The red beast then teleported away, and then Oak appears in front of your character Ash, immediately grabbing you, and taking you to his lab, not far from your characters house. He asks why Ash would be foolish enough to go outside of the village.
You have the option to either let Ash explains his situation, or have Oak just keep telling Ash to tell him the truth until he does. You think to yourself "Damn these games and their little illusions of choice! It's The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion all over again!"
Oak says he understands Ash's, knowing how bad it was when he could no longer get it up when he turned 55, being 69 now, and he couldn't think straight at first either. He tells Ash that he is too young be without sex, and decides to give Ash his favorite Pokemon, the one that had saved his life. He tells Ash that it name is Charmander, and that it will be loyal to whoever its master is. He then tells Ash that if he wants to get bigger, then he will have to seek out a Pokemon gym badge. If he gets one, he will no longer be a Smalldong Squarepants, and should be able to penetrate May's anus. Ash's sprite nods(he is sort of a mute, remember?) and you get your first Pokemon in the game. Not bad for no real effort eh?
All of a sudden, a well known individual slams through the doors of the labs, pissed as hell.
