Act 4
Yuri: (Stepping outside) He is Ok. He just told me about that night. He has brought up his birthday as well but we haven�t discussed that yet.
Touma: His Birthday?
Yuri: Yeah, something must of happened on that day, but I don�t know what.
Touma: Can I come in please?
Yuri: (Sighing) Yeah, just don�t ask him anything about his birthday or that night.
Touma: I won�t.
(They walked into the house and into the living room. Eiri was still sitting on the couch, his hands were covering his face.)
Touma: Eiri?
Eiri: Go away Touma.
Yuri: Are you OK Eiri?
Eiri: No, I just want to be alone.
Yuri: (Sighing) Eiri what is wrong?
Eiri: Everything and it�s all my fault.
Yuri: (Sitting down next to him) No, it was never your fault Eiri. You were just defending yourself.
Eiri: But if I hadn�t pushed him...
Yuri: That doesn�t make a difference. He still had no right to go after you like that.
(Touma set the bag that he had with him down on the table and just stood there. Just then the doorbell rang. Yuri muttered something under his breath and went to open the door. There was a young boy standing there. He had fuscia hair and purple eyes. He was wearing a skimpy outfit that looked like something that belonged on a girl. It was a pair of black spandex shorts under a pair of really short shorts. He was wearing a black halter-top that showed his stomach with an unbuttoned jacket over it.)
Yuri: Who are you?
Shuichi: I am Shuichi Shindou. I came here to see Yuki.
Yuri: (Getting angry) I told you not to call him by that name! How did you know to come here to New York?
Shuichi: I followed Touma.
Touma: What?
Shuichi: I followed you.
Yuri: Well you are not coming in, so leave.
Shuichi: No.
(He pushed past Yuri and Touma. Racing into the living room he knocked over the bag that Touma had set on the table. There must have been something glass in it, because when it hit the floor something shattered. That was all it took, Eiri suddenly stood up, he looked around and had terrified look in his eyes.)
Yuri: (Running into the room) Shuichi Freeze.
Shuichi: (Stopping dead in his tracks) Eiri!
Eiri: (Backing up against the wall) Stay away from me.
(Eiri sank down to the floor, rested his arms on his knees, and hid his eyes in his arms.)
Yuri: Shuichi back away from him.
Shuichi: Why?
Yuri: Just do it and don�t say a word.
(Touma pulled Shuichi away from Eiri. Yuri walked over to where Eiri was sitting.)
Yuri: (Kneeling down in front of him) Eiri what is wrong?
Eiri: My birthday.
Yuri: What about your birthday?
Eiri: He hurt me on my birthday.
Yuri: Who hurt you? Tell me Eiri.
(He looked up at Yuri, there was a deep painful look in his golden eyes.)
Eiri: I had just opened your present. I was going to call you and thank you for it, but the doorbell rang. I went to answer the door and...
Yuri: Who was at the door?
Eiri: My tutor.
Yuri: Yuki Kitazawa was at the door?
Eiri: (Nodding) Yes.
Yuri: What did he want?
Eiri: He said that he wanted to give me my birthday present in person. He wanted to go up to my room.
Yuri: Did you?
Eiri: I didn�t want to but he forced me to go up into my room.
Yuri: What happened?
Eiri: (Covering his face with his hands) He raped me.
Touma: (Whispering) Oh Eiri.
(Yuri looked back at Touma who was standing there in shock. Shuichi was standing there with his mouth open. He could believe what he had just heard.)
Eiri: (crying and looking at Yuri) It hurt so bad. I begged him to stop but he wouldn�t stop.
(Yuri pulled Eiri against him and just held him. Eventually he got Eiri up and got him to go into the spare bedroom. Then he stayed with him until he fell asleep. When he walked out of the room Touma was waiting or him.)
Touma: How is he?
Yuri: Sleeping.
Touma: I didn�t even know that this had happened.
Yuri: No one knew. Yuki probably threatened him to keep him silent. Where is Shuichi?
Touma: On the couch. He seems all right just in shock.
Eiri: OK I am going to go into my office. Tell Shuichi not to disturb Eiri and to let him sleep.
Touma: OK.
(Yuri walked into his study and shut the door. It was a good thing that Yuki was dead, because if he wasn�t he soon would be, Yuri would of killed him. He wasn�t to happy about Touma being there either.
Sighing Yuri pulled a key out of his pocket and unlocked the bottom left desk drawer. He kept a few things locked in there. One was a letter that he had been planning to give to Touma, the letter never got to Touma, the other was a picture of him and Touma. Yuri pulled out the picture and looked at it. He had fallen in love with Touma the first time that he had met him. When he went to confess his love to him. Touma had told him that he didn�t swing that way. They had hardly talked since that day. So it had been a shock when Touma had called him to tell him about Eiri. And now to top it off Touma was now at the house. Even worse was the fact that Touma was now married.
Eiri was lying in bed awake. He had acted like he had been sleeping. The door opened and Touma walked into the room.)
Touma: (Shuting the door) How are you doing?
Eiri: OK. What do you want and why are you here?
Touma: I came here to check up on you.
Eiri: Yuri asked you not to come here. Besides I thought that you hated Yuri.
Touma: Hey you are the one that choose to come here not me.
Eiri: He still loves you, you know.
Touma: I know.
Eiri: And I know that you only married my sister to hide how you really feel.
Touma: Shut Up Eiri. I don�t love him.
Eiri: Stop lying to yourself Touma. I know that you keep his picture at your office.
