Sanzo adored Goku.
Sure, the guy pissed him off, but he couldn’t help but like him.
“I’m STILL hungry!” whined Goku.
“We ate a few minutes ago!” replied Gojyo. “So?”
“So I’m still hungry!”
“So?”
“So...er...SANZO!” Goku yelled. “I’m hungry.”
Sanzo’s eye twitched.
Yep, the guy pissed him off.
“You’re getting annoying!” warned Sanzo.
Hakuryu screeched in annoyance as the two argued. He stopped dead in the middle of the road.
“Hakuryu refuses to move.” said Hakkai.
“I kinda noticed.” snapped Sanzo.
Suddenly, a dagger flew past Gojyo’s head, cutting off a few strands of the vibrant red hair.
“HEY! What the fuck?!”
A youkai ran towards them.
“DIE!”
“I’ll do this thing.” said Sanzo, taking out his gun.
“Nah. Sanzo, let me.” said Goku.
“Nani?”
“Time for a bit of fun. I can take this demon dude out anytime. Nyoibou!”
The demon and the boy fought each other, with the youkai overpowering him.
“Ah shit... guys! Stand back. I’m taking off my limiter.”
“Goku...what the fuck do you think you’re doing?!” yelled Sanzo.
“This guy is a lot stronger than I thought. I’ll take him out.”
He let the headband drop, as his ears and hair grew longer.
Sanzo, Gojyo and Hakkai watched in horror, as Goku, even as a youkai, was being defeated.
The other demon pinned Goku to a tree, smirked, then drew his blade along Goku’s neck.
Goku’s eyes were suddenly lifeless.
Sanzo was shocked, but his mind screamed.
‘NO NO NO NO NO!! GOKU NO! HE CAN’T HAVE DEFEATED YOU! NO! DON’T DIE!’
In his rage, he drew his gun and fired at the youkai. The youkai screamed in pain as the bullet ripped through his head.
Sanzo didn’t care about what was happening to the demon. He only cared a Gok Goku.
He knelt urgently beside the boy, checking desperately for a pulse.
A faint thumping told him that he was still alive.
“Is he alive?” asked Hakkai.
“Yes. We have to get to a hotel or something, NOW!”
“Hakuryu!”
The dragon turned into a jeep, and drove off with the 4 men in it.
