Yeah but if you're honestly DEAD (car accident, meteor strike, overtaken by corruption) we'd not even get that.

Good luck with your issues, hope you find some solace soon.

Not dead. Severely delayed due to IRL complications, but not dead. The next chapter is actually about half done, and has been for months...I just haven't had the time to deal with it.

Once things are calmed down and stable, I'll be getting back to it. Like I've said before, if I really didn't want to deal with the story anymore, I'd give it a rushed ending rather than just abandoning it.

Welp, several months ago, I read through the first part of this, and was impressed by the immense amount of vivid language you used to make it seem rather life-like. I had kept hoping for this Arc 2 to be put up and was frustrated in waiting for you to send an update on the original piece where this all started. So, several months later, I grew bored again and began reading some other fics. w/i the Pokemon domains, and eventually came across Sinners Arc 2. My emotions can't really be summed up in a few words so I'll let my emotion face express the excitement I felt:

    ^O^

So a few more weeks later, I finally managed to catch back up to date with your story, and don't take it the wrong way, but I can not only picture the events happening in this story now, but I actually feel the events a little more. Like when you describe crackling bones either from ribs being broken from being smashed or from Kiako's body readjusting itself it literally makes me shudder with a chill going down my spine... *shudders* Or like the lemony scenes, I can't help but give credit where credit is due for causing me to become slightly excited when reading those sections. Anyway, heh-heh, I just wanna say that I've been impressed by your work so far and that I think your style of writing seems to have been enhanced since Arc 1. I say kudos to you, sir for the well done job of making this story an absolute blast for me to read.

Keep up the excellent work, dude. 8^]

Eh, this story is okay, I guess. It's not very good, but it's not very bad either. Kinda jumbled,a bit incorrhent at time, but meh, it's okay.
    4/10

Your writing is very professional. It somehow reminds me of the writings of Stephen King. You are very talented and, in my opinion, could one day become a sucsessful writer. Just one suggestion though. Never even think of publishing a book as contiversial as your "Peace on Earth" book. Good luck with Arc 3!

Oh man, so relieved to see an update on this. I've been starved all summer! I'm really interested to see some of the other Black Thirteen in battle now that they have been thoroughly introduced.

I also saw on your profile that you were planning a one-off with Slash/Psymakio/Flannery/Blaziken, which is something I look forward to immensely. Although it would be pretty sweet in the main story, having it at all would be awesome. Also, is there going to be any action between Kiako and Lila in the series or a one-off?

Nice to see a chapter focused onto the Villains in the story, giving us a bit of an inside look into your new and improved Team Rocket, and it also showed some rather interesting ideas.

For one, the thought that there are Species of the Legendary Pokemon and then an 'Ancient One' being the origin of the breed not only makes sense but would also explain why the anime counter parts of seen like four Articunos. It would also allow for those lucky to find Lesser Legendaries to be captured and used by trainers. Not that I will excuse the Anime from giving a trainer freaking DARKRAI, of course. Even if your Legendary Pokemon idea were to be accepted fannon (Which it should) certain Pokemon should be one of a Kind, ala Darkrai, Mewtwo, and others like them.

Second, I love how you're pulling from every Pokemon idea. Not only do we have Paul, who's a right bad ass in the anime, Shadow Lugia, who I'm wondering HOW he got out of the hands of Cipher and into Team Rockets, but also Gym Leaders and Elite Four members working for Rocket, which if I didn't know any better, I'd think was a subtle nod to the Manga as well. This, of course, being balanced out by some original characters really make me anxious for the next chapter.

Finally, and perhaps the best part of this is all, is just how well you state the issues and opinions of each side. Even as evil and as vile as Rocket and Kiako have been, the way they phrase their opinions and their explained reasons for supporting them is enough for some of the more open minded among us to see that, yeah, you could agree with what they WANT to do, but not the method in which they DID it. To find yourself agreeing with a man who might very well destroy us all is a rather frighting prospect indeed.

All in all, an excellent chapter, one that is going to be hard to top in both size and just how cool it all is, getting a really insight with our villains.

I deeply enjoyed this last chapter though due to its immense size and a few things happening in my own life I was unable to read this all in one sitting, rather, I split it into smaller chapter sized sections and read it in three or four goes. The background of a more powerful team rocket and the way you've created so many characters out of thin air and made them all realistic both in their back ground and in the way they interact with other characters shows how skilled you are as a writer and how creative you are as a person. I truly cant wait for the third installment in this interesting and captivating saga.

Nice antagonist chapter. I was wondering why there were cameras in the operating room, but they do that all the time on House so that probably isn't a stretch at all. But it's good to see that Team Rocket is actually a competent and organized corporation, unlike the Rocket of yore (Interfering in our plans? I'll let you pass if you defeat me in a Pokemon battle. Go Rattata!). And a largely dialogue chapter is a good way to wind down from the epic arc climax. Any guess as to when the entire behemoth of a story will reach its conclusion? Sometime this century I hope, lol.

Not a bad chapter. Many more characters and plot devices set up. This story obviously isn't going to be a mere 3 Acts.
With so many powerful players, I wonder how Slash and co. will manage to catch up.

Satoku---Whenever I try that URL, it crashes my browser (Firefox). It does that when I go to the site on my own and try to make a 'word cloud' or whatever, too...

Yes, I am still alive and fully intend to respond to all reviews and update very soon. I've actually been writing more in the past week than I have in a very long time, so that's good---I'm back in my writing zone!

IMPORANT NOTE---From now on, I'll be responding to all reviews (including those made since my last reply) via my chapter update e-mails. AFF doesn't like people responding to reviews with reviews, and I've been rather guilty of that (to be fair, there really should be a simple reply system for authors...). If you want to see responses to your reviews, sign up for the mailing list if you haven't already by e-mailing me at slashfirestorm@inbox.com!

Expect the next chapter within the month. I mean it this time---it's moving along smoothly and happily, which is a rarity.

Alright Slash, I put it up for you so that snippy bitch doesn't try and get your story removed like she did to CrazyIvan regardless of what he said.
