Chapter 3: Dance the Night Away
- FemDom (mild)
With every off-balance move and awkward wiggle, Tsukune felt his chances of impressing his date evaporating. Fatigue began to take its toll as Moka refused to allow them to sit out even one song. The fluid motion of her lithe body also proved rather distracting to the young man at various points, contributing directly to more than one goofy-looking gyration on his part. After more than an hour, Tsukune could barely feel his feet – his shoes weren’t designed to provide support for this activity. Spikes of pain jabbed his ankles and spread up his calves. His knees increasingly felt as if they were transmuted into jelly. True to form, however, he refused to concede defeat, gritting his teeth and willing himself to continue.“You weren’t kidding earlier,” Moka told him with an amused quirk of her eyebrow. “You’re a terrible dancer.”Tsukune flushed in frustration. I thought I was doing okay, at least, he grumbled to himself. Aloud, he said, “I need to use the men’s room.”The young man used the reprieve to regroup. As he washed his hands, he stared himself down in the mirror. Is Moka trying to make this a contest of wills? Is she trying to push me to my limits? He splashed water on his face and steeled himself. I can’t quit, he reminded himself. There’s just too much at stake. For Moka, I’ll do anything endure anything – even the inner Moka’s worst.Tsukune dried his face and left the restroom, feeling a second wind revitalize him. He thought to himself, Once more unto the breach…He emerged to see his date seated at a small table just off the dance floor. Unsurprisingly, she’d managed to attract a swarm of admirers who clustered around her, vying for her attention. Somewhat surprisingly (to Tsukune, at least, as he approached), Moka was rebuffing them all, her aloof, cold persona in full force. As he threaded his way through the press, he caught some of what was said.“C’mon, babycakes, just one dance…”“You’re too gorgeous to waste time with that schlub you’ve been dancing with. You deserve a gorgeous guy like me…”“Yeah! Ditch that panty-waist! You’re way out of his league!”“I told the lot of you already,” replied Moka, her eyes shut so she’d not grace them with even the briefest acknowledgment, “my date for the night is Tsukune Aono, that ‘panty-waist’ you keep referring to. I chose to come here with him, so I’m afraid all of you are out of luck. Go bother someone else.”One of them grabbed her by the wrist. “One dance isn’t gonna hurt,” the grabber insisted.Moka’s eyes flew open into the narrow glare Tsukune knew so well. “It will,” she growled, “if you don’t let go of me. You don’t seem to know your place.”Oh crap, Tsukune thought in a panic. I gotta do something before she clobbers these guys and gets expelled. Besides, as my date, she’s supposed to be under my protection. The thought that he could do something (for a change) galvanized him into action. The young man pushed forward through the crowd of Moka’s impromptu admirers. A surge of aggression filled him as he grabbed the wrist of the one who’d dared to lay a hand on his date. Tsukune applied pressure; the other young man yelped and released Moka’s wrist. “The lady already has a date tonight,” Tsukune reminded them all, his tone cold.“Until we all kick your ass!” one of them cried.“She deserves much better than a punk like you!” shouted another.Tsukune chuckled darkly. “I think she should make that decision, don’t you?” he asked them. “Oh, wait – she did. She told all of you to buzz off,” he almost-growled, the last two words coming out dripping with more menace than any words he’d ever uttered before. Tsukune didn’t know it, but his eyes had flickered a reddish color as he’d spoken. Unseen behind him, Moka’s eyes widened as she studied him. What was that? she wondered. It felt like… like monster energy, if only a dim reflection of…… Of my own, she recognized. That must be from the blood I gave him after Kuyo nearly killed him. It seems he has a spark of the vampire after all. A shiver climbed her spine.Meanwhile, Tsukune had released Moka’s assailant, and the crowd of boys shied away and dispersed. Once they were gone, he turned to his date. Feeling a surge of confidence, he stretched out his hand and asked, “Wanna dance some more?”Moka took his hand with a small smile and answered, “Very much so. Well done, Tsukune.” When she stood, she may have leaned forward just a bit farther than strictly necessary to tantalize him as they returned together to the dance floor.Much to their mutual surprise, the next song played had a slower, more intimate feel to its rhythm. Further surprising Tsukune, Moka showed no hesitation or uncertainty, wrapping her arms around his neck and resting her chin on his shoulder. Her whole body pressed flush against him.Tsukune froze, his cheeks reddening. “You can put your hands on my waist,” Moka prompted him, the breath of her whisper tickling his ear, “or around my back. This dance was your idea,” she reminded him, “so don’t just stand there.”Spurred by her words, Tsukune placed his hands on the small of her back. Her hair just brushed his thumbs; he resisted the urge to run his hands through it, unsure how she’d react to that. Through the fabric of her dress, he could feel where her spine curved outward, just above her rump. Try not to think about it, he told himself firmly, or about how soft her breasts feel pressed against your chest. No matter how hard he fought, though, he couldn’t keep himself from getting turned on.“My, my, Tsukune,” murmured Moka. Though her date couldn’t see her face – or perhaps because he couldn’t see her face – her cheeks burned bright pink at the feeling. “I’d say we’d better call it a night after this song, don’t you think?”“S-Sorry,” he stammered. “You’d think I’d be used to having beautiful girls rubbing against me,” he joked, actually earning a chuckle from his date.“No need to apologize,” she reassured him. “I’m actually a little surprised it took me so long to get that response from you.”“Actually,” he admitted, “it happened on the bus ride here. That dress you’re wearing…”Moka leaned more fully against Tsukune, cutting him off. “It’s pretty eye-catching, I know. The other me never would’ve worn something so risqué,” she pointed out.“Either one of us would probably have drawn that crowd, though,” she continued. “It’s a good thing you arrived when you did and stood up to them the way you did. I’ve never seen you like that before.”That last sentence was delivered in a low, almost throaty purr that did little to help Tsukune’s self-control. “I guess after facing down monsters at school,” he replied, “a bunch of regular guys just didn’t hold a candle.”“Still, I’m proud of you,” she told him as the song wound down. Moka peeled herself slowly away from her date. “I spotted a hotel a block down. We should leave before those dweebs come back to harass us some more.”~~~~~The two teens soon found themselves in the lobby of the hotel Moka had spotted earlier. They’d strolled the block or so from the nightclub in the brisk air of the deepening autumn night, Moka surprising Tsukune yet again by taking his arm as they walked and sidling close to him. Passersby had turned towards them to stare, and Tsukune knew they were all of them admiring the beauty he was fortunate share the night with.Behind the front desk of the hotel, the concierge smirked at them in a way that made Tsukune feel more than a little uncomfortable. “How may your humble servant assist you, my young friends?” the middle-aged man asked them, bowing in greeting. His eyes openly traveled down the length of the young woman’s body, prompting Moka to hold her pashmina closed protectively.Meanwhile, Tsukune browsed the listed rates to see if he could afford this inn. When he noticed the heart symbol beside the establishment’s name and the hourly rates, his face turned crimson. The one-night rate was well within his budget, though, so he requested that and handed the man the appropriate bills.“No need to be ashamed,” the clerk responded. “Even if you’re a bit younger than most of our patrons, young love is a beautiful thing, worth celebrating, I think.” He bowed deeply. “Please forgive the delay while I retrieve your room key,” he instructed them just before disappearing into the adjoining office.Tsukune looked at his date. “Are you sure about this place?” he asked her in hushed tones. “It’s a… a…”“A love hotel, I know,” she finished, her cheeks turning as red as his. “At least that man thinks we’re a couple, rather than a tramp and her client.” She stared at the suddenly-fascinating plush carpet. After a long pause, Moka sighed and looked him in the eye. “I didn’t see any other hotels around. Even if we could find another place, it’d be more expensive. I know you’re not made of money, so this will be okay for tonight,” she promised him.“Moka,” he uttered in surprise at her thoughtfulness.“Tsukune,” she replied, leaning towards him.“Moka,” he breathed, his eyes drifting shut.“Tsukune,” she purred, pressing against him. “I—“Moka was cut off by the clerk’s return. “Excuse me, my young friends – you may wish to save that for your suite,” he chided them. “You’re on the fifth floor, above most of the surrounding buildings to maximize the intimate atmosphere.” He grinned broadly, almost leering.“You can thank me in the morning,” he called after them as they hastened for the elevator.~~~~~The elevator ride seemed to stretch for an eternity. Moka still stood close by her date, their arms interlinked. Both of them wore bright pink in their cheeks. Neither realized that so much awkward silence could be crammed into so small a space. The doors slid apart when they reached their floor. As they navigated the corridor seeking their room, the muffled but unmistakable sounds of other couples, all apparently having the times of their lives, permeated the air. One woman in particular seemed intent on testing the structural integrity of all the glass in her room.To no avail, Tsukune fought the onslaught of mental images these sounds triggered, fantasy and memory both: when Kurumu knelt in the bath with him at his parents’ home, suckling his fingers; Kurumu stripped of her towel moments later; that one time the Club all played with the Ouija board and the spirit seemed to indicate that he and Mizore should “make babies,” so she removed her panties right then and there; outer Moka wearing nothing but an apron; Ms. Nekonome sunbathing nude; everything that happened after his date with Yukari; inner Moka sliding off her dress so it pooled at her feet; Ruby flying on her broom without a stitch of clothing on her body; both Mokas kissing his neck (not biting it) simultaneously, their naked bodies pressing against him. His eyes glazed over.So distracted was Tsukune that Moka took the key and opened the door to their suite. She wanted to berate him for whatever it was he might be thinking about, but she refrained since she found the noises of other people in the throes of passion to be rather distracting herself. She tried to take her mind off of those sorts of activities by inspecting the accommodations. There was a comfortable-looking mattress, large enough for two (of course), covered with light-blue sheets and large, plush pillows, as the room’s centerpiece. Nearby sat a large-screen plasma TV with DVD and Blu-ray players, of which Moka immediately divined the purpose, triggering another blush. Curtains hid the outside world on one wall not far from the mirror-door closet, which stood open and empty. The water closet was spacious; the bathtub was also clearly designed for two, though that thought presented a host of logistical issues. A sign on the inside of the door to the water closet – reminding customers that “rinsing is no protection against disease or other consequences” but that “protective devices can be purchased from vending machines on any floor,” along with a helpful map – brought the pink in Moka’s cheeks to a full, red bloom.Meanwhile, Tsukune followed his date into the room, removing his shoes just inside the threshold and setting them beside hers. By this point, Moka was hanging her pashmina on one of the hangers in the closet. Seeing her from behind, he couldn’t help but admire how her long silver hair hung down her back, almost to her phenomenally-perfect, perfectly-phenomenal butt, which the fabric of her dress highlighted in glorious, detailed relief. Tsukune clenched his teeth as his pants seemed to tighten.“Undress and lie down,” she urged him. “Your feet must hurt from dancing.”Tsukune nodded as he started to loosen his tie. “You should take the bed. I insist,” he responded. “I’ll sleep on the floor.”“Nonsense,” Moka sniffed. “You paid for the room. I’m not sleeping on the floor either, though. The bed is, after all, big enough for us to share.” She handed him some hangers, her cheeks aflame.“M-Moka…”“If you sleep in your clothes, they’ll just get wrinkled,” she chided him playfully, reaching up to flick him on the forehead with her finger. Doing so brought their bodies into brief, brushing contact – him with her bosom, her with his bulge. Both felt a jolt race up their spines.Tsukune stepped back. She’d anticipated his next protest, or “line of defense” perhaps, perfectly. I hope she’s not too disappointed… but at least she’ll be undressed too…While he removed his shirt, Moka tried not to stare. He’s put on a little muscle since last year, I think, she noted, remembering the incident with the Swim Club. The young woman couldn’t help but lick her lips when he pulled down his slacks too. He really is much manlier than he used to be.The young man turned to his date but found her still dressed. “What about you?” he asked, feeling suddenly quite self-conscious, as if some prank were being played. He saw himself on one of those hidden-camera shows, exposed to the world in just his boxer shorts.“You’ll never get to sleep like that,” Moka replied, pulling Tsukune out of his nightmarish reverie. He noted that her eyes hovered on the tent in his boxers. “I’ll have to take care of it.”Tsukune swallowed. Game over, he thought. “P-Please,” he begged, “don’t kick me… there.”Her eyes rose to meet his. Her lips curled into a smirk. “Actually,” she answered, her own heart pounding excitedly in her ears, “I had something else in mind, something… quite different.”______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
A/N: Greetings, readers. I hope everyone enjoyed this chapter. As I mentioned in the AN for the last chapter, next week's update will come early - Monday, probably - but the following will come late, due to an upcoming out-of-country experience.Regarding the warning at top, I'll put chapter-specific warnings as necessary from here out. I left them off the story summary to maintain an element of surprise, and also because I can't modify the story warnings like saying "mild." Anyway, I hope that the chapter-specific warnings and content won't be too off-putting for everyone. :/
One reviewer suggested in a PM that I should start a thread on the forums for a more robust discussion of the story, so I did: http://www2.adult-fanfiction.org/forum/index.php/topic/56727-moondance-review-replies-discussion/#entry353681
