You know what? If L had already given an 87% chance of the shower leading to sex, then surely he had it worked out that there would be a good chance that he would make noises, and furthermore would have calculated that these noises would be loud enough to be heard by people outside the shower, thus L went into that shower with every intention of people hearing him shouting and begging while having sex. That crafty little exhibitionist!

I was actually just reading the chapter where the two of them get chained together, but at that time Light (is writing the english version while pronouncing it 'japanese' weird?) didn't know he was Kira; he did know about L's identity though. Also I'm pretty sure L would have cameras in the bathroom, he did so when he put the whole Yagami family under surveilance.
However: great smut! It has the ultimate power to defy the logic of canon and my previous comments should therefor be ignored. XD
