouldn\'t have,\" May said.
\"That\'s right,\" Eros said and May frowned.
\"We\'ll figure that out later. What can you tell me about the boy?\" Angel asked, her eyes fixed back on Seiya once more.

\"I can tell you that he walks an troubled path. One by one, the Stones of Stablitiy vanish from under his feet. If we don\'t get to him first before any more are taken away, we may lose him...forever,\" May said omniously. Eros looked at her with an raised eyebrow.

\'Odd, how can a girl like her talk like that?\' he wondered.
\"I say we blend in and try to approach him before this happens,\" Angel said before she lept down from the roof. Eros groaned and grabbed May as he followed her.

Time passed and things weren\'t going according to plan. The trio would find Seiya one moment and then someone would distract them and they\'d lose him. The cycle continued through out the day but the one one of the group Seiya ever saw was Angel. He\'d get the feeling of being watched and he\'d look up to see her. Yet just when he got her in his sight, something would obstruct his vision for a moment and then she\'d be gone...as if she were some sort of beautiful phantom taunting him for some unknown reason. Inbetween their momemtary meetings, Seiya found himself entranced by this girl. By how her pink hair shimmered in the sun light, by her dark pink eyes whcih seemed to call out to him and by her pink and white version of the girls\' uniform. It was obvious that she was a fellow student at the school, but he couldn\'t remember seeing her before today.

Seiya was begining to wonder if he was having memory laspses as he walked outside towards one class when he ran into his mystery girl. The two collided into each other with an loud umph as Seiya dropped his books and Angel gasped in surprise. Unbenost to the two of them, they were right by the small garden of red roses which acted as Akio\'s secret grave.

\"Oh, I\'m SO sorry,\" Angel said as they both kneeled down to pick everything up.
\"That\'s okay, I wasn\'t looking where I was going,\" Seyia said as he helped.
\"Neither was I. I\'m new here and I\'m afraid I\'m lost,\" Angel said with a light blush.
\'That explains it,\' Seiya said with an secret releif. As they finsihed with the clean up, Angel handed her part of the stuff to Seiya who accepted it. When his hand touched hers though, the two felt an strange sort of jolt which made them look up at each other. As they stared into each other\'s eyes, they could feel the odd sensation of beinng drawn together by fine strings.

\"Are you free this period?\" Angel finally asked after a moment.
\"I am now,\" Seiya said, realizing now that he was late for his next class.
\"Would it be okay if we sat and talk awhile. I want to get to know you better,\" Angel said. Seiya smiled at this and guided her away from the grave where Akio stood and watched with a glare...things weren\'t going as he wanted them...

* * *

\"Where the hell are they now?\" Eros demanded, highly irrtated. He and May were together and in another section of the campus, in the room where Utena and Anthy had done their sketches the other day.

\"They\'re together, I can feel it...\" May said as she looked out and down at the school of lies and deception.

\"Great!\" Eros exclaimed, his moon brightening.
\"Not good,\" an male voice came from behind and the two whirled around to see the spirit of \"Prince\" Akio in the room.

\"Eros, that man isn\'t what he appears to be,\" May whispered warily as she hid behind Eros who glanced at her, wondering how she could sense all these things.

\"And why is that not good?\" Eros asked Akio.
\"Because, the boy is mine and he\'s not to be with that girl,\" AKio said, glaring at the two of them.

\"He doesn\'t belong to anyone Akio, he\'s a free person,\" Eros said.
\"That was before he came here. This is my last warning, collect the girl and leave if you know what\'s best for you,\" Akio said as he stepped backwards into the shadows and vanished. May shivered as gossebumps prickled her skin.

\"He\'s not alive...he\'s dead...that \'thing\' is dead...\" May said, visibly shaking.
\"May, get a hold of yourself,\" Eros said as he grabbed May by the shoulders to face her. May looked up at him, seeing him for the first time and her shock was replaced by an awe for his strange beauty.

\"Breath and concentrat, where\'s your sister?\" Eros demanded.
\"I don\'t know. She\'s someplace that\'s blocking her from my senses,\" May said as calmly as she could but knew that her panick was ebbing through.

\"Shit! She\'s got to be in that graden,\" Eros said. May was about to ask what he talktalking about when Eros grabbed her wrist and dragged her as they fled the room.

Angel frowned deeply as she was led up to what she knew was Anthy\'s high rise garden.

\"...I thought that only student coucil was allowed up here,\" Angel said after a moment\'s thought, her eyes scanning the garden for its owner whom wasn\'t there as they stepped into the garden, as they do so Angel can hear the song \"Imaginary\" by Evanscene playing in the distance.

\"I am,\" Seiya said and Angel did a double take as they walked out to the middle of the garden.
\"No way, seriously?\" she asked. Seiya smiled and pulled a chain out from under his shirt to reveal one of the rose signet rings. Angel\'s breath almost caught in her throat when she saw it...but something wasn\'t right.

\"I thought you were supose to wear that,\" Angel mussed thoughtfully.
\"I am...but...\" Seiya started as he stared at the ring sadly, remembering that Miki had given it to him the same day he woke up in his dorm.

\"But?\" Angel asked inquizivlly, trying not to pressure him.
\"It sounds odd...but something tells me that I sholdn\'t put this on. So, I wear it on this chain,\" Seiya said and Angel smiled.

\"It doesn\'t sound odd to me,\" she said.
\"I doesn\'t?\"
\"No, you should listen to your intution.\"
\"Don\'t you mean the voices in your head?\" came a male voice. The two gasped and whirled around to see Akio standing near the entrance of the garden. While Seiya was confussed, Angel glared as she quickly stood between the two men.

\"Voice?\" Seiya ascuricuriously.
\"That\'s right Seiya, you\'re not quite so right in the head,\" Akio said.
\"Shut up!\" Angel shouted as Seiya\'s eyes grew wide.
\"This girl isn\'t real, she\'s just an figment of your imagination,\" Akio said as he took a step towards the two. Angel growled lightly as the plams of her hands glowed a pale pink energy. Akio glared at her momentarily before he vanished in the blink of an eye. Angel and Seyia gasped lightly as they felt an gust of wind blow arounf their hair and Akio was behind Seiya.

\"Listen to me, trust me,\" Akio said. Angel whirled around to confront Akio but was surprised as she was pulled back by something that wrapped around her wrists. She landed hard on her back and looked up to see an sucubi in the garden. Angel glared as she used her powers to fight him off as two others swarmed on her.

During this, Akio had whirled Seiya around so as he couldn\'t see the fight as it occured.
\"Don\'t you understand? Why you can\'t remember anything after that drive? Why you woke up in your drom without any memories? Why you\'re even here?\" Akio whispered in Seiya\'s ear as images of the drive flashed back in Seiya\'s mind.

\"It\'s time for you to remember my dear boy,\" Akio said as he let go of Seiya only to grab both sides of his head. Seiya gasped lightly as all the mental barriers broke down. Seiya could remember the drive now...

Seiya had offered to drive his mother and her lawyer in the limo to the courthouse...but unbenost to them, he had also made the same promise to his father and his lawyer. He had hopped that if they could just sit together, all cleaned up like they were then, they could see the error of their ways...but they didn\'t...

Everyone just fought and bickered worse than ever before. Tears stung Seiya\'s eyes as all the words cut deep wounds in not only his heat but his soul. He squezzed his eyes shut as he yelled at everyone to stop yelling but his words were cut off by a loud whistle and a jolt first to his left then his right...after that everything was an blur of motion as the sounds of metal tearing and people screaming could be heard...

The next thing Seiya knows is that he\'s in some hospital bed with his aunt and uncle looking over him. When he asked where his parents were, he knew by the looks on their faces that they were dead, they were both dead. He had killed him by driving onto the train tracks just as two trains were passing each other and it was only a mirical that he had survived...or a curse.
ob tob tore itself from Seiya\'s throat as he collasped to him knees, the truth hitting him like a ton of bricks as he hugged hif tif tightly, hugging himself as if his insides were going to spill out right there. Akio merely stood there behid him as he watched the boy fall further into despair.

\"Angel!\" he heard a voice call out. Akio looked over his sholder to see May and Eros running up the steps. With a single glare, the gate slammed shut and denied access to the prince and the girl \"A \"Angel! He\'s falling!\" May shouted out in despair to her sister.
\"One thing at a time sis!\" Angel called out, in the middle of fighting the three sucubi who kept coming back for more punishment, none of her powers working on them now. Akio smilled as things were now falling into place. His deal with the demon was now payig off and all he had to do was pay it off with the death of the simpering boy before him.

\"Now you know. It\'s all your fault. If it weren\'t for you, four people would still be alive today,\" Akio said, his works cutting the sobs to peices as they soaked in Seiya as if he were nothing more than a sponge.

\"You must atone for your sin Seiya. You must end your own life to atone for theirs,\" Akio said.
\"Yes...atone...\" Seiya said as he stood up shakily and began the long march to the edge of the garden.

\"NO!\" Angel shouted, fighting frantically now as a pair of pink handled sais appeared in her hands. Hereamream fell on deaf ears as consiousness ebbed out of Seiya\'s eyes, his pupils fadded away till only his irsises were left. All the while, Akio coached him closer to the edge as the voices of his parents called out him, urging him to hurry up and leap to his own death. Before long, Seiya was standing at the corner edge, the wind blowing around him precariously.

\"That\'s it, now take the last step,\" Akio said, an evil grin on his face.
\"NO! Don\'t do it Seiya!\" Angel shouted frantically as she sliced feriously at the sucubi, finding the ability to kill them finally by removing their heads.

\"Silence! No one cares for him, not after what he\'s done!\" Akio snarled.
\"You\'re wrong! I care for him!\" Angel shouted back at him as she killed an second sucubi.
Seiya\'s breath caught in his breath when he heard this and Akio glared, \"You lie!\"

\"No I don\'t!\" Angel said, defeating the final sucubi, \"I love him! No matter what I love him!\" Angel shouted as the tears escaped her eyes. Seiya\'s head snapped up and he regained consiousness.

\"You...love me?\" he asked, slowly turning to face Angel who was overjoyed that she had saved him...but she hadn\'t yet...

\"NO!\" Akio screamed and elbowed Seiya, knocking the breath out of him and thus knocking him over the side. Angel screamed and bolted forward eiyaeiya fell backwards. Angel dived after Seiya just as a blue light glimmered in the aky. Akio looked up and gasped as a blue star shot past his face and towards Seiya.

\"Seiya!\" Angel called out as she reached out for Seiya, who reached out for her at the same time. They were close enough to brush fingers, but they weren\'t close enough to actually grab each other. Half way down their fall though, the blue star caught up with them and pressed itself into Seiya\'s hand.

\"Seiya! That\'s your true ring! You\'re an cupid like me!\" Angel shouted frantically for she could see the ground fastly approaching them. Seiya was about to question this when something told him to accept this ring, so he did. He grasped the ring just as they were about to collide with the ground and the ring gave off a bright flash of blue light.

This light turned his uniform and rose signet ring to dust as Seiya titled his head back, exhaling deeply. Angel could only watch in awe as blue ribbions wrapped around him and them melded together to create his new uniform off an blue coat with an neck brace like collar that billowed around his neck. Other than that, the coat was made of a thin material an had yellow snapps not only along the button line but there were two pairs of large yellow snaps on his shoulders as well. He also wore navy blue pants, black boots and black biker like gloves. Once clothed, a blue stuble began to appear on Seiya\'s chin and it grew into a gotee as he open his eyes, revealing that they\'ve changed from a dark brown to a dark blue.

\"Angel?\" he d, rd, recognizing the gril hovering above her. Angel smiled and nodded as tears beaded in the corner of her eyes out of joy. The two reached out for each other and this time, they were able to grab the other\'s hands as the like bursted away from them.

Akio stood on the corner and watched the light with disgust. Then, when it bursted like a giant firework, he could sense an presence behind him. Akio looked over his shoulder to see what looked like Seiya standing behing him with an sword in hand.

\"Seiya?\" Akio asked curiously.
\"The name\'s Blue, Victor Blue. We\'re leaving now and if you know what\'s good for you, you\'re going to let us leave in peace,\" the changed Seiya said. Akio was about to answer when Akio\'s eyes darted to behind Seiya.

\"Angelic Scorn!\" Victor shouted, funelling his power through his sword to turn it into a beam which he aimed at the three sucubi that Angel thought she had killed...but they were now as the power attacked in a snake like form and tore them to shreds. Victor then turned back to Akio with an glare.

\"They were never under my power...they\'re puppets of that Damion. Whom will find someway to punish me now that I\'ve failed him,\" Akio said with a pout.

\"You\'re fate was sealed even before me made a deal with him...g\'bye Akio,\" Victor said and walked away from the dead prince to join his friends at the rising gate.

\"Victor...?\" Angel asked warily.
\"It\'s me Angel,\" Victor said with a grin that filled Angel with releif.
\"What \'do\' remember?\" Eros asked.
\"Not much of my so called life here. But I do know who I am, what I am, who you all are...and that I love Angel just like she loves me,\" Victor said, making Angel blush.

\"That\'s not surprising. But I\'m afraid love will have to wait for we have to find the other cupids post haste,\" Eros said and Victor nodded.

\"So, who\'s next Little Witch?\" Eros asked as he turned to May, smirking at the nickname he had given her...but she wasn\'t as thrilled with it.

\"I\'d prefer to be called Wiccan if you\'re going to call me names and as to your question, I\'ve got an enhanced 6th sense which means I\'m psychic,\" May said with a glare.

\"Oh,\" Eros said, feeling like a heel all of a sudden as May sighed heavily.
\"We\'ve got to save the white cupid next, she\'ll be in a realm full of soverery where owls deliver mail only to special people,\" May said.

\"I know where that is,\" Victor said.
\"Great, let\'s go!\" Eros said as he opened an portal to said realm. Holding hands, Victor and Angel jumped in first. Eros acted like the gentleman he was taught to be and allowed May to enter before he did.

Once they were gone, all memory of them had been erased...
