Sorry for taking so long to reply.
The answer is that she's happy for Rei for being reunited with her lost love. It's a bit complicated but while Serena loves Rei as much as she she loves Darrien she was always a bit sad that Rei never had a man to love herself. Now that Rei has Mike Serena knows that Rei will be happy once their destiny pulls them away from each other.

uh... why is Serena happy? You said in chapter one that she and Raye were lovers...
