Something tells me Lotor purchased her contract for a longer period than originally expected, like, say, indefinitely? Now, how long until he figures out this is indeed the same Allura from his childhood? I sort of imagined her using varying ways to tip him off - the teddy-robeast, her last promise to him before Adaline died, other little things. It'll be interesting to see what it is that finally helps him make the realization. I also imagine she'll wait until he does realize it to tell him who really killed Adaline. Yes, the forthcoming chapters will be interesting, and not just because Allura will finally be getting banged! Well, until chapter 40, then. Laters.

Ah, nice to know we're on the same page there in regards to Lotor getting a harem. And I kind of have to agree with the Madame for once, two years worth of learning in only one week?! Just no bloody way. About her only recourse is to stay the course, let Lotor pick his girl, graduate that one prematurely, possibly handing her some additional learning material and a means to call her on a semi-regular base to try and continue the education at a distance when she's not busy with Lotor, and then withhold graduation for the others until they actually are finished! That, or call Zarkon back and beg him to allow her at least one more year to train the students, cause two years worth of learning crammed into one is arguably doable; strained, somewhat stressing, but doable! Course, that could also lead to a very early trip to the grave... What happened with Phillip, by the way? After he left the class in a huff, I imagined the Madame later going to try and talk him back down only to find he'd already packed up and left, choosing to take his chances, but I could be wrong. Oh, well, at least we're coming up on the long awaited reunion, since by your rant, he actually will be picking Allura, hehhehheh... Until chapter 38, then. Laters!

And yet more fun reasons to hate Zarkon! Yay... On the other hand, I'm actually kind of glad Phillip finally walked out, cause he's kind of right about them not being much different from that poor sucker they're practicing on. In truth, I was associating "Courtesan" with being like high class prostitution, which is how Inara in "Firefly/Serenity" was characterized, or how Courtesans were described in the aforementioned Inuyasha AU fic with Kagome as a Courtesan, with multiple clients and the freedom to decide whether or not take them on, as opposed to what you're doing which is arguably just a different form of slavery as Phillip roared. Just saying. And going back to Lotor and Zarkon, I'd actually imagined Zarkon suggesting providing Lotor with his own harem, but Lotor dismissing the idea simply because every time he thinks of harems his mind associates them with the death of Adaline and his feelings of guilt thereof, not exactly mood setting if you know what I mean, hence leading to the Courtesan option. And yes, I had noticed the time jump, and I think you slightly goofed on Liandra's age, as when first introduced in chapter 29 it was commented that she was 11 and change, which if Allura is now 18 would make her just over nineteen, or is supposed to be close to Allura's own 19th birthday? Her nervousness about caressing the slave was cute, and I find I am looking forward to the "private lessons". Okay, I think I've prattled on long enough. Until chapter 37, then. Laters.

And the circle goes round and round, I see, one set of teens taking up after the last. And how long til they realize the new little kids are spying on them? As to Lotor, again, his development continues to impress, and I look forward to more, though I'm not looking forward to what Zarkon's gonna do to the unfortunate girl in question, whoever she'll be. Oh, and nice cameo with the young Cossak, will he be making more? Well, until chapter 35, then. Laters.

No offense, but I rather hope the boys get female partners, too, and if they don't, they have my pity. That said, yeah, Liandra was pretty rambunctious as a kid, and didn't really loose too much much of it growing up, did she? And from the sounds of it, the 'good' (and I now use the word lightly) Madame continues to acquire additional children and teens semi-constantly, huh? Oh, it occurs to me, she is going to teach them about preventatives, right? Cause as Lotor is solid proof, 'magic' can happen regardless of the female's race. Just saying. Well, I'm out of thoughts for now, so until chapter 33, then. Laters.

Hehe, thank you, I learned the concept from an Inuyasha fic once posted here where Kagome was trained for the same thing...I don't think it was ever finished... If she still doesn't get it, just tell her Allura's being raised to be a "Companion" like Inara on "Firefly"(One of Joss Whedon's best series, damn them for canceling it prematurely, damn them to hell!). It's roughly the same concept.

And I see Liandra's a little handful there, hehehe. And i find I rather like what I'm seeing in Lotor's development, and even liked how Zarkon just let his second loss in the game slide, sort of silently acknowledging that it was his own fault for distracting the boy. And I look forward to seeing just what Liandra and Allura learn in their little late night excursion. Until chapter 30, then. Laters.

Okay, not the adoption I would have expected, but at least she's out of there. And if I'm reading right, now on the path to be raised and trained as a courtesan. Intriguing. Somehow I see this eventuslly leading her to a surprise reunion with Lotor in the future. Well, until chapter 29, then. Laters.

So even after succeeding in making Lotor a killer, he still fails to completely destroy the boy's soul. Take that, Zarkon! I can't wait to see how he finds out just about everything Zarkon ever told him was a lie. I just hope it's before Demos falls, though by the sound of it, Demos isn't that much better than Doom. It'll also be interesting to see what happens next to Allura, I'm predicting an adoption. Well, until chapter 28, then. Laters.

Which part, joining a resistance group or making her way back to Arus and reclaiming the Lions? And that was kind of sad for poor little Juniper and Tara. And dare i ask what happened to little Leo that his arms were all bandaged up? Or what the girls and Mark had that had them stuck in the hospital long term? Or had you not bothered to think up that detail set? Well, I look forward to meeting this new character(someone I know, perhaps?), and how Allura's journey goes from here. Until chapter 25, then. Laters.

I don't think "manipulative" quite does it justice. And yeah, obviously she survives that somehow, or there wouldn't be much of a story left if she'd died, other than a massive time jump forward to an incident where Lotor somehow finally learns the truth. Though I imagine that point is forthcoming. Meanwhile, I don't suppose Allura is gonna wind up with a rebel force and eventually find her way back to Arus to reclaim the lions, is she? Well, until chapter 24, then. Laters.

Now I see why Zarkon sends Allura away, to keep her from telling Lotor what really happened! Nice opening to the arc, though, very realistic in Haggar's gloating and Lotor's mixed reactions. And poor Allura, back to square one. Oh, well.

As to Allura's level of physical development, you're probably right, actually. But is known that girls can get full breasts at age ten, and even starting to get them as early as age nine. Trust me on this one, I have borne witness(my sister).

Well, until chapter 22, then. Laters.

Farewell, Adaline. And for the record, you should have held on to one of the shards and then aimed for his neck!

I see Lotor's discovering puberty, and that Allura is apparently an average to late bloomer in that she hasn't started yet, but a few more months to a couple years should fix that. The scene outside the harem was very humorous either way, though. And the idea that Allura sometimes plays dress-up with Adaline's clothes was cute, and realistic. And then the murder...seemed pretty much in character to me. And now on to arc two... Until chapter 21, then. Laters.

Ouch... This is the beating that kills her, isn't it? As you say, the arc's just about over, so it can't be much longer for her to live, poor girl. And poor Lotor, what a hideous thing to do! Sadly, I can see the threads of canon Lotor starting to peak through. Well, until chapter 20, then. Laters.

Well, I went from happy that he woke up to worried Zarkon was gonna finally pound on Allura, yet proud of her for being brave enough to try and stand up to him, to actually feeling sorry for Lotor...I don't think I've ever done that before... Kudos! I must admit, though, I'm having mild doubts as to whether or not he'll be able to keep his promise, but we'll see. Until chapter 17, then. Laters.

Ouch... Zarkon really doesn't get it at all, does he... I shudder thinking what worse things are going to happen before Adaline goes, and somehow i don't think Allura is going to escape the abuse for long. Well, until chapter 14, then. Laters.
