I wouldn\'t take such things to heart. I think people just got a little too into things which could be taken as a compliment. I think that that\'s just the appeal of Kenshin. He\'s like the perfect man, a lot of his, you know, fanfiction followers think that he\'d never conceive of being unfaithful to Kaoru and no one\'s really ever thread such ground so I think people were just shocked. Personally, I thought the story was quite riveting. The revision seemed a little forced but I think that was to be expected. Just don’t take what a few people think all too seriously because I think that the vast majority of people really enjoyed it.

I\'m really sorry to hear that you\'re ending this story. I thought it was wonderful. I also thought the whole idea of fanfiction was to write what you want to happen with the charaters. The feelings you were trying to put in your story are probably shared by other people. I hope you don\'t seriously want to end this story. I say forget what the critics say and write what you want. I see that there are other people who reviewed your story feel the same way. Please reconsider and continue on.

Excuse me, but i just want to tell all the flaming reviewers that what they say is pure BULLSHIT. What the hell do they know about love anyways? I believe that yes, true love is hard to encounter, and that most are lucky to recieve it. That is probably why they degrade your view on love. I haven\'t gone through many relationships but I have gone through enough to experience a broken heart. It places distrust as a defense for yourself. Thus, shattering your belief in actual love. Please continue the story and ignore those who insist on argueing. Don\'t let them get to you when you have more talent than many of the works I have read. Just remember your reans ans when you read crap from morons like that again.

I\'m very sorry to see that you\'re ending your story, I\'ve really enjoyed reading it and have been looking forward to more updates. (Gomen for not having reviewed before) I hate that there are people who insist on flaming others to the point that they don\'t want to continue their stories. I liked both versions of chapter six...the orgional had lots of potential, I was curious to know where you were going to go with it. Perhaps the second version fit the romantic inclinations of everyone a bit better, but it\'s your story and you should have been able to write it as you saw fit without everyone getting on your case about it. At any rate, I really hope you don\'t give up on writing fanfics all together, because I really look forward to reading more of your stories someday! (I hope there is enough outcry for End of a Weary Day that you\'ll be encouraged to continue it despite the flamers) Here\'s to hoping and hang in there! ^.^

You know what!!!
I think this is your story and you should continue it. There are people who will love reading the story and there are people who will never be satisfied no matter what. I have seen a lot of good writers discouraged by such idiotic reviews. Don\'t be one of them. You are a very good writer and you should continue this story. It is very good one. And if someone dosn\'t like it or think that it is not worth anything it is their opinion which you should read but don\'t get discouraged by it. And the whole point is if someone criticise your writing and can\'t back it up with construcitve criticism don\'t listen to them. THis type of review are bunch of bull. That is all it is.
KEEP WRITING, I LOVED THE STORY AND WANT TO READ MORE OF IT!!!!

I am truly sorry to read you have ended this story. I actually enjoyed all the all chapters, even the unrevised chapter. I felt you gave a unique spin to the story and the characters seemed a little more three dimensional. Now I am going be going crazy with curiosity as to how the story would have ended. I watched the Reflection episodes and I hated the way it ended. Seemed very ooc for this couple and much to tragic for my taste. I hope you will reconsider and continue with your story; I really hope I am not the only one who would like to see you finish The End of a Weary Day, has turned into one of my fave
pieces of AFF. Sincerely V.P.

I am truly sorry that someone has made you feel that way, especially over such a wonderful fic. Some people just have no common sense what-so-ever. I did not think there was anything wrong with your first version of chapter 6, nor did I misunderstand the second version, nor your A/N there. People complained and you were simply trying to make them happy, and they still didn\'t like it.
I am also very sad to hear that this fic will no longer be continued. Not only did it have wonderful potential, it was already wonderful. I loved how you portrayed the characters.
I know there is little chance of my words swaying you to continue with End of A Weary Day, but I do hope they at least brighten your day a little.
I wish you and your husband well. er -er - HellsAngelOfDeath

Hey, don\'t let those other reviewers get to you. I know where you are coming from because of my own personal experiences.
I\'ve been married & divorced twice and was in a long term (8 1/2 yrs) relationship myself. It is EXTREMELY hard to find a good person to love and to be loved in return. I think a lot of those reviewers are probably young kids or young adults who don\'t have the life experiences we\'ve have so they don\'t understand. Don\'t be so upset over the other reviews. I\'ve really enjoyed your fanfic and it truly pains me to think you won\'t be continuing. I\'m dying to know who the woman was that Tae saw with Sano. I\'m sure once the full story is revealed Megumi will forgive him. Please reconsider ending the storyline at this point.

That suck, I\'m sorry you feel like that, but you and everyone who said ill of you should remember it simply fanfiction. It not be taken seriously. It just a way for the fans of any shows to express themselves. You wrote what you felt like writing and no one should speak ill because when you write fanfiction or any type of writing, you guys the authors are putting yourselves out there. I hope you do continue do write fanfiction because you have a great talent, but you should consider not everyone is going to agree or like your writing, but you should write for yourself and those of us that love your writing. Remember those who said you didn\'t get what true love is or what it means to be in love are simply stupid because everyone is this world has their own defintion of what true love is or what it means to be in love. To criticize a person defintion of what true love is or what it means to be in love is as wrong like to judge someone base just on color, religion, etc. I\'m sorry if I drag it on, but I hope you realize to not take these comments seriously, because their simply stupid. You should write for people like us tat love to read differente people defintions of on love, success, etc. I hope you you reconsider finishing \"End of a Weary Day\" as it sh, th, the way you want. I want to see what happen with Megumi and Sano and especially with the gree-eyed woman. Another thing I like about your story is it show a value point in any relationship, when you have to deal with temptation. I hope people realize even if a relationship has true love, no relationship is prefect. Again I truly hope you reconsider, don\'t let some ignorance people ruin your passion for writing your ideas. Sincerely Clemen
