Heartbreaker
Summary: Apparently, Kaidoh has a habit of turning people down. He does it politely and as gently as he can, but what happens when someone won’t take no for an answer?
Disclaimer: I don’t own all these wonderful…underage…pretty boys. I just don’t. The guy who made Prince of tennis does…lucky bastard.
Warning: None for now

Wakato stretched, displacing the twins that were caressing or kissing him. Kouhei and Youhei whined as Wakato got up.
“Shut up…I have to go…”
“What does he have…”
“That we don’t?” the boy’s finished for each other.
The orange haired diva tossed his hair and put on his cap. “Everything.”
He left then deciding today would be the day when he caught that snake in the grass.
**
Kaidoh stretched by the river’s edge, figuring he’d run before he started training. He’d told Inui-senpai about his idea with the towel and the tennis racket and had gotten good reviews. He’d do more of that today and try strengthening his left arm.
He’d never admit it, but it was slightly cool that Echizen could play with both hands. If he could achieve something like that then he could go even farther.
Suddenly, Wakato rolled down the embankment, unconscious it seemed. Kaidoh looked up and Akutsu was there.
They glared at each other for a long time, Kaidoh beginning to color under the pressure. He got up, kicked his puma’s against the side walk and began climbing the embankment so he could begin running.
Akutsu just watched him and finally Kaidoh got fed up.
“Why are you here –”
“Shut up. I’ll go where I want.” Was all he said before he simply walked off.
Kaidoh watched him go, hissing as he blushed.
Forget it…

Momo stacked the last crate and Takashi thanked him.
“Thanks for helping out Momoshiro. I’ll have more time to do my homework now.”
The tall boy nodded back. “No problem Senpai…”
Takashi looked around a bit, then rubbed the back of his head. “You want to come study with me? Fuji-kun let it slip that you were having problems with English.”
“I am. Thanks.”
The boys went inside and sat around a low table, going over words. Momoshiro was amazed, despite the broken engrish he shouted during matches, Takashi was actually quite good at the language.
He pointed out something about verb usage and Momo nodded, trying to pay attention. Taka noticed his distraction and spoke up.
“Would you like to break?” the older boy asked quietly.
“Ah…” Momo rubbed the back of his head. “No… I just…Taka-san…you don’t think Kaidoh is really a snobbish, heartbreaker huh?”
Taka looked up for a second. “Oh…all those rumors? No, not at all. Things get skewed all the time. I’m sure it’s a misunderstanding. Why, did something happen between you two? Did he turn down someone you like?”
Momo shook his head. “No…”
I just like him that’s all…
“Well then, let’s get back to it –”
Someone called from downstairs and Taka excused himself, saying he would be back. Momoshiro sat there, staring around his senpai’s room. He saw a list hanging on the lower part of the wall and was pulled in as it said, “People I admire”. It listed most of the guys on the tennis team and the reasons why. When he got to his name he saw a star and it said next to his name, “Because he doesn’t need a racket!”
“What are you looking at?” a voice inquired from the door.
Momo colored and turned. “I was looking at this list.”
Taka blushed a bit. “Oh…that.” He sat down and took up his pen again. “Anyway, I don’t think Kaidoh’s like that. He’s just quiet.”
“Hm…”
They worked for a bit until Momo spoke up again.
“Taka-senpai?”
“hn?”
“You don’t need your racket either.”
The power tennis player laughed suddenly, rubbing the back of his head. “I guess…”

Kaidoh came back towards the river feeling energized. Not only had he beat his old time by a forty seconds, he’d seen some puppies on the way and played with them before anyone could see him.
He smiled to himself and ran down the bank, ready to change his shirt and begin in the water. When he got towards his bag, he noticed someone standing under the foot bridge. They came out of the shadows, hands in their pockets.
“I messed with Wakato for you. Don’t forget it.”
Kaidoh’s muscles clenched. “I didn’t ask you for anything. Get out of here.”
Akutsu’s eyes widened. “No one orders me around!”
They were standing pretty far apart but at this point Akutsu started to move towards the mamushi, who stood there, unafraid. When he got close enough, Kaidoh balled up his fists. This wasn’t about to be some petty fight like he had with Momoshiro. He knew if he was going to get out of this he’d have to beat Akutsu down.
He was thrown off guard as he was grabbed and thrown behind the Akuma, near the underpass. Akutsu turned and approached him again, Kaidoh regaining his feet and running at the boy with a roar.
With a simple judo move he was pinned to the underpass wall.
“You’re weak. No one orders me around!”
“Bastard!” Kaidoh ground out, grabbing Akutsu’s wrists.
He gasped as he was punched in the stomach and a mouth covered his own. He fought against the Akuma, his face turning red as his gut danced. When he finally pushed him off, he wiped his mouth on the back of his arm, panting.
His face was still red and when Akutsu noticed this he went over, slamming his hand next to Kaidoh’s face, the other boy ready to lash out. Akutsu stopped his wrist.
“I’m too fast for you.” He leaned down, both boy’s glaring at each other.
“You liked it anyway, didn’t you?”
“Go to hell!” Kaidoh growled, gasping again as he was punched yet again, Akutsu pinning his arms to his sides and delving into his mouth again.
The mamushi struggled, alarmed as he began to grow warm. He felt Akutsu again him and moaned, not sure if it was in anguish or pleasure. The other boy pulled back, letting go of Kaidoh’s wrists.
“Date me.” He growled into his ear.
“Fuck you no one orders me around!” Kaidoh pushed him away and regained his breath, spitting. He didn’t have time to duck and Akutsu grabbed him by the head, his bandana and kissed him again, laughing as Kaidoh kneed him in the gut. He backed off, still laughing.
“You’re fuckin’ great. Come back here.”
“No one messes with me!” he roared like a challenge. “I’ll kick your ass!”
Akutsu only smiled.

Fuji looked around the car as he sat in the backseat, still not used to all the money that his boyfriend threw around. Atobe held out a flute of champagne to the tensei.
“It’s the best. Only people of my stature can afford it, but really only someone like me deserves it.”
The boy gave a smile. “You’re an asshole Keigo.”
“I know…” he whispered, setting the flute aside and nipping Fuji’s ear. “How are you?”
“I’m fine. Where are we going?”
“My place, of course. I heard a disturbing rumor that your Kaidoh made one of my teammates cry?”
Fuji just threaded his fingers together of his crossed legs. “You do that well enough. Oshitari was probably exaggerating.”
Atobe was trying to unbutton Fuji’s shirt, annoyed that the boy didn’t seem to be participating at all.
“You’re colder than usual. What’d I do now? Step on an ant?”
Fuji looked at the boy and opened his eyes a little. “Mizuki.”
“Not this again!”
Fuji shrugged and leaned over to take the champagne. “Forget it then.”
“I can’t or you won’t sleep with me.”
“I’m not sleeping with you as it is…”
Atobe shook his head, tossing his hair. “Kabaji is mine. He’s not a slave he does what I say because he wants to and he’s not disappearing. So there.”
“And if I break up with you?”
The boy laughed. “You asked me out. Are you saying that the Great Syuuske made a mistake?”
Fuji’s eyebrow quirked. “You’re an asshole.”
Atobe whispered in his ear. “And I love you.” He turned Fuji’s face and pulled his chin a bit to open his mouth. He kissed Fuji then, the tensei nearly dropping his champagne. “I’ll have a talk with him, Mizuki is worthless. I think he does it to get to you. He wants you you know?”
“Hm…”
Fuji looked out of tinted windows. Kaidoh…
****
Kaidoh was tired. He couldn’t beat Akutsu and had taken more hits than he’d tried. He hadn’t directly hit the Akuma once and he was getting fed up. The angrier he got he knew the more reckless he got but at this point he didn’t see a way to win. He gave a cry and pushed Akutsu into the under pass wall, rushing up to follow up with a punch to the face.
That was a mistake.
His fist was stopped and Akutsu wrapped his arm around Kaidoh’s waist, grabbing his ass.
“What the fu –”
Akutsu took his chance. Kaidoh really did have a sweet mouth and he wanted it for himself. He squeezed the mamushi’s ass again, thinking it was cute how he squeaked while they kissed.
Kaidoh pulled his mouth away, furious and blushing. “Let go of me Akutsu! Let go you asshole!”
The ash brunette chuckled and latched onto his neck, muttering that no one ordered him around and Kaidoh moaned, clamping his mouth shut afterward.
Shit…I like…this…I like guys?!
He pushed against the other boy, moaning involuntarily when a hand went up his tank top.
“Akutsu please!” he growled.
And the boy let him go. They stared at each other and Kaidoh turned away.
“I have training to do.”
“Better wait for me, fucking Mamushi…” and with that Akutsu walked off, climbing the embankment without looking back.
Kaidoh cursed and kicked the ground.
Fuck you Akutsu…

At morning practice, Inui was worried. Kaidoh couldn’t seem to look him in the eye. When it was over, he followed him into the locker room and waited until nearly everyone was gone before he asked.
“What happened?”
Kaidoh shook his head. “Nothing Senpai.”
“…so, you’re going out with Wakato?”
Kaidoh looked up. “hell no! I’d never date a weakling like him!”
Inui’s eyebrows fell. He’d added up all the data and interestingly enough, Akutsu had a very good chance with Kaidoh, but he couldn’t figure out why.
“…I understand.”
“I’m not with anyone! Geez! Leave it alone Senpai! Just leave it alone!” Kaidoh got his things and left the club house, slamming the door.
Oishi came from the showers, having heard a little once he’d turned the water off.
“Inui…are you alright?”
“I had a slim chance of succeeding with Kaidoh if no one else got to him first. I didn’t think I’d lose.”
“What?” the vice-captain was puzzled. He watched Inui finish packing his things and leave.
“Wait! Inui!”
Kaidoh rushed down the street, thinking that it would be better to go straight home than run today. He didn’t want to deal with any of this. He knew Inui liked him, great! But what was with him telling him all his data and all that other crap! He didn’t feel the same. Who cares about Akutsu!
As he neared his neighborhood he slowed, deciding that he’d probably go apologize later. He shouldn’t have yelled at his Senpai like that.
“Hey!” a voice growled.
Kaidoh turned immediately and regretted it. Akutsu was heading for him, looking pissed. He decided not to stick around and ran for it, Akutsu giving chase.
They ran for a few blocks until the older boy caught up, slamming him into a wall in a neighborhood alley.
“What the fuck Kaidoh!” he snarled.
“Shut up! Get off me!”
He got punched and just kept fighting anyway. “I said get off! You bastard!”
Akutsu kissed him, pissed when he was punched in the face.
“I said I don’t want to!” He turned away, hands balled into fists. “I don’t want to…not right now…”
“I don’t have time for your moods.”
“Go to hell!”
They stood there for a bit, Kaidoh listening to the sounds of Akutsu lighting a cigarette. Kaidoh turned.
“You quit tennis so you could smoke again?”
The Akuma didn’t respond and Kaidoh started to walk off. Akutsu caught his wrist and brought him back against his chest, taking a few drags. Kaidoh watched the alley opening not caring what the boy was doing.
They stayed this way, Kaidoh thinking about why he was even putting up with this.
If I wanted someone I could have anyone. I don’t need Akutsu…he’s just tough that’s all…he just kissed me that’s all. My first kiss…no one makes me feel this way! No one messes with me…except him I guess…
He thought about it and concluded it Momoshiro had ever beaten him in a fight he might be keen on him too, but then he thought against it. Momo’s mind set, his personality repulsed him in some way.
“Fwssssh…” he said, starting to pull away. “I’m going home…”
Akutsu put out his cigarette and followed behind Kaidoh, catching up and putting his arm around him. Kaidoh looked up at him and Akutsu was staring ahead.
“What are you doing?”
“Shut up…”
They neared Kaidoh’s house and Akutsu let go of him, shoving his hands in his pockets.
“Are your parents home?”
“Why?”
“I thought we could go upstairs and do something.”
“I don’t want to do shit with you. Go away!”
Akutsu grabbed him looked around and pulled him behind a wall. He gripped his throat, but then let go, leaning in to kiss him, his hands trying to get under Kaidoh’s school jacket.
“Come on mamushi…”
Kaidoh stood there, looking around. “Damn it Akutsu –stop! Stop!” he hissed and tried to get Akutsu’s hands from under his clothes. “I have to go home!”
“Hn…”
He kissed him and Kaidoh took it, still looking around with is eyes. He caught Inui out of the corner of his eyes and turned crimson, pushing Akutsu away. The akuma growled, then noticed Inui as well.
“What?”
Inui shook his head and held up one of Kaidoh’s bandana’s. “You left this at school.”
Kaidoh went over to get it, Akutsu close behind him. “Thank you senpai.”
Inui stared at Akutsu then just walked away, taking out his notebook.
Akutsu shoved Kaidoh’s shoulder. “You sleeping with that?”
“No!” Kaidoh growled. “Go away!”
Akutsu walked past him. “I’ll see you tomorrow.”
“No you won’t!” he yelled, feeling childish.

Oishi held his drink steady when Eiji tackled him, the brunette trying to sneak his hands up the vice-captain’s shirt.
“Stop it Eiji!”
“Why, nya?” Eiji nuzzled him, purring. “O Chibi is away, play with me!”
“I came to talk to you about Inui. Did you hear what happened in the locker room? I think Kaidoh’s going out with Akutsu!”
Eiji withdrew at this. “Well…I don’t think that’s too bad. They’re similar…sort of.”
Oishi shook his head. “I don’t think so…this is hurting Inui I know it. I’m going to talk to Kaidoh!”
“How are you going to do that, nya? If Akutsu’s his boyfriend won’t he just break your arms?”
Oishi looked at Eiji. “Where do you get this stuff from?”
“^w^m Nya!?”
Momoshiro chewed the end of his pencil. “I can’t believe it…Mamushi and Akuma…”
Taka shrugged and turned the page in his book. “I’m sure it’ll be alright.”
“Hn…I’ll tell you Taka-senpai. I had a crush on Mamushi till I heard that. Now I know why I’ll definitely never have a chance. I can’t make children cry like Akutsu can.”
Taka gave a chuckle. “People will like you even if you can’t do that.”
“hn…”
“Everyone on the team likes you Momo-kun. You’re friendly and I’m sure…that one person is closer than you think!”
Momoshiro took the pencil out of his mouth. “If you say so.”
“I like you too Momoshiro, so I wouldn’t worry about it…” Taka muttered.
“Hm?”
“Ah…nothing.”
