Chapter 4
AN: Sorry for the delay on this and my other stories. Can’t really explain why but lets just say that its because of school. Going to work on other updates! Enjoy!
As Ranma went out to space and genma and Soun slowly backed away to the living room, no one noticed someone around the corner was watching the events. The figure turns around and walks to his room. Once there he lays on his pile of panties and bras that he just stole from a girl’s dorm and got away with. Happosai pulls out his pipe and starts to smoke it.
'Same old stuff between them two. It is kind of funny that they still play that game after all this time. I wish there was a way to help them out and finally stop playing these childish games. Wait a min' Though happosai as he gets off his pile and heads to his dresser.
Once there he pulls out a bag of mushrooms. He opens the bag and smiles..
'These should help them out thank you Amazons!' Thought Happosai evilly
Happosai wanders into the kitchen as Kasumi was leaving to go to bed. He finds a certain cookbook that has all Mushroom Recipe’s. He finds the one recipe that will work best with the raw mushrooms and pulls out the page to make it stand out. He chuckles evilly as he puts it back and heads back to his room to nap.
Next morning...
Ranma and Akane watch the family fight on who got what seat before getting into the car and driving to the nearest airport for their trip. Once they were gone, Akane heads towards the training hall to train while ranma heads back to the house to go watch tv. Once there he finds a bag on the floor by the door. On it is a note:
Ranma & Akane:
Here are some Mushrooms that can be used for you suppers till we come back from our vacation. Make them last! Enjoy
Love Kasumi
'Hm...Thanks Kasumi. Yum Mushrooms. They should help spice up Akanes cooking so I don’t have to starve to death.' Thought Ranma
Ranma picks up the bag and runs to the Training area where Akane is. Akane stops breaking bricks to look up at the bag. Ranma tells her about the bag and plops it on the floor. She stares at it for a moment before she nods her head and they both walk into the house and decide to watch TV. When they turned it on, a romance movie comes on. Both Akane and Ranma turn beet red at certain parts. Akane searches for the remote and ends up holding Ranmas hand instead. Both Ranma and Akane look at each other and then looked away. Akane finally found the remote and turns it off. It remains quiet for a while before Ranma gets up and goes into the yard to train. Akane watches as he trains.
'Wow. Ranma is really buff. I had no idea..Wait yes I did but I ignored it. Now that people are gone and it is quiet in the house, I can take a good look at ranma. Maybe I should make something special for supper tonight since Kasumi picked up some mushrooms for us. Now where is that darn cookbook' Thought Akane as she heads towards the kitchen.
She looks high and low for the cookbook till she finds it on the counter. First thing she notices is that a page of the book has been sticking out. She turns to that page and notices that the recipe calls for some kind of weird food and the mushrooms to be sliced up and eaten raw. Akane picks that recipe and starts to cook it without any problems.
2 hours later, Ranma and Akane were sitting down in the dining room about ready to eat. Before they say grace, Ranma clears his throat
"Say Akane, It is such a nice night and the moon is out. Why don’t we eat in the garden?" Asks Ranma as he blushes
"Sure. This should be fun. We never ate out here before and it is such a beautiful night!" Said Akane who also was blushing
So they picked up their food and picked a spot by the pond and started to eat while chatting and looking at the stars. Once they were done, they both cleared the dishes and decided to watch TV together. Again they ended up watching another romance movie, but this time they didn’t seem to care. They were spending most of the time talking and getting along...
And all the while, the Love mushrooms that they ate for supper, were starting to work their magic...
