Haha, I wanted to read this from your LJ but since I'm around here, I might as well read it from here.

I like the term "turbo man-slut". It's so... cute. Whee, is that FarfxAya I smell? Are they coming up next or will there be more of SchuxAyaxYohji?

This chapter's a pretty good read. It's fuunny. And the description of the sandwich... mmmm~~ I love you~!! Haha!

WooT! Not only did you update, but you did 5 chapters at once! Now THAT I love!

This story continues to impress, and it's clear that I'm throughly addicted. I like your OCs quite a bit, and they're used just the right amount. Gah! I'm not even sure what I should fawn over, since it's all awesome.

Just...keep it up, and I'll be happy to go along to wherever you take us...

Love the story, so happy to see updates. I haven't laughed that hard in a while, and you must either work in a kitchen or have worked in such. I'm a professional chef by trade and preference, and I would swear that I've worked in kitchens just like the one you describe, with similar people even.. It's so nice to see someone write with such detail, and the touch about the meat puppets brought back all types of memories of my time as a butcher.. we did the exact same thing, had a running show called "The Piggy and Fishy hour". Well done, hats off to you and I can't wait to read more. Funny, I cosplay Farf and I love your take on him, it's very similar to my own.

I have truly missed this! Both the story and the opportunity to read your writing! I'm so glad that you were able to update! I really like the pacing of this chapter and it was WONDERFUL to get more information about Farf's past! I'm looking forward to the next chapter (and not for the reasons you think! ok, not entirely for those reasons, anyway...):-)

Wow! I just discovered this story and read it all in one shot because it was so riveting! I shed more than a few tears over Aya, poor thing, and I am loving your Schuldig. I'm also loving that Schuldig and Yohji seem to be absorbing Aya into their relationship [YES! Uber!hot threesome!]. I'm dying to know what happens with Crawford, especially after Schuldig explained how Crawford liberated and rescued Schwarz.

And all the little comic scenes were well-timed and much appreciated.

A very enjoyable read. Thank you for writing and sharing, and hope you continue soon.

So. This fic was not at all what I expected it to be (relax, positive stuff ahead). I actually passed it by once, just because the title and idea gave me some "AU from Hell's Kitchen" vibes (not that I don't *love* Hell's Kitchen, but Weiß + cooking?). Imagine my joy when I found something unique, well-written, interesting, and just up my fangirl alley.

First of all, I should point out that I'm an Aya fangirl, so you having Aya be the (somewhat) center of attention REALLY doesn't hurt. Some of the reviewers may have a point that, realistically, not everyone would have the "Aya Syndrome", but it doesn't bother *me*, since I find him fasninating myself. I'll admit that I'm a total sucker for "break Aya and put him back together" fics, whether he's broken in the beginning or during the fic itself.

I do like how you've managed to find legitimate reasons for everything you wanted to pursue in this fic, even if they aren't likely or even canon. It gets boring reading the same old theories over and over. I like that your Aya is more sexually active then most, actually, and that he's a little buffer, too. Those small differences make this piece unique. I also like your Farf, Schu, and Yohji quite a bit, and look forward to where this is going. I hope we see some of Aya's Mafia hits as well as some more of the restaurant. Also? If Schu does have sex with Aya, I'll feel bad for Brad, since out of the original 8, he'll be the only one who hasn't had Aya. I vote for a post-battle Brad getting his reward (not a Brad/Aya fan at ALL :whistles innocently::).

While the bulk of the fic is really very good, you do have a rough patch here and there, but nothing that really pulls you away from the fic too horribly much. I honestly would have to go back to look to even find them, since I read this all late night- I just remember being a little confused or slightly put-off for a scene or two.

Overall, awesome job, and I'll be looking forward to the next chapter.

*chokes* what's next?! Why's Farf got that look in his eye? Gah!
I love where everyone's ended up. Well, except the whole Aya/Ken thing breaks my heart. Poor Kenkun! *sobs*
This is the first non Aya/Yohji WK fanfic I've read that I really like. Not an easy thing since I really like the two of them together. Especially not easy since this story has them once being together.
    Well done!

Ah, and now we come to the reason for our story's title. I like it that you have chosen New Orleans for the setting, it's one of my favorite cities.

Well, Farfie may be sane, but he's still a little scary. Uh-oh, I probably shouldn't have called him that... I love Aya and I feel bad for him, depression sucks and I hope he's able to kick its sorry ass very soon, I just hate seeing him in such a funk. I'm looking forward to learning all that a sous chef has to know and hoping that Aya excels at it, as he does most things. As always, looking forward to the next chapter.

So now we know why the story is called Sous-chef. I'm guesing a lot of the story from now on will take place in Farfarello's kitchen. Oooh that just sounds wrong: Farfarello's kitchen.

Yohji playing the role of overprotective boyfriend is hilarious The mess that would have become of him stabbing Farfarello with the wine bottle would have been something to see...and read ;)

Farfarello and Schuldig's game. That sounds like something I would just say: Pax! I yield! Game over! Weirdos. But hey, we don't come from the same background so hide amd seek and stab and bleed may be the same thing in our different worlds lol.

Should we be expecting anymore guests? Like will Nagi, Crawford, or Mamarou come to visit?

Well, I enjoyed the chapter. I haven't seen anything new from anyone in such a long while I thought everyone had quit writing... (like I should talk, hah), so thank you for the update!

I love what you did to Farfarello. And of course, I'm curious as to what will happen to Aya in the near future. Good writing.

Great chap! It didn't feel rushed to me. I think it's hilarious that Farf is the head chef in a New Orleans restaurant. Awesome! The final goodbye to Ken was very hot too! I hope you're not planning to hook Aya up with Farf *shudders* :^D Looking forward to the next chap.
