Marine Trap
A/N: Hey All! I’m Back! Did anyone miss me? Yep I’ve got a new story for you! I’m going to be mean in this one. Review! It’s a requirement! Even if you flame me, I AM listening to reviews! REALLY!
Summary: The marines are after the straw hat crew (what else is new)! They have the prefect trap all they need is bait. (I’m so bad at summaries)
Warning: you’re safe for now. Nothing really happens in this chapter.

Chapter #1 Trouble Brewing
It was done; the prefect trap for the straw hat! They would lure him into a room made completely out of sea stone and filled to the doors with marines! When the bastards walked in the captain, doctor, and the black haired girl would all be useless and the countless number of marines could use them against the rest! It was the prefect plan! It couldn’t fail! There was only one problem: they needed bait.
Unit 37 has been put in charge of the operation even though Smoker had nearly begged for the job. The superiors told Smoker that he had become obsessed and offered the job to the previously mentioned group. The unit accepted happily agreeing with their superiors that Smoker need a break to get his mind of the young straw hat captain. They had to find bait. The highest ranks within the unit debated and debated until they finally decided that there was only one thing they could use as bait: a member of his crew. Which one would they use?
They had to choose one that easily got away from the others and meant something to the captain. They decided on the one that had sailed with him the longest. They were after the first mate. The next time the crew docked they would follow the swordsman to a bar and there the could get him. He was as good as theirs. The plan was prefect.
They had been carefully following the crew for a week. Keeping their distance so no one suspected them. So far not one of the crew they were stalking had noticed. The straw hat crew couldn’t last forever on sea; they had to get supplies soon. And when they did stop on an island for supplies they would have to have some fun. They were so predictable.
Sure enough the crew stopped at the next available island. Nami and Robin went to buy clothes on their own, Luffy and Usopp went to some restaurant, Chopper and Sanji went to a cluster of stores for various supplies, and Zoro, like expected, went to a bar on the outer edges of the village. The marines snickered. Idiots.
They found the green-haired warrior without much trouble, but they had to keep their distance. The swordsman was brighter than he looked. He wasn’t the type to get hopelessly drunk in a strange town especially when his head had a price on it. If he found out they were after him they would be sliced apart. They needed a plan. How could they get him off guard enough to make their move?
The leading commander sent in one of his women officers inside the bar to act as a whore. She changed out of her marine uniform and into a disguise that could fool anyone. She made her way to the unexpecting samurai. She sat on the table he was sitting at sliding his beer behind her back. “Hey, Honey. Wanna come to the back with me? I got a present for ya.” She winked at him.
He thought nothing of it. Prostitutes were common around bars. All he had to do was tell her to get lost and she would give up and move on to the next guy she saw.
With his beer behind her back, she leaned forward and put her arms behind her as well. She opened a small packet containing a powder that would cause the drinker to pass out soon after consumption. She poured the packet in as she spoke. “So how ‘bout it doll?” she ran her tongue over her lips.
“Sorry, lady. I’m not that desperate.” He glared at her. She stuck out her bottom lip into a small pout then got up and moved onto a new table. She had to stay in character in order for this to work.
Zoro grabbed his beer. Something seemed odd about that. Why was he the first one she came to? He raised the glass to his lips. Slowly he gulped down the remainder of his beer. Something was amiss.
A group of marines walked in though the door. Zoro instantly saw them, standing to his feet. He watched the “whore” walk over to the leading commander.
“Good work, Claire.”
“Thank you, Sir.”
Claire showed Zoro a evil smile. Dread filled him. What was amiss? HIS BEER!!! She had put something in his booze! He reached for his swords, but before he could get there darkness consumed him and his conciseness was lost.
