Hello, I have decided to write another Pokemon fanfic which is a sequel to my previous fanfic: Pokemon and Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. If you have not read it, its okay, I will explain the events in this story that happened so you all will not get confused. Also, the planet that the fanfic takes place is a merged world but it will be explained as the story goes on. This is also a Pokemon Journey fanfic but it will have other things added too. Expect appearances of characters from other series too.

This fanfic is rate M for sex scenes including HumanxHuman, HumanxPokemon, and PokemonxPokemon. Also contains religous themes and violence and blood.

Chapter 1: A New Beginning!

It had been a few months after the defeat of Ganon, and everything is at peace (not only that, but Midna didn't shatter the Mirror of Twilight, so that means she and Link would be able to see each other). Today, like any other day for a ten year-old, would be a start of his or her pokemon journey. For Kelula, Seraphina, and Lilly, it is time for their own journey. It is also the season of Summer on the month of August. At the Hall of Origin, everyone was relaxing, and enjoying the clear Summer day. The Hall of Origin is a majestic palace high above the peak of Mt. Coronet. The Hall of Origin has three floors and many sections surrouning it. Inside at the first floor, there is a meeting chamber near the entrance. The floor is white marble with gold markings. At the the wall farthest from the main entrance, is the master bedroom where Arceus, his harem , and his mother Archeara sleep. Highly-detailed pillars line the hallways and entrances on the first floor of the palac. In the hallways are rooms where the legendaries that live at the palace sleep. Also, there are bedrooms for Lucas Diamond and his harem, Dawn Berlitz, Ash Ketchum, and his mother and father, Alpha and his friend Alex, Paul, Romeo and Juliet, Princess Luna of Equestria, and the Baudelaire children. Also on the first floor, is the medical wing which has two floors, and has an Operating Room, an Examination Room, a Recovery Room, a lab for Diagnostic tests including blood tests, Urinalysis and others, a Radiology Room, a waiting room, and medical rooms for patients to stay in for recovery. The Medical Wing is on the left side of the Hall of Origin, and helps care for the residents of the palace including people, pokemon and legendaries. Dr. Ketchum and Dr. Thalberg works here. Also on the first floor on the right is a Library of Origin which has thousands of books of every subject from Pokemon to History and everything else. On this side is also a Kitchen, and a dining hall.a garden, kitchen, dining hall, and a first floor also has bathrooms connected to each bedroom. On the second floor is an observatory which has a telescope that can view a star or planet close up no matter how far away it is. There is also a storage, bathrooms and a power supply room that provides electricity for the palace. There is also a nursery for female legendaries to give birth. Recently the nursery has been expanded for women to give birth in a comfortable setting. There is also a courtyard at the back, as well as another section for the Jewish people Arceus rescued from Auschwitz centuries prior. On the first floor, there is also a game room with all the Nintendo consoles, especially a newly-acquired Virtual Boy console. This floor also has a living room too. At the back is a garden and courtyard with plants from all over and has trees with berries from each Pokemon Region. There is also another section of the palace for Meila's and Kelula's families who were ressurected by Arceus many months prior in the Spring live in.

Arceus is currently speaking with Kelula, Seraphina, and Lilly about their upcoming journey. "So, where would you girls like to start your journey?", he asks, to which Kelula replies, "Lilly, Seraphina, and I would like to start our journey in Kanto."

At that, the poke-god nodded in understanding, before asking, "Would you like someone to come along with you in case there are any Holocaust deniers throughout your journey?"

"Yes, it would be most appreciated." Kelula replied with a smile. At that, Lucas, Meila, Dawn, Ash, and Paul came into the room, having been called in by Arceus.

Lucas casually asks him, "You called?", to which his adoptive father nods, before explaining, "Lilly, Seraphina, and Kelula are starting their pokemon journey in Kanto. The five of you are coming along with them, to teach them, to guide them, and to protect them from any Holocaust deniers."

"Kanto, huh?", smiled Ash, thinking back to memories of when he first started his journey, "My old region. I remember when I first started my journey, when I woke up late, 'cause my alarm clock battery died, and I stayed up late to watch a pokemon battle on TV. Me and Gary were fierce rivals back then. He always did think he's better than everyone else 'cause he's Prof. Oak's grandson."

"That must have been pretty tough, having to hear someone gloat all the time.", remarks Meila, to which the Kanto-born trainer nodded. Meila is a sixteen year old young woman with dark brown hair that goes down to her waist and has blue eyes. She also has a womanlike body, having voluptous breasts, hips, and buttocks like Kelula, Lilly, and Seraphina. She also has letters and numbers tattoed on her left forearm. She wears a long dark blue skirt going down to her ankles along with a white long sleeve shirt with a silver colored vest with a pokeball emblem on it. She also wears a necklace with a Cross, Star of David, and a Crosswheel, each symbols of the Religous Triad consisting of Christianity, Judaism, and Arceism(the worship of Arceus and the legendary pokemon).

Kelula has dark brown hair with brown eyes and is the same age as Meila. She wears a green skirt to her ankles with a dark green long sleeve shirt.

Seraphina wears wears black shorts that go to her knees and a white T-shirt with a pocket that has a pokeball logo on it. She has long dark brown hair and aquamarine colored eyes. She, like Meila, Kelula, and Lilly have letters and numbers on her left forearm.

Lilly has dark brown hair and forest green eyes and wears a forest green shirt with dark green skirt going to her ankles.

After the conversation, everyone got ready to go to Kanto. Lucas took Lolly, Angel, and Voltaire, and the group with him. They set off to catch a ferry to Kanto. By mid-afternoon, they made it to Kanto, and stopped at Pallet Town to meet with Professor Oak, and start the journey. The three horses are Tennesse Walking horses. Lolly is a sorrel mare, Voltaire, a dark brown stallion, and Angel, a chestnut mare/

The group walked down a dirt path to the lab, which is on a hill with a windmill along with a pasture filled with pokemon belonging to many trainers, most notably Ash and Gary's pokemon (except for Lapras). They came to the door and knocked on it.

"Prof. Oak, you there?", calls Ash, as Tracey Sketchit, Prof. Oak's assistant, answered the door, and replied, "Prof. Oak's not here, and I'm left in charge of the lab while he's gone."

Lucas nodded in understanding as he then says to the sketch artist, "We're here to get Lilly, Seraphina, and Kelula their starter pokemon."

Tracey nodded, before leading the group into Oak's laboratory. They went into the lab, where they could see three pokeballs on the podium.

"Alright, ladies, there are three pokemon to choose from.", explained Tracey, "One pokeball has the Grass-type Bulbasaur, the second one has Charmander, the Fire-type starter, and the last one has Squirtle, Water-type."

Seraphina chose Bulbasaur which is female, Kelula chose Charmander who is also female, and finally, Lilly chose Squirtle who is female too. Not only that, but they're differently colored, though they're not shiny. For instance, the flame on Kelula's Charmander's tail is blue instead of red, and her scales are a lighter orange than most Charmanders.

Seraphina's Bulbasaur has a white body with dark green markings on her body and has a dark green bulb on her back. Lilly's Squirtle is lighter blue with a green shell.

With their starters chosen, Tracey gave them each five pokeballs and pokedexes, along with updating Meila's pokedex to a national dex. Ash decided to show everyone his pokemon, which are out on the pasture.

Everyone came out to the pasture to see all of Ash's pokemon. Ash called out to them, "Hey, come out here, guys!"

Then, all of Ash's pokemon came stampeding to him, happy to see their old friend, especially Bayleef, who has a crush on him.

He was playfully tackled to the ground by Bayleef, who proceeded to give him affectionate nuzzles. As Ash returned the sentiment by putting his arms around her neck, Kelula noticed that there are around 30 Tauros' among Ash's pokemon, before asking him, "Why do you have 30 Tauros?"

He replied, "Oh yeah. I caught them in the Safari Zone, if that answers your question."

Kelula nods with understanding as Ash decided to take Bulbasaur, Bayleef, and left the rest of his pokemon at the lab except Pikachu, who is already and always with him. They started off at Route 1 to Viridian City. The group decided to camp out in the woods nearby, since it is getting dark. Lucas was met with Levia, Lienne, Glaciera and Galaxy.

"Why hello there, ladies", he greets them, "What brings you here?"

Levia replied with a smile, "We were camping, when we noticed you and the others camping out as well, so we came to say hello."

Lucas nodded with understanding, before offering, "Would you ladies like to come with us on our journey?"

Galaxy replied with a smile, "We would love to", as she gives Lucas a bear hug.

Everyone rested well that night and the next morning, the group set off for Viridian City. It was not long until they made it there. While walking through the city, they passed by some Holocaust deniers again, while Meila whistled N's theme from Pokemon Black and White, ignoring the deniers' insults. One of them snapped, and went to grab her in the arm, at which she tensed.

"You leave mommy alone, you meanie!", the denier hears in his head. "Coulda' sworn I heard something.", he remarks, when Meila's daughter, Victoria, who hatched from the Mesprit egg Looker gave her, appeared in front of him with a none-too-pleased expression.

The denier gasped, as he is then caught in a psychic hold, before being tossed aside like trash leaving him on the ground with anime swirls in his eyes.

The group continued on as they passed by the Viridian Gym, whose Gym Leader is Giovanni, also the leader of Team Rocket. They continued on to Viridian Forest to catch some Pokemon. But when they got close, they heard a familiar tune; it was Saria's Song. Playing the music echoing throughout the forest and the entrance, was Saria herself.

The group went through the forest, hearing the tune until they came to a small clearing, with a girl with green hair, pointed ears, green tunic with dark green long sleeve undershirt, and brown boots, sitting on a tree stump playing her song on her ocarina. It was Saria, a Kokiri who is also the Forest Sage. Celebi and Chronus are seen flying and twirling, dancing to the tune, along with a few fairies from Hyrule.

Lucas waved to her, and Saria waved back as the group continued on to find some pokemon to catch. Along the way, they came across a Zoroark who was looking very worried. It was a male Zoroark belonging to N, the former leader of Team Plasma.

Galaxy asks him, "Is there something wrong, Zoroark?"

Zoroark nodded and the Illusion Fox pokemon lead the group to his trainer. The followed until they found an eighteen year-old man with long green hair, lying on the ground severely injured. He is extremely emaciated, and has multiple deep lacerations on his body which are bleeding, staining his torn white long sleeve shirt crimson. His ribs are broken as with his right arm. N's pokemon stayed by him, worried.

"Oh my goodness, it's N!", gasped Meila, before asking with concern, "Can you please tell us what had happened?"

N replies weakly, coughing up blood, "My father...he...beat...me..as..punishment...for opposing his vile ambitions...I shudder to even consider him family..."

At that, Ash growls, "Ghetsis...", with much venom dripping from his tone.

Lucas nods with agreement and asks, "N, I remember you having a Zekrom. Where is he?", to which the green-haired youth replied weakly, "My so-called father...he attempted to steal his pokeball from me...but Zoroark helped me to flee with it, so it is safe from that scoundrel..."

The immortal trainer remarked, "That's good to know. Now, don't try to talk anymore, you're too banged up.", as he and the others called an ambulance.

Within half an hour an ambulance arrived, and the paramedics took N to the hospital in Viridian City. The group went with them to there. Hours later, at around dusk, N is now in the recovery room. Lucas and the group went to see him. They went to his bedside, as the former King of Team Plasma woke up.

"How do you feel, N?", asks Lucas respectfully, to which he replied, "Asides from the emaciation, lacerations, and broken ribs, I feel pretty good. Pain's kind of driving me crazy, though."

Lucas says back to him, "It's good that you're okay now."

N suddenly felt hungry, as he has not had anything to eat in months, even as much has a couple of slices of bread and half of glass of water, or just a few crumbs. "You know", he started calmly, "I'm feeling hungry. I haven't eaten anything in a while. I can assume that I can't eat solid food?"

Meila nodded sadly, as N sighed, "Great. I'm going to have to drink liquid foods until my immune system is back in order."

She smiles, "Don't worry. At least your body will get the nutrition needed.", as N smiled back.

"So", started Lucas, "Is there anything you'd like to talk about?", as he asked a nearby Chansey to get the green-haired trainer liquid food.

N then noticed numbers and letters on Meila's left forearm as well as on Seraphina, Kelula, and Lilly, and asked, "Might I ask you ladies, of what happened to your forearms?"

Seraphina replied sadly, "They're our numbers from when we were prisoners of the Nazis' concentration camps."

"Ah yes", started N, "The Nazis. It's bad enough that some trainers would abuse their pokemon. It's much worse that these people would torment other people based on their enthicity, for the sake of a so-called 'master race' of humans that are supposedly superior to others."

"That's true. You know, I would not have been here if it weren't for Celebi.", Meila replied as she continued, "I will never forget that day. It was many centuries ago in the summer of 1944, at Auschwitz, one of the most notorious of the Nazi concentration camps. It was nighttime, and I knew it was possible I might be selected to die the next day. I prayed silently, hoping for a sign of hope and freedom from that awful place. It was not until I saw a blue-green light, as I then saw a small, green, fairy-like creature, who later I found to be Celebi, the time travel pokemon and guardian of the forest."

[Flashback]

At nighttime, we see Meila silently praying for an escape from Auschwitz, tears running down her eyes. It wasn't until she saw a blue-green light, revealing Celebi, the time travel pokemon who noticed Meila crying. Celebi flew to the Jewish girl, and asks her telepathically, "Why are you crying?"

The girl replied tearfully, "It's awful. My brother Amir was executed by the Nazis, and I'm terrified that I may be next!"

Celebi nuzzled her reassuringly as she spoke again, "Don't fret, I will get you out of here, to the future that is. It is my duty as a legendary pokemon to help humans and pokemon alike. Now, I will take you with me to the future, where the world is at peace. In the future I come from, there lived creatures called Pokemon, who live alongside humans in harmony. I am one of the supremely powerful legendary pokemon, who are protectors of all life in our world. My Creator and God, Arceus is the most powerful of all, and I will take you to him. Now hang on tight, it's time to travel forward in time!", as Meila held Celebi close to her as the time travel pokemon closed her eyes and focused, as she glowed with a green light, as she and Meila are sent through time to the future...

[Flashback End]

Meila smiled fondly, still remembering that fateful night when she was spirited away from Auschwitz by Celebi.

N asks her with a gentle smile, "I take it that you're forever grateful to Celebi for taking you from that terrible place?"

"Yes, I am. I am eternally grateful to Celebi for saving me. I know that Dialga saved Kelula, and Arceus saved Lilly, Seraphina, and my fellow jewish people from that horrid place.", she smiled back

"Yes, it's truly a great thing to be saved by a legendary pokemon highly revered and worshipped in our world. There are many legendaries in our world, and more are born each year. Come to think of it, my Zekrom will need a mate soon, since mating season for Legendary Pokemon is coming up later this month to mid-October.", remarked N

Galaxy offers, "N, if you want, I'll let your Zekrom mate with me."

"Would Lucas approve of this?", asks N back, at which Lucas replied, "Yep, I would. Just be sure your Zekrom isn't too harsh."

The former King of Team Plasma himself nodded with understanding. "Anyways, is there something else you'd like to talk about?", asks Seraphina

N thought for a moment, before replying, "I do worry that my father may be out there, hunting me down. I shudder to think what he might do to me. And then, there is Reshiram, who battled against my Zekrom, but I worry she might be in danger from him, too. You know how ambitious he is, wanting all the pokemon for himself. But anyways, how about we talk about model trains?"

"Sure", started Lucas with a smile, "Our friend Alex back at the Hall of Origin has a custom-made model train, particularly of this streamliner, the Chicago & NorthWestern Class E-4. He said that the real train, of which nine are built, was originally slated to haul the famous Twin Cities 400 line, but were displaced and made to work with other trains, since the management of C&NW opted for GM's Electro-Motive diesel locomotives instead. All nine of them were withdrawn from service in 1963 and scrapped. He would bemoan about how they could have left one intact for historical purposes. As for the steam engines themselves, he said that they were the biggest Hudson-type locos, bigger even than New York Central's famous J-3a Hudsons designed by Henry Dreyfuss to haul the 20th Century Limited.", as N replied, "Go on."

Lucas continued, "I've also recently heard that Nintendo released a model train set based on The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks."

"Ah, Spirit Tracks.", sighed N, "Now that was a good entry in the series. Speaking of LoZ, have you ever heard of the Philips CD-i?"

Lucas nodded, before asking, "What about it?"

"There were three Zelda games released on it, apparently. Two of them served as a source for YouTube Poop.", replied N.

"Ah yeah, YTP. Sentence-mixing, making the audio and video all weird, and all sorts of silly jokes.", smiled Lucas, thinking back to when he watched a particularly funny YTP video.

After their conversation (and N getting his liquid food), everyone went to sleep. Next morning, the group decided to let N join them on their journey, for his protection against Ghetsis.

They went back into the Viridian Forest to catch some pokemon. Seraphina noticed a female Pidgeotto who is blue with cream colored underside with black feathers around her eyes which are brown and has a silver-colored crest with yellow and brown tail feathers. She also has a birthmark on her left wing that strikingly resembles the Star of David, the religious symbol of Judaism, and one of the three of the Religious Triad. Apparently, this pokemon is a reincarnation of one of those who died in the Holocaust over several centuries ago. Nearby is another Pidgeotto that is silver with the other colors being normal for a Pidgeotto. This one is male and like the other, is also a reincarnation of a Holocaust victim.

She watched as both came to her and Kelula. Both sniffed them, and recognized their scents from a long time ago, in their previous lives as humans. The blue Pidgeotto came to Seraphina, while the silver one went to Kelula.

The blue one nuzzled Seraphina affectionately, cooing happily, at which she giggled at.

Kelula, on the other hand, had the silver one perch onto her arm like a falcon to its trainer.

Lucas chuckled lightly, "It seems these two Pidgeottos are reincarnations of some old friends yours, eh girls?"

Seraphina replied, "Yes it does. She recognizes me, as if she was a long lost friend."

Kelula nodded with agreement as the silver Pidgeotto rubs his head against hers. Lucas asked, "It's true what they say about friendships being so strong that they transcend more than one lifetime. Anyways, have you two found what name you will give them?"

Seraphina noticed that the blue Pidgeotto reminds her of a childhood friend of hers named Abilene, while the silver one reminded Kelula of a cheerful young boy she knew named Abel.

The two girls named their Pidgeottos after their childhood friends, before putting them in their pokeballs.

After that, the group went further into the forest and camped out for the night. That night, they were visited by a few souls who have not found a future mother, and were looking for the group. These souls are those of some of the Jewish people who died in the Holocaust. There are ten of them who woke the group up. They took on the spirit forms of themselves when they were still alive, three of which Meila recognized as a trio of siblings named Admon, Beres, and Nathaniel.

"My, my it's so good to see you three again, even though you all are in the afterlife. So, you three are trying to find future mothers?", she greets fondly, at which N asks, "You know these three?"

Meila nodded with a fond smile, "Why yes. These three siblings are the sons of a family friend. Admon, Beres, and Nathaniel."

N nodded with understanding, as Meila asks them, "Do you three have anyone in our group in particular to be your future mothers?"

Admon replied, "I would like to be the future son of Levia.", at which the she-Arceus gives a bashful smile

Admon replied, "I would like to be the future son of Levia. Plus, she's quite a lovely creature.", at which the she-Arceus gives a bashful smile.

Beres adds, "I request to be the future son of Galaxy. She is going to mate sooner or later.", to which the she-Palkia smiles, "You've got a point, there."

Nathaniel quips, "I would like to be the future son of Archaera, Arceus' mother."

One of the spirits, a young boy, said, "I'd like Lienne to be my new mommy.", as the she-Arceus gave a warm smile to him.

Another spirit, a pure-blooded German woman who was executed for not agreeing with the Nazi ideals, speaks up, "I would like Seraphina to be my future mother. I'd definitely like to be reborn in a time where people would not judge others by their race."

Yet another, a gentleman, eloquently requests, "I would like Ms. Lilly as my future mother, if this lovely young lady herself would not mind at all.", as he knelt down and kissed her hand.

Two twin sisters said in unison, "We want Lucas' Leafeon to be our new mother.", at which the Grass-type Eevee-lution (who is out of her pokeball during this time), gave a smile as the two spirits pet her.

Another spirit, an aspiring birdwatcher who was executed by the Gestapo for being a Jew, replies, "I would definitely like that graceful Articuno to be my mother.", referring to Glaciera, who cooed bashfully as the birdwatcher strokes his hand through her feathers.

The last one replies politely, "I would like Ms. Meila to be my future mother.", at which Meila gave a lovely smile.

After that, the spirits decided to tag along with the group, and slept with them that night.
