Hi. I started reading this story when you first posted it. I thought you were never going to update-but then you did! *happy squeal* I'm so in love with Yana and Shishi! Every time something bad happens to Jin, I want to cry! And Mugen, being raped by Kaze!!!!! Whyyyyyyyy!!!!!????? Ahhh! In short, I love you, love your work, and aspire to become like you. In my oh so humble opinion, this is one of the three best fics on AFF.net. Every chapter just gets better and better. I would litterally pay money to see them take this AU and make it in to a second animated volume of Samurai Champloo.

Just found your story and have read it. I do not like stories with the out of characterness of this one USUALLY. But I have found this one to be riviting and have sat and read it in one sitting. Boy, do I need a break. But, on the other hand the story is really well written and the characters are full and interesting. I willl continue to reaad this as you updadte. Simply Great Story!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, all gods, this is wonderful, wonderful stuff. It grieves me no end that almost NO one writes J/M smut in which they LOVE each other, and finding this was a treasure I can hardly describe. (At least the first five chapters..) I will be reading this over and over, it is simply gorgeous, the descriptive writing is to die for, and keeping Jin basically a creature of the Edo Period in the modern day is brilliant. Just what I've been looking for.
