Nice start, I hope you keep writing this.

I actually found this story by pure luck just now, decided to look for Ranma-fics for old times sake and all xD
I love what you did so far, actually has a plot and the lenght is awesome. I'm usually suspiscious about too much AU stuff, but the details really made it ok and without the girls being Ranma's crazy fiancees it really seems possible for them to be friends with Akane.
Hope you update soon or at least not abandon this story. It seems like one of these stories you could easily make your own with a few changes here and there and other character names, the fact that it's a Ranma-ff just makes it all the more endearing to me ^^

Good set up. I like Ranma's personality here and Akane comes across well. I like the concept and look forward to seeing where it goes. I think Ranma 1/2 has a bit of a following on this website, so you have an audience.

Wonderful beginning, and very well written. Honestly, it's just so refreshing to read something intelligent and mature that doesn't rush the sex - I just hope it continues in this vein, and that this doesn't become a piece of erotica with zero substance (if Ranma becomes a willing whore instead of a bodyguard, I'm checking out, lol). And as a Ranma/Akane fan, I hope their relationship continues to evolve in a realistic and intriguing way. In such a unique setting, I don't know how it couldn't! In any case, I'm looking forward to reading more!! Thank you for writing this.

Kudos, this has a lot of potential. Only thing I would like to suggest (SUGGEST, mind) is that you don't push Ranma's foot-in-mouth disorder too much. Yes, I'm painfully aware it's a canon-nazi icon, but he(she?) has been living on the street, and is either cast out of the Saotome family or sufficiently ashamed of it to be hiding his/her affiliation. Besides ... I'm a romantic at heart - as much as I don't particularily LIKE the Ranma/Akane pairing (suffering, as so many do, from the extreme shortage of hot ginger) it would be nice to see some level of connection.

This seems to be rather good, though I am not used to reading the Ranma cast in such roles. As to people not reading Ranma fanfics, it's actually one of my favorite fandoms. And the length, I think it was a really good length for a chapter. Long enough to be enjoyable, but not so long, that it gets boring.

Keep up the good work, and I am looking forward to the next installment in this story
