Digimon- What must be
Englishwitch
Disclaimer: I don’t own digimon. I don’t have anything to do with digimon, I’m just a fan

The sun broke over the city, warming the cool air and bringing the place to life. Birds began to sing and fly through the air and smog rose up from the few vehicles that were around. Hawkmon sat upon the roof of his apartment building watching the sunrise, feeling the warmth of the light and smelling the fresh air that was only available at this time of the morning. He sighed deeply and slowly shook his feathered head.
“The sun pales in comparison to the light I see on her face. Her voice is sweeter than any song these birds can sing.” He put a wing to his face and rubbed the tears from his eyes. “But she doesn’t know. I am nothing but a friend to her, and will always remain so. She could never have feelings for me, I am not worthy of her affection.” He fell forward and let his body fall from the roof.

He let the wind whistle in his ears and ruffle his feathers for a few seconds. He saw the ground rushing closer. The black road raced toward him like a dark abyss. Fifty feet from the ground he spread his wings and let the wind catch him. He shot up ten feet on the rushing wind before he had to move his wings. With several flaps he glided through the streets watching the city begin to wake up lights were coming on, and cars were moving on the roads. No one noticed the digimon flying above them.

Hawkmon moved his wings and rose higher until he was over the tallest buildings. For a second at least, he felt better, up here he was free. His worries were in the world below, in the sky he could be happy. But of course his joy was short lived. He knew as the city was rising, so would Yolie. If he was not there when she awoke she would worry. He turned in the sky toward his apartment building and flapped his wings to gain a little extra speed.

There was the sound of rushing water coming from the bathroom. Yolie was in the shower, where the rest of her family was he didn’t know. He landed silently on a balcony and sneaked inside. The air in the apartment hung heavy with the scent of brewed coffee and cooked breakfasts. Hawkmon went to the fridge and grabbed a carton of orange juice. He poured two glasses for both himself and his human partner. The water stopped and he heard quiet humming from the bathroom. The door opened and Yolie came out with a towel wrapped tightly around her body, some of her hair was stuck to her face and water dripped from her onto the wooden floor. She wasn’t wearing her glasses, so she couldn’t see beyond half a metre in front of her. Hawkmon silently watched her move around the apartment, she was holding the towel firmly in place with one hand. She grabbed the mail and looked closely at the names, dumping each envelope back onto the counter when she saw it wasn’t for her. She hummed a tune to herself, unaware that her digimon was in the corner watching her every move.

She threw away the final letter and turned her back to him. With a quick whip of her arm, she yanked away her towel and bent over to dry her hair. Hawkmon felt himself blush as her tight backside was on display to him as she vigorously rubbed her hair. He could see small drips of water that ran down her tight ass and down her legs. Her petite breasts wobbled with the activity, almost playfully. His embarrassment was far too much, he blushed heavily, his face was hot and red, or would have been if the feathers were not covering it.
“Orange juice?” He asked. Yolie screamed and turned quickly toward the source of the voice. She whipped the towel around her body and held it tightly in place over her naked form.
“Who’s there?” She inquired, her voice shaking.
“Just me.” He replied moving closer, the glass of liquid in his clawed wing. He moved close enough so that she would see him clearly. Yolie’s face went bright red, she didn’t take the glass from the bird.
“For god’s sake Hawkmon. You nearly gave me a heart attack. Why didn’t you say anything?” Hawkmon just put the glass onto the counter and shrugged his wings.
“I am your digimon partner. I like to think I’m close enough to surpass such things as embarrassment.” Yolie walked into her bedroom and yelled out at him.
“You might be, but I’m not. I was naked for gods sake.”
“Yes, but you always see me naked.” Yolie stuck her head out of the door, her glasses on her face.
“That’s not the same thing and you know it. You have feathers covering your...parts. I don’t.” She pulled herself back rapidly. “Of all the digimon to be partnered with, I get the peeping Tom.” He heard her muttering. Hawkmon shook his head and grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl.
“When are you meeting with Sora?” He called between bites.
“In an hour, so we’ll need to leave soon.”
“We?” He called. Yolie came out of her room, tying her bandanna to her head.
“Of course we, since when do the digidestined go anywhere without our partners?” Hawkmon nodded.
“Well there was that one time when Kari...” Yolie nodded and interrupted him.
“All right, so it does happen. But Gatomon was in heat, she couldn’t be trusted in public.” Yolie grabbed the glass of juice and drank it straight down. She glanced down at her watch. “We’d better get going, we’re going to be late.” She moved over by the door and pulled on a small black coat, Hawkmon was close behind.
“So where are we meeting Sora?”

Yolie pulled on her shoes.
“We’ll meet at a coffee shop in the city centre and obviously it’s not just Sora. She wouldn’t go anywhere without Biyomon. Now come on or we’ll be late.”

*****************

She was late. Sora was still sitting and waiting fifteen minutes after they were supposed to meet. She had a cup of coffee in front of her, which was rapidly becoming cold. Biyomon sat to her left, finishing off a glass of fruit juice. They were sitting on a table outside the coffee shop.
“Are you sure Hawkmon is going to be with her?”

Sora glanced at her friend and smiled.
“Of course he is. Yolie doesn’t go anywhere without Hawkmon.”

Biyomon nodded and drained the last of her juice. Sora giggled.
“Do you like Hawkmon?” Biyomon looked confused.
“Of course, He’s a very good friend and a dedicated partner.” Sora shook her head and leaned in close to her feathered friend.
“I mean do you like, like him?” Biyomon turned her head away, shocked and embarrassed by the question.
“I don’t know. I think I do. But what does it matter? He doesn’t think of me like that. He just sees me as a friend and nothing more.”

Sora sat back in her chair while Biyomon just stared at the ground. A shadow fell across their table.
“We’re not too late are we?” Sora looked up and saw Yolie and Hawkmon standing before them.
"Not too late.” Yolie smiled and sat down Hawkmon took the seat to her left, Sora’s right, opposite Biyomon. They said quick hello’s to each other, then a brief yet uneasy silence fell across the group. Yolie was the first to break the silence.
“I’m going to order coffee, can I get you anything?” She glanced at the others.
“Some fruit juice please.” Said both Biyomon and Hawkmon at the same time. They glanced at each other and fell silent with an uneasy embarrassment. Sora and Yolie burst out laughing, which only helped fuel the embarrassment of the digimon.
“Come on lets get the drinks.” Commented Sora. The two girls rose from their seats, leaving the digimon behind as they went into the coffee shop to make their order. The two birds sat in an uneasy silence, neither one knew what to say to the other. They looked into each others eyes, but then both stared at the floor again.
“Nice...weather we’re having.” Commented Biyomon quietly.
“Hmm.” Hummed Hawkmon in reply. “Very... Never mind.” But no Biyomons curiosity was aroused.
“No, its alright, go on.” Hawkmon nodded, might as well finish saying it.
“I was just going to say it was very good flying at dawn this morning. A lot of early thermals, rather excellent for gliding.”

Biyomon smiled.
“I know, wasn’t it the best? I must’ve gone a good two hundred feet higher than the tallest building in the area. And that sunrise, wasn’t it the most beautiful thing you ever saw?” Hawkmon smiled and nodded his head. *Not as beautiful as you.* He thought to himself. *But you will never know, I do not deserve your love.*
“It most certainly was.” is what he said. “I had no idea you like morning flying as well.” Biyomon nodded enthusiastically.
“My favourite time to fly. The world is quiet and the air is so fresh before all the human machines make it smell funny. It reminds me of the days in the digital world before I met Sora. Not that I did much flying as Yokomon, but I could glide very well, and still enjoy the sunrise and the sweet smell of the air.” She realised this made her sound a little selfish. “Not that I regret a single day since I have met her. So what if the air smells a little funny? It only means that I appreciate the fresh air even more when it comes. And I love Sora, I wouldn’t trade a single day with Sora for anything in the world.”

Hawkmon nodded, he understood just how happy she felt with her human partner.
“I never flew in the digital world, I was trapped under that digiegg for as long as I can remember. Then after I was released I spent almost all of my time either in the real world with Yolie, or in battle against Ken.” Biyomon became quiet, she realised that he never had the same kind of freedom as she did when he was waiting for his partner.
“I’m sorry, that was rude of me. I’d forgotten that you were under the egg. You must hate me for telling you about all how I walked around free while you were stuck.” Hawkmon shook his head rapidly.
“Not at all. I couldn’t hate you. It wasn’t your fault we had different upbringings.” He reached out and took Biyomons wing in his own. They looked at each other for a few seconds, wide smiles on bother their faces. Biyomon suddenly pulled her wing away and glanced back at the store.
“Where’s Sora? She’s been an awful long time.” Hawkmon glanced at the store.
“You’re right. Maybe we should go and check.” The two birds dismounted from their chairs and walked into the shop.

The smell of coffee hung heavy in the air, a smell that both digimon disliked, but had grown to tolerate because both their partners and families liked to drink it. The talk of humans buzzed through the shop loudly, but there was no sign of either Yolie or Sora. A store clerk saw the two birds wander in and waved to get their attention.
“Excuse me. I have a message for you.” Both digimon made their way over to him with twin looks of surprise and confusion.
“Are you certain the message is for us?” He nodded.
“Not many other digimon are there?” He handed a slip of paper to Hawkmon who unfolded it and instantly recognised Yolie’s handwriting.

Hawkmon and Biyomon.
We are going to leave you two to get better aquatinted. Perhaps you will come to your senses and see what everyone else knows. Forgive us, we’ll be out for the rest of the day.
Yolie and Sora.

The two digimon stared in horror and confusion.
“They left us? But Sora never goes anywhere without me.”

Hawkmon slowly nodded his head, he too was in shock.
“The same with Yolie. Why would they leave us?” The two of them knew that there was no reason for them to stay at the coffee shop.

They left and made their way through the streets, among the humans and past the stores. They were both in shock, they moved in silence, ignoring everyone and everything around them. Then, out of the corner of her eye, Biyomon noticed a familiar sight.
“Look, its Heighten View Terrace. Sora grew up there before she came to the digital world.”

Without saying a word they made their way over to the building which held so much history for the digidestined. The only time Hawkmon had seen of Heighten View Terrace was during the battle with Daemon.
“I remember Tai telling everyone about how important this place was to your human partners all that time ago.”

Without knowing it the two gripped each other’s wings again. It felt so natural to them both that it was as unconscious and as unnoticed as breathing.
“Our adventures began here, and who knows, maybe the ones that came before us started here too.” Hawkmon glanced at her.
“There were other digidestined before you and your friends went to file island?” Biyomon nodded.
“Gennai told us, but never went into too much detail. I suspect they’ve passed away long ago.” She glanced down and saw her wing in his. She pulled away with such a mighty jerk that the two of them were pushed apart and Hawkmon almost fell to the ground. Biyomon was blushing so much that Hawkmon could actually see the red through her pink feathers.
“I’m sorry Hawkmon. I shouldn’t have done that. I...I should go.” She leapt up and took flight, flapping her wings rapidly to clear the building until she caught a thermal. The hot air coming from the roof of the Heighten View Terrace caught under her wings and she sailed into the air. Tears swelled in her eyes and she dammed herself for what she had just did. Their friendship was ruined now, he’d never want to talk to her again. Why would he? He didn’t feel the same way as she did, he couldn’t be a friend if he knew that every time she looked at him she was thinking thoughts of love.

Biyomon soared over the buildings until she was sure she had put enough distance between herself and Hawkmon. She landed on a rooftop and cried.
“Why were you so stupid Biyomon?” She sobbed to herself. Wiping away tears with her feathers.
“Why did you fly away Biyomon?” Asked a familiar voice behind her. Biyomon leapt to her feat and turned to see Hawkmon looking quite tired. He had chased after her with all the speed and power in his small body. Biyomon wanted to take flight again, but Hawkmon might just follow her again.
“I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have done that.” Hawkmon held up his wings and stopped her.
“Biyomon, It’s all right. You have no need to be sorry. I didn’t mind that you were holding my hand. I would like to know why.” Biyomon turned away for a second. In a moment she had spoiled it all, there was nothing left to do now except get it over as quickly as possible.
“Because... Over the last few months... I’ve fallen in love with you.” She screwed her eyes closed and prepared herself for his gasps of shock and speech of how they should be just friends. The one thing she wasn’t prepared for was the kiss on her cheek. Her eyes shot open and she saw the biggest smile on Hawkmons face that she’d ever seen in her life.
“What?...I...What?” Hawkmon took her wings in his.
“I love you too Biyomon. I loved you from the moment I saw you. I’ve just been too afraid to say because I thought you wouldn’t feel the same way.” She fell into his arms, hugging him close as if this were a dream she was afraid to let go and wake up from.
“I can’t believe it. You really love me?” He smiled and nodded.
“Of course I do.” He kissed her cheek and she felt a wing slowly rubbing her back. She caught a whiff of his scent and felt relaxed. A tingling began to stir in her crotch, of all the times to get aroused, this was definitely not the right one. But suddenly she became aware of something pressing against her belly. She pulled away from Hawkmon and glanced down, her beak dropped open in surprise. Hawkmon followed her gaze and whipped his wings over his rapidly rising cock, his cheeks turning a furious red. How he had the blood to blush and have an erection was a mystery.
“Oh gods Biyomon, I’m so sorry. I don’t know what....” Biyomon stopped his talking by placing a finger on his lips.
“It’s all right Hawkmon, it just your body saying how much it likes me.” She kissed him, locking their beaks. Her tongue played in his mouth, playing with his tongue and lips. To Hawkmons total surprise she reached down and gripped his throbbing dick in her hands. He Groaned as she rubbed his hard meat between her feathered digits. His organ grew to full rigidity and ached to be used. Biyomons cunt juices ran down her leg, her pussy wanted to be fucked so badly it hurt her.

Biyomon released Hawkmons cock from her grip, much to his disappointment. But the sly smile on her face told him there was more to come. Biyomon stepped close and positioned his dick and gently rubbing his penis outside the her pussy's entrance causing them both to gasp and groan.
“Now, please do it now.” Begged Hawkmon, his usual calm composure long departed. Biyomon herself was desperate for release. She lay upon the ground and Hawkmon lay over her. She positioned the throbbing red head of his cock at the opening of her slit and impaled herself on his meat. They both groaned with the sudden ecstasy that burned through their bodies. They began to hump each other, Hawkmon thrusting his penis deep into her cunt. The feelings of pleasure burned their way through their bodies and Biyomon actually cooed with the feelings as they took her body and enflamed her mind. Her pussy was sending lightning bolts of pleasure through her small form. Hawkmon groaned and humped harder and faster. Biyomon was so tight each thrust was a wave of ecstasy breaking against the shores of him mind.
“Don’t stop.... Hawkmon, Gonna cum.... Make me cum.” She begged, gasping between words.
“Yes.” He growled. He was close and wanted release just as much as she did. He pulled out almost to the very tip of his cock and thrust his dick I with as much force as he could muster. Biyomons cunt grew suddenly tight, she cooed loudly as her pussy as her orgasm ripped through her body. Hawkmon yelled as this sent him over the edge and into his own orgasm. He felt his balls exploded, filling her insides with his hot cum. Hawkmon rolled off Biyomon. They lay next to each other, both trying to catch their breaths. Both sated in each other’s juices and thoroughly satisfied.

Nearly an hour later they managed to finally stand saying goodbye to each other and go to their respective homes, with the promise that they would see each other again as soon as possible. Biyomon walked into her home not long after this with a wide smile on her face and happy memories floated around her head. There were voices inside, two female voices. Biyomon walked into the living room, Sora and Yolie were talking to each other, cups of tea in their hands. They stopped talking as they noticed the pink bird. Yolie started laughing as she saw the expression on Biyomons face.
“Looks like someone had a good time. I’d better be going Sora, Hawkmon will be waiting for me.” Yolie handed her teacup to Sora and rose from her seat.
“Goodbye, see you later.” She made a swift exit from the apartment.
“Bye Yolie.” Yelled Sora after her. She heard the door close and turned her attention to Biyomon, who moved over to the sofa and flopped down onto her back. Her body was still covered with the dried juices from her escaped, but she didn’t care.
“If there is a heaven, it would be a lot like that hunk of a bird. Delete me now and I die happy.” Sora pulled herself closer.
“So I take it a couple of little love birds had themselves a nice afternoon, and your not mad that we left you.” Biyomon turned to her, her face was still glowing with the satisfaction.
“I’m just mad you didn’t do it sooner. Why didn’t you let me know that Hawkmon liked me?” Sora laughed in disbelief.
“Are you kidding, I dropped hints bigger than the titanic and you missed each and every one of them. Speaking of missing things.” She looked at the dry juices stuck to Biyomons feathers. “He certainly didn’t miss you. How about you get a shower and I clean up what you rubbed onto the couch.” Biyomon laughed with slight embarrassment and nodded her head.
“Sounds good. I’ll see you soon.” She climbed to her clawed feet and moved for the bathroom while Sora went to the kitchen and grabbed cleaning products.
