Once again your visuals add to the complexity of the plot. The cat's lair as compared to the dogs hovel(because when is a cat ever called a mongrel) are as explicit in their differences as their occupants personalities.

However, upon saying that, it seems that Guy does have a sense of 'self' pride at least, by the state of the bathroom seen through Donavon's eyes. He might sleep with fleas, but he won't rise up with them. An interesting insight into his character.

Of course this brings up the next part, with the question who is Donovon's brother, and does he play a part in this tale, or is he just a red herring to throw us off track :)

I don't think Donovon will betray Katze, the implication is he has too much too lose, but then we do know in the AnK world hormones do have a way of taking over the brain, and there was just something about that encounter with Guy that hooked him. Perhaps that fresh mouth, that always has a come back combined with other elusive characteristics . .street smarts and pride.

Raoul is still a puzzle about the game he is playing with the cat. I don't even think he understands it himself, as he tries to fix an old music box for his own amusement before sending it off to its rightful owner. Or is it also an unknowing want to send to Katze a 'perfectly' working item that he would enjoy in his leisure even though tainted by Blondie hands.

I really hope that next chapter is another confrontation between these two.

And lastly, the new addition to Katze's lair. Another red herring? or a significant player in the tale? Guy has just walked in and seen the end of the performance, the feeling I get is he is not impressed at all, but logically it gives Donovon the chance to back away from him if he wants to save his own skin. After all he has been warned by the boss.

I have to admit, I don't quite understand where the stuff came from that Sid was ranting about and why Guy wanted it returned...I'm lost there, as I don't want to take anything here at face value.

A very thoughful chapter, with many puzzles to ponder. . Hope RL has eased up a bit. . .and looking forward as always to the next chapter

    (10) Where to even begin, there was quite a lot that happened. Seeing Kato and what his life is like with Katze and how he views the man was interesting, it does make me wonder more about his life as an exfurniture, it seems like it could be rather lonely. And then there's Guy (dear lord) seriously boy just keep your mouth shut, is it really that hard *facepalm* I have no doubt though that this won't make much of a difference and he'll be back to being a pain in the ass soon enough, who knows in the end he might have even enjoyed it ;) As for the game that is Katze and Raoul, I think they just frustrate me to no end. There's that small bratty side of me that just wants Katze to say no and leave but even I know that it's not about selfcontrol it's about not having a choice. The absolute worst part of all this has to be not actually knowing what it is you did wrong, that must be infuriating for Katze. And Raoul seems to want Katze as this plaything but the minute he acts like he did he's mad - this is the problem with a game, you never know what the outcome will be. They started out so well, I love how sensual they are together it's too bad it didn't continue along those lines, I hold out hope for another try later :) Loved this as usual and now we have a little bit of mystery, who was that redhead in the picture. Can't wait to see the next chapter ^_^

Oh, Jupiter, what is more to say?! You are the master! So Raoul finds pleasures in tidbits of tasting; light meal, light arousal ... Yet, he seems to be far from being satisfied. I like the way you portray Katze, with little bits of info, like the things Kato thinks about him, or Donovan saying it plainly - 'the boss is pissing on his property'. Will Katze lose what's his? In this confrontation with Raoul, will he lose what he struggles so much to keep to himself? Is this why Raoul becomes suddenly angry with him? Because maybe the Elite wants what he cannot have ...

Now, about Guy. Oh, I hope he will enjoy the fucking. It seems that Donovan stirs something in him, that he provokes the big man so much. After all, he knows he will feel good, but he doesn't want to lose rep, doesn't he? Hm, makes me wonder ... With Riki, Guy was the dominant male ... Perhaps, he has a fetish about being dominated?

I look forward to the next chapter, as always. I love your writing.

Weee! Three new chapters for me to gobble up on. My happiness knows no boundaries : ) Katze is so broken and in need, Raoul is so bound by his social status. I find it all so believable. This is truly a story I enjoy reading xD

Ah, the mysterious Ruby, that hangs on Raoul's wall. perhaps the reason the man turns hot and cold on a flip of the coin? It would explain so much in some ways.

As a chapter the sensual sensations that played out in Raoul's apartment were, if not revealing more of their natures, certainly were breathtaking for this reader :)

But the one thing that did strike me in one of your descriptions, (and I do love your ability here to reveal perhaps hidden truths) Just the fact that Kato in making the bed, notes Katze's preference for the silk deep green sheets, perhaps the shade of a certain someone's eyes this reader thinks?

An old scared coffee table, sheet colour all seem to take on deeper meaning in this tale of mixed emotions.

Continue on. ..looking forward to where ever you travel next :)

    (9) Interesting to get that look into everyday life of Katze with ex-pets and alleyways to Raoul in his luxury. And I have to agree with some of your other readers about Raoul and that table, it does seem to be very telling of a different side of him (or we're all reading way too much into it ;) But honestly who would ever think of any elite getting their hands dirty for anything but then Raoul has done a few things that would be considered outside the box, I wonder if even he realizes it. I feel like there's more to say about this chapter it's obvious that it's setting us up for something to come but with this disgustingly hot summer heat we're having I'm finding it rather hard to function let alone think without any AC *is melting*
Poor Katze I wonder if he'll catch any kind of break, although maybe getting to sleep with Raoul is the break ;) dinner is going to be interesting I can't wait to read the next update :)

So our Raoul is quite the sensualist. No wonder he was instantly seduced when he discovered Katze's private domain. This was not something new to him, but a part of him that no one is aware of. So imagine his anger and confusion to find that he an Katze are both the same here. No wonder it was such a mixed scene on so many levels.

Interestingly enough, your use of that old coffee table is also very telling. Something old, scared and yet valued, treated with a tenderness that would seem foreign to a Blondie's nature. So when things go array as they often do, can we expect to see sed table in splinters or still treated with the utmost care?

Can't wait to see 'dinner' another revealing moment for these two?
hope the next chapter is soon

First, I would like to thank you for taking the time to "drop by". You are, indeed, elegant and polite, two qualities that may not too popular in the fast shifting world we live in nowadays. Yet, I am very fond of them, maybe I'm old fashioned, I don't know.

About the chapter, now, well, can I say that you are a little mean? Just kidding. But you surely have the gift of letting things just hang in there, which I largely appreciate. What can I say, I can hardly wait to discover how the dinner will be, even if I have to wait for it. Also, I can sense another hot encounter between Donovan and Guy. Or is just my wishful thinking? It does not matter, you are simply a great writer, and I pale in envy when I read your stories. Provided that I do not become all hot and bothered, which is, actually, the regular norm. (Here's to me blushing and all)

I really love your story, so what is left for me to do is to beg for speed to your fingers and creativity. Good job all around!

I enjoyed the first few chapters when the storyline seemed to me to be more characterization ie the emotions, that literally bounced off of Raoul and Katze as well as what they were internalizing within themselves.

However, once Guy was entered into the mix the story became more 'plot orientated . I did enjoy the emotional byplay that was earlier, but now another dimension has been added that really makes me sit up and take notice.

Can't even begin to guess where this will all end up. The characters are tight, hot and dark in every aspect. Therefore anything is possible and probable.
Hope you continue with this soon.

    (8) I don't know why you would think this came out of left field, it seemed to fit in just fine (but what do I know ;) The only thing that did surprise me was Raoul actually going all the way back to see Katze. And the one thing that stood out in that meeting was Raoul thinking of Katze as submissive, I've never thought of him that way but then he would wouldn't he, Blondies do have a different way of looking at things. As for Guy, he is an idiot. I can't blame him for wanting Katze (who wouldn't) but really did he honestly think Katze would ever agree to that. And does he really think who's going to top is the biggest problem, I'm glad Katze beat the crap out of him. One last thing that I had been thinking about was that even after eight chapters we are still dealing with Katze in his own environment. Most stories maybe only have little glimpses of Ceres and Katze's work while the main story mostly revolves around the elites, I like getting to see more of the other side of the story. Great to see a new chapter, poor Katze's already having a shitty day and I wonder if dealing with Iason will make it worse or better, I can't wait for the next update ^_^

"Selective whore", that is ... Oh, Jupiter, that was so hot, and it wasn't even any intercourse involved. I loved it how Raoul punctuated his ownership in the end. I would love to see his reaction, if he found out what kind of proposition Guy had in mind. And Guy, having the hots for Katze ... man, that is just too good. please, keep it flowing!

    (7) Guy is in so much trouble - honestly, in what world did he think spying on and blackmailing Katze would be a good idea. And showing that iron control that Katze has, just a little something out of place and it doesn't get by him, I find that an interesting part of his character. I wonder if part of it is from Katze having to work all those years for Iason without making mistakes or if it's because now that he's got his own life (to an extent) he wants to have it exactly the way he wants (or maybe both). And it was a wonderful start to the chapter, getting to see just what an impression that one night made on both the guys, this was obviously not something they could just pretend meant nothing or was a onetime thing, although I'm sure they'll try at least for awhile ;) So glad there's going to be more of this, your characterizations are just so interesting you can't help but want to find out more :)

The more complicated ... the better! How will Katze solve this one? What will happen to Guy? I hope nothing entirely bad! ;)

Do I want more? Do I really? Heck yeah!! I love the way you portray the both of them. Raoul is so cold and still so smouldering, with all of his analytic nature intact. Katze is cold, bold and mocking, yet scared and submissive. They are a very interesting couple. I love how Raoul obsess over Katze. x3 I need and I want more :3 So please give me some
