While very dark, I was surprised how you actually brought in a purpose for the behavior. I think it was a very interesting backstory to Ashram\'s devotion to Beld and his obsession with \"honor\". Very nice work considering how little the anime actually gives you. It was nice to read SOMETHING as RoLW is apparently not very popular. Now, if someone would just right a Parn/Spark love story.

Well, mostly what I see in this story is Beld fucking Ashram... but I really like it. ^^ Actually, I was lying, there\'s a lot more to it than the porn, though that\'s good, too. Nobody seems to ever be as sympathetic toward Ashram as I am and want them to be, realize that he\'s doing all the wrong things for all the right reasons, but you seem to! I like the whole idea of the Breaking... it just seems so.. right. Perfect for Marmo, for Ashram... nicey nice. Well done.

Wow, there actually *are* yaoi fics about Lodoss! *.*
And then it\'s actually such a well written one! I\'ve only once read a yaoi hinted Lodoss fic that was about Beld and Ashram going to eat ice cream and Beld having nightmares about a slice of toast that wanted to eat him. Crack in all its glory.


You did a great job here! I can imagine such a thing as the breaking in this country. It fits.
Oh and I so did not feel sorry for Ashram.
