\"She\'s ivory...\"
Screech said. kiba couldn\'t believe it. It wasn\'t Ivory. Ebony couldn\'t be Ivory they acted so different. But then again it was like Ivory was born into a whole knew person who became ebony. Kiba stared at Ivory who looked down. Toboe had told her before how Kiba had been so in love with Ivory. That would explain why her heart called for him but she was lost. Kiba held her tightly and took in her knew scent. It was Ivory but as Ebony. Screech hatedintuinturupt their moment but spoke.
\"Sorry if i am inturupting anything but There is very bad news.\"
She said.kiba and ebony looked at Screech.
\"She is still that wolf that kills.\"
Ebony looked at Kiba. tears filled her eyes as she held him closer. There was a rule that screeches pack fallowed. The rule hurt ebony so much. She slowly got up and looked at screech with bleeding eyes. Kiba asked what was wrong but Ebony didn\'t answer. Ebony never cried, but their was different. She had found out her terriable past and truth. Screech looked down.
\"Rules are...\"
\"What rules!\"
Kiba yelled.
\'In our pack, if a wolf kills another wolf or human evenw ith a reason they are exiled. his they kill more then four then they pay the penalty of...\"
\"Of what?!\"
\"Death...,\" Ebony whispered.\"They would,... must pay the penallty of death...\" Kiba shook his head. he grabbed Ebony by her arms and gently shook her. She looked down. She couldnt\' face Kiba now that he questioned her why. She allowed her hands to clasp around his arms and made him stop. She whispered that she was sorry. that she had to. She couldn\'t do anymore. Rules where rules and could not be bended.
Kiba turned to Screech her now face outside. She couldnt\' bare to watch her best friend knowingly that she woudl die. She began toward the start of the cave where all the wolves where when tsume. hige and Toboe ran by. they stopped as they saw the two. kiba seemed so sad yet so filled with loath as he held onto Ebony. Something was wrong within the air. Hige smelled it. he looked around. He smelled blood. All the wolves where present. All except Screech.
\'WHERE IS SHE!\" ebony yelled letting go of Kiba and runnign outside. Schreech was no where in sit. But what stood before the packs struck fearwithin them. but it made Ebony and Kiba question. The wolf that schreech had discribed and told Ebony was her, stood beforem. em. but how could it be when ebony stood before them all. Ebony was lost. \"She had kiled them...that is why i don\'t remmeber doing any of it.\" ebony stated. \"i had bearly allowed the beast within out the night it rained. Screech had killed the 5 wolves and she had...killed the pup as well. She is the killer.\"
the wolves all turned to Screech. She stood before them. The spines on her back rising and descending with her breathing. they noticed something. She had attempto slo slit her throat but her beast form took over before she could finish hersel off.Ebony stopped before her. She stared her eyes filled with swellign hot tears. Screech had become something they all feared. Screech growled at the pack. Ebony had to think quickly. If she allowed her pack or even kiba\'s to attack something would happen and she knew oneof the two would die and it would not be Screech. Then on the other hand she could go in herself. Become the same thing that Screech was and battle it out. She had beaten screech before, why not now. Kiba stepped infront of Ebony. He stared her down.

\"I HAVE TO KIBA!\"
Before kiba could tlel her any more screech used her powerful claw to swat him to the side like a toy. Ebony yelled for Kiba but screech jumpe don her. Ebony\'s body snapped. Ebony\'s eyes rolled back but she didn\'t die. Her body snapped agaion. Mucsles tightened, viens poped. Her eyes her whole being began to shiver and quake. Before any one knew it the howls of a banshiee filled the area. The wolves cried out in pain to the noise. Ebony had transformed. ebony threw screech off her and pounced on her. She dug her claws deep within screech\'s stomach but that didn\'t stop her.
Toboe ran to kiba\'s side and looked at him. His body looked managled yet he still attempted to stand. he shivered at the feel of his body. he felt cold. So cold. He fell back to the ground std stared at Ebony. She fought screech fireously. Swats and bites, ripes and scraps. They attacked one another. toppaling eachother, tring to win. He couldn\'t watch. He would not allow himself to watch his one andonly love die. He woudlnt\' allow her too. he had lost her once, he\'d never loose her again. He stood up. he stared at the fight. Screech got on top of Ebony and bit her in the neck. Kiba took his chance. Before anyone could stop him he jumped ontop of the giant wolf screech and bit into her own neck. His white form wrapped around her neck like a snack. Ebony saw kiba. Her eyes changed. They snapped. Screech took a swipe at Kiba and threw him off. His body slamme dinto a tree and didn\'t move. Ebony howled otu and jammed her claw straight into Screeches neck. Screech stopped. her eyes rolle dback and her body feel lifeless to the floor. Her neck bleeding like crazy. Ebony took off to kiba. As she slide and looked down at him she felt her muscleosenosen. her body shrank and she was n othing more but the wolf kiba had fallen for. She allowed her muzzle to drag across his face. Her eyes wide and waiting fo rhim to move. He dind\'t though. She fell to her legs and lied her head on his neck. Her paws lied gracefully across his body. She shivered. He was cold. Cold and bleeding. She tightened her eyes as she howled out.
Tobie, Hige, Tsume and the rest of the pack made their way slowly to the fallen kiba and the heart broken Ebony. She kept howling as if crying to the gods. Crying for them to allow his soul back. Allow him to one more time hug her. To one more time love her. to be their. So she could feel his warmth, his whole being. She howled again. He cries helped none. The gods didn\'t answer. His body still lay their, dead. Ebony stopped howling. Her eyes grief striken. She stared down at kiba. His face still andd lifeless. She bent down and nuzzled against him.
\"How could they be so cruel?\"
ebonyed. ed. It was more of a question to herself then anyone else. She nuzzled again.
\"you weren\'t sappoused to die. I left you once but ididn\'t die...\"
She cried.
\"come back...please...\"
ebony cried. the wolves thought it would be best to leave her there. They returned to the cave and allowed her to lie their with her fallen lover. She became human and touched his face. Her hands shook as she stroked his fur. She felt something. Hsi nose was still wet. She placed her head to his chest. She heard it. heis heart was beating. Her eyes grew wide. He was alive. Bearly but he was. She wrapped her arms about him and picked him up.
